I just left city arcade I complement them on the security although that’s all I can’t, complement them on it stops with the security, I literally live right behind there and I’ve been going to mint Hill to play and after today that’s where I’ll keep going because I’m not going to handover my phone and keys or as they put it check them in at the counter they checked me when I went in the door with security but don’t know anything about who is behind the counter with my phone and my keys and all of the information I keep in my phone. I go play games and enjoy the sound of the games and couldn’t of stirred more than five minutes in there because the music was so loud like you were in a nightclub so I’ll give it one star and they’ll never get a penny of my money I’ll keep going to Mint Hill arcade

I am an 80s baby. I know what an Arcade really is. Theses places should not be allowed to call themselves arcades. These are GAMBLING places, under the disguise of an Arcade Game. And all you people complaining about losing money, the games are designed and programmed to take your money. The house always wins. If you want these places gone, stop supporting them.

This place is rigged for the last month it has taken 2000 from me i go in play 200 on low bet and it takes it in 45 mins. This place is not supposed to be open at all during covid19 it keeps the lights off so mo one would shut them down they are open 10 to 6 everyday. I want my money back i might sue this place is rigged. I am gonna report this.place today if i do not here back from the owner. I want some of my money back. This is terrible

It was fun luckily i came out a winner! But they have food on Friday and Saturday nights and they all are very friendly and helpful!
