I have been winning auction lots here for a few years now. Sometimes I get my winnings mailed and sometimes I pick them up.Bauer Auction Service goes above and beyond the call to get my stuff to me. More than once I have contacted them when I was going to be in the area either before or after the normal pickup date. They have worked with me every time to accommodate my needs.They are a top notch auction service and offer a fun and exciting auction if you are fortunate enough to attend a live auction. What a well oiled machine!

Well here it goes 15% buyers fee is a little bit steep Considering that they dont make any change of preparation for pick up times. Its not flexible at all at pickup times. I think Im going to run next time I see an auction that says Bauer Auction.

Several good deals but after a company policy change towards the left - we will no linger be doing business with this auction house.Several others in the area worth buying from. Avoid.

I have had such positive experiences with everyone at Bauer Auction Service ! Great shipping & loved going and picking up what I have won too.

It took 24 entire days to get my items that I won. I wire transferred the payment the next day after the auction. I am from out of state, and I asked them about an update 10 days later and Bauer Auction said that they were waiting on labels when they could have easily printed and taped them on the small box. I am familiar with the limited quantity decal and I print and tape them on all my exported shipments all the time if I dont have the adhesive decals available. I believe that they either got lazy, or forgot about my shipment all together. Between the days of January 31st and February 24th I had bought from a different auction with the same products as Bauer Auction had in Arizona TWICE in two different weeks AND STILL GOT MY ITEMS BEFORE I GOT THE BAUER AUCTION ITEMS. 23 days is unacceptable from payment to delivery. The package did not hit the UPS truck until 17 days after payment. Terrible.

Didn’t know a online auction could extend the actual end of the action time just because someone else bid on the item… Not a service I would ever recommend!

Bauer Auction Service has been great every time i handle business with them.Their staff is ALWAYS friendly and pleasant. They’re customer service is AMAZING! Their communication skills are perfect! They respond fast to any question I may have. I’m from Montana and they ship my items fast and take very good care of my items when packaging them. I couldn’t be more thankful to have found Bauer Auction and Staff! I appreciate all that this company does and will continue to be a returning customer!Very thankful and appreciative!

Great auction house. I have been to many auctions here and they have always been well run. The staff is great and has always been friendly. Ample parking and easy access from the road.

Good auction house. The only issues I have is the service window could learn how to be more expediant. Very slow checking in and out.

The fuds dont even know the difference between a clip and magazine. Ignorant gun people are the worst.

Lazy. Sold me a truck and lost the title, had to buy it back from me. Sold me a boat that had a title that wasnt signed. Told me just to sign the sellers name.
