Always a wonderful experience at this store! Great customer service, employees are always gladly willing to help. Not to mention, they have the best paint out there!

The employees here are alway friendly, informative, patient, and helpful. I buy a lot of color samples, as I am deciding on colors for my home and various projects. I am always given great customer service. I also use the SW Color Snap app to match colors and its very helpful for getting my samples. Sample paint always matches actual paint color.

As always, had an extremely helpful, friendly associate help me with my order. The quality of the product and the service cant be beat!!

This store was having a sale on wallpaper. Although they weren’t super knowledgeable about wallpaper, they were happy to help. They recommended a contractor that was able to install and everything worked out great thankfully

I was given personal and attentive service, and staff was very accommodating in helping me find just the right paint and color for my needs. Also encouraged me to open an account so I could take advantage of special offers/promotions and told me about those. SO different from going into a Lowes or Home Depot where I had tried to get help before. Will definitely come back to SW - am building a house and will need all interior painted once finished. Very, very helpful. I had to paint a nursery and the gentlemen walked me through the entire process and even helped me spend LESS on BETTER paint. The nursery came out fantastic with the paint he helped me choose. Ill be coming here for any future projects.

The customer service I received totally blew my mind! My sales associate Aaron really cared about my project. He was so knowledgeable about each product and took a lot of time to help me and explain process. Because of him, I will only visit this store for all my paint needs going forward. I cannot express enough how very impressed I was!

I always love coming into my Sherwin Williams store. They know me by name and actually take the time to get to know me. They ask me questions about my project and take the time to listen and they always have the best ideas and solutions. Jeff is the best and just has the best customer service. I refuse to buy paint or supplies from anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. Never felt this satisfied with the service provided by a sales person in a store. Ryan- store manager/salesman helped us to get our custom paint for our new home and helped us get our paint even though the store was closing in minutes by the time we were there. I wish every store has this kind of service.

Every time I have visited, they have been so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else for paint. Special shout out to Aaron, who has helped me many times, but Doug (who helped me today) and everyone else is awesome too.

They do paint color matches so much better than the big box stores

Knowledgeable staff and quality products

I posted earlier a 5 star review because there was an awesome employee. So I went back because I loved this store. This time time I ran into the manager, I believe his name was Jerry. I was looking at the oops paint for $3 a gallon. An employee gave me a paint can opener as not all gallons are marked so you pop them open to see the color. This horrible excuse of a person ran over and started yelling at me that I couldnt open the cans. (Mind you this is a rather large man yelling at two women and being very aggressive) I was confused as this is common practice. I asked him how he would sell paint if no one knew the color? He rudely told me he would sell it. So I told the person I was with that we could go to another store and he pointed and told me where a different store was, extremely rudely. Worst retail experience I have ever had. Not sure how this atrocious person became a manager and the awesome guy who I had my first experience with wasnt in charge.

Great selection, mediocre service, samples only offered in quarts. Not a good option for selecting a paint color. If you know what you want theyre probably a good option. Appears to cater to the construction industry.

Every SW is no longer a go to for knowledge about the products. It will take more than 1 salesman that has product knowledge to get the reviews up.

The WORST store. If you plan on waiting for more than an hour, than this is your place.... I waited for almost an hour and they got my order wrong. Huge waste of time. I would NOT recommend this Sherwin Williams.
