Was told I needed custom shoe inserts, store manager/owner checked my feet and said he had stock inserts available. I got a set and tried them out, and since have bought 2 or 3 more. Very satisfied with the service, product & price. This store was the third place I tried. Should have gone there first.

I went in because I am a bartender and I had gotten to the point I could barely stand at the end of my shift. They scanned my feet and I bought a pair of insoles, not custom made. They did not try to talk me into the most expensive item. They also discussed with me how to make sure my shoes were wide enought to sit properly. I put the insoles in a pair of 25.00 Walmart work shoes and it has changed my life. I worked a straight thru 11 hour shift yesterday and could still walk. My foot pain has decreased by at least 90%. My favorite part was how they seemed to really want to help and not justake the most money they can off of you.

What a disappointment! I purchased a pair of Naot shoes for $182.00 to wear on Sundays which didn’t work out for me..Since I dress differently on Sundays than weekdays it took 2 Sundays to see if I was happy with them and I was not.Tried to return and was told returns have to be within 7 days for a refund otherwise store credit..There is nothing posted in the store only on receipt which I did not read..Also saw on receipt there may be $10 restocking fee..I will use my &182 credit but that’s it for me..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Staff are VERY helpful, and Comfort Footworks carries a large variety of shoes, or will special order your size for you. They offer orthotics, sandals, dress & casual shoes, sneakers, and even hiking boots. I highly recommend them.

What a fabulous store, owned by a father and his daughter. I recently started a job in healthcare, requiring I be on my feet for 12+ hours per shift, and my feet felt broken after three days in a row. Both the owner and his daughter were so friendly and helpful, and the owner really knew his stuff! Just in the few minutes of trying on shoes that actually fit MY feet, I could already tell the difference. And the shoes only took two days to arrive at my house! I highly recommend this store.

Their customer service is exemplary. They were very professional and well educated in their field of foot care. The environment is warm and welcoming and they take the time needed with each customer. I had a great experience in Comfort Footworks. I was fitted for shoes and orthopedic insoles and immediately felt a huge difference. I appreciate that they gave me information and advice on what would help my feet without being steered towards buying the most expensive options. I cant wait to wear my new insoles.

My wife and I bought orthopedic shoe inserts and it really helped my feet with my high arches. MUCH better than those cheap Dr Scholls pads. My wife also got a pair of shoes to help her feet from getting sore during work. I highly recommend this store if you exercise or ever get sore feet.-Gary

Took a walk in my new Brooks GTS XX this morning. Ordered them through texting the store. Paid over the phone and picked them up curbside, along with my favorite Feetures socks (the best) and my favorite Atrex orthotics. Walking keeps me sane during Covid 19. My trainer, Cara, recommended the store. I am extremely pleased with the service. Tim made sure that I was satisfied with my choices, pulling out several pairs of athletic shoes, until we were able to narrow it down to the one pair that felt best and is right for what I need. He explained the shoe construction and how it works with the foot and helped further with orthotic inserts to make an even better fit with more comfort. And then, he helped me with some stylish casual and dress shoes that are great looking but will also be good for my feet. Wonderful experience to work with someone who is knowledgeable and really wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied.

Jim is extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly pinpoint my problem, explain it in detail and make a recommendation. Most importantly, he suggested off the shelf orthotics instead of more expensive, custom ones. He said that for my feet and particular issues that the off the shelf supports would actually be better than the customs. And they are very impressive and so far are a revelation. My feet feel great! I dont give reviews...but this time I have to. Finding shoes that dont hurt my feet is usually very difficult and flustrating. When I arrived at the store, I thought it was just another busy shoe store and I probably wouldnt get good service. Jim Smith took his time and helped me find shoes that fit and were comfortable. He took the time to work with the shoes and make them fit to my feet. Thanks to him, I will be back.

Comfort Foot Solutions is my go to for foot pain relief. I began visiting here after a referral from my podietrist. If the foot doctor recommended them, then they must be truly legit, right?I have been in the store 2-3 times over the last year. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable. They can assess your foot positioning and alignment while offering simple corrections via inserts, heel lifts, etc.They also offer computer generated foot analysis and custom orthotics as well. These diagnostics allow them to see where your weight is balanced within your foot....and then custom corrective inserts can be made to correct the issues at hand.When I went in for my visit today....I scheduled an appointment to meet with Jim. Jim was a good listener. I unloaded all the issues I was having with my feet and what I had tried to make them feel better. After I was done, Jim offered his advice and guidance. I actually felt like someone was listening to me. We put an action plan together, got fitted for some custom inserts, and put in some heel lifts to relieve the pressure in my heels until my inserts come in.All in all..... it was a great experience and I feel like they really know feet, the anatomy of feet, and remedies for typical foot ailments.

I was recently in Comfort Footworks. I was very pleased with store and layout. The selection of shoes was also great. Staff were very informed and spent the time with me and answering my questions. Pam was amazing and showed care and concern without pushing me. Tim the owner was also was friendly and has a great deal of knowledge on all shoes. I never felt pressured I only felt that they wanted to help me. I loved the Vionic and Taos line and was very happy with the entire experience while I was at store. I was a RackRroom shopper or cheap flip flops and didnt realize how important it is to wear well made and supportive shoes. That can still be cute and nice.
