What a great place to have a repair done! Truck bumper replacement was completed on time and looks terrific. Paint comes with lifetime warranty! Can you believe both the inside and outside were cleaned from top to bottom when I went to pick it up! Even left some cool swag in the truck.

Estimate was sent promptly to me for insurance claim. No issues with insurance claim thanks to detailed quote. Used loaner car and car was repaired and returned on day promised. Kelly provided updates as the repairs were made. They cleaned inside of my car too before it was returned. Entire team was friendly and the extended business hours a major plus for working individuals.

This is the second vehicle that PAAP has fixed for me. I am very satisfied with their professionalism. The vehicles looked brand new and no matter how dirty it was when I took it in. They cleaned it up before I picked it up. The goodies left inside were an added bonus!😊

It took some time to get it back but with that being said it is a 2002 Ford Excursion so finding parts was not the easiest task. Excellent quality and effort in finding the right parts.

I have been to Paap Auto Body in the past because of the excellent work they do. My vehicle was returned back to me in perfect condition like it was when I bought it. It may not be the cheapest place to go, but if you want it done right, take it to Paap Auto Body. The loner car offered there was the best.

Brought in a conversion van. The paint had to be mixed as it was a custom color. The finish was perfect, glossy and deep. It was even better than the prior paint job somewhere else. Paap worked with me directly to find the perfect color and striping. Also the job was done faster than expected.

Great to work with. Made it easy working with the insurance and there was little work that I had to do with the estimate or adjustments to the estimate. I was always kept in the loop and informed of any changes. Great at answering any questions I had and showing me the progress of the truck in the shop. I took vehicle there for repairs. Since has been back twice and now they wanna place fault on us for something that not found when originally adjusted. I think insurance companies need to do their OWN adjustment and leave the body shop to do the work NOT an all in one experience. I felt lied to and communication...everyone writes all great it was well they dont call keep you in loop at ALL! My experience needless to say was rotten with them and insurance company. Both can wash their hands of it now and I will move along but I will NEVER deal wit Paap Auto Body AGAIN on any future mishaps!

Unfortunately for our vehicles, we’ve been to Paap several times, and we wouldn’t at this point even consider going anywhere else. The quality of the repair and professional / courteous approach to the process is second to none.

Great group of professionals! I have seen them fix everything from buses, tractors, family cars, work trucks, classics, and even a couple of limousines.
