A shop with a great selection of equipment. The staff were attentive and very knowledgeable when selecting a leaf blower, showing all the tips and tricks that have helped me. A no pressure selling routine made it a very comfortable experience.

Great service and equipment. Don and Barry were outstanding to work with. The Honda mower is a prove piece of equipmentI am expecting a long life similar to my last Honda. I expect this machine to outlast me ha! Pricing on the yard mower was fair as well.

Overpriced, small steering parts for my john deere were $20 a year ago. Now there $85, and online there $40. I love john deere my mower is a 91 model and still running strong but its time to upgrade. But it will be elsewhere. Ive made my last purchase here

A little expensive, but our mower has never run this smoothly. Zero turn JD is 5 years old and runs better than new. Only had to wait over the weekend (though service was supposed to be one day, but needed a part) and delivery was prompt on Monday morning. Nice staff. Worth every penny.

Worst customer experience ever. Brought in a brand new Honda lawn mower which wasn’t running. I was told there is nothing wrong with it and even though the lawn mower is under warranty I had to pay for it. They recommend a tune up?!?

Very very very high priced on parts. A part for my mower is 228.00 else we’re here they wanted 488.00. I do not mind paying a little over cost but this is crazy!!! Guess we all need to shop ebay more often

Could not be a more useless store. If a competent John Deere place moved into the area they would close up. Wanted to charge me more than my Stihl chainsaw cost new to replace the carb, ended up doing it myself for $20. Charged me $150 to weld a no scalp wheel multiple times and it kept falling off. Tried to buy a battery and tune up kit today, system is down, cant sell any parts. WHAT? Complete waste of time every time I had there. I only tried them because theyre closest to me. Wont be back.

We brought in our husquvana chain saw that would start but wouldnt stay running. We brought it back to them because we had brought it to them in January 2017 for the same problem. We brought it home after first time and started it up to see if it worked. Never used it, saw it run for about 5 minutes and put it away until about a month ago when experiencing same problem. They said it needed a carb for 275.00. we said we didnt want to repair we could get a new one for less than that. We went into pick it up and they wanted me to pay 37.00 for diagnosing a problem they didnt fix a year ago. i paid 67.00 back then that they are saying was for a tune up. The technician that wrote everything down ayear ago never put down we had a problem they just tuned it up. They said well who is going to pay for my technicians time. i said repair shop comeback. IT IS CALLED SERVICE POLICY. i could have just bought a new one from them but instead i went else where. I would never recommend this place.

Bought a little Z225 mower. Consistently good service picking it up and delivering to my home. Also purchased a Stihl professional grade hedge trimmer 2.5 years ago. Been used maybe a dozen times. Took it in for service- advised it was out of warranty and needs a new carburetor. Was under the impression these came with a two year warranty. When I bought the hedge trimmers I was sold on buying the Stihl oil and told it would double the warranty to 4 years. Not sure how this will play out - left a message Saturday AM with no return call. Followed up yesterday with no return call. **update- received call that hedge trimmers were ready. Asked about warranty was advised the oil wasn’t on the same receipt as the trimmers so it wouldn’t double the warranty. Additionally the carburetor is not covered. Will take this up with Stihl directly.

I have a John Deere L110 they have had every part I have needed but I also called 1st. Great cust service and if your in the market for a real tractor they have them also. They will help run the numbers not your credit. At least that was the more experienced gental man that is there.

Prices too high, Deliver charges too high & varies with each sales staff, no equipment available for test drive for 2nd time!!!!!I, the customer, was denied a commercial grade mowing deck fitted on a residential mower . Im not happy with James River!Ill continue shopping elsewhere!
