Amazing coffee. Excellent employees. Always smiling and very polite. Does get busy at times but its worth the wait.

The staff are very friendly and always greet you when you walk in! They also are great at keeping the place exceptionally clean. The building itself is nice, and the decorations suit it. The outside seating area is nice as well, and always clean. You can also buy many coffee related items that are not food or snacks here, including cute mugs and cups. The food tastes great too, and it usually is not too long of a wait.

I love this place! There are some very kind individuals who work here and make it even more difficult to curb my addiction. My coffee is always on point and the service is great.

By far the worst one yet. Waited what seemed like forever to get our drinks. Almost twenty dollars waisted. My husband just ordered the standard coffee with shot of espresso. It was simply horrible. The coffee was barely lukewarm. Never again!!

Soo busy.. but understandable on a Saturday morning. Drive thru was around the building so, I went inside and found a few brand new tumblers for the month of June that they just put out while I was waiting for my coffee. Friendly staff too!

This particular Starbucks is very busy and the way the drive through is, is very well....not in a good place. That being said the food/beverages and the staff there are always great! My personal drink is Venti Vanilla Bean Frappucinno with 6 hazelnut and 6 toffenut pumps with sweet cream added. Its AMAZEBALLS!

Drinks are fantastic, however, youre likely to wait 15-20 mins for a drink by the time you make it through the line from order to pick-up. Love the drinks-longer than normal lines.

Very slow drive through and wrong drink given.

I dont know what is going on with this store. In the past 6 weeks, I have went through the drive thru 3 times. Each time, my order was wrong. The fist two times they made grande sized drinks when I ordered and paid for Venti (sticker even said Venti blonde roast w/SC). Then tonight I ordered two grande vanilla sweet cream Nitro cold brews; what I received were two grande nitro cold brews with a splash of sweet cream and a straw....I didnt bother going back through this time to fix the order.

My drink is always great but EVERYTIME i go there i ask for lite ice and they never do that, they always make my drink mostly ice which is very irritating considering it happens everytime. i don’t know if they just don’t read the label but i’m just annoyed.

Stopped by here visiting friends at EIU. Service was quick, drinks were amazing, and even though they were super busy, the servers were very nice (special shout-out for Aislinn, who was very excited and positive and complimented each of my friends and the drinks we ordered!). Terrible service you are waiting 15 to 20 min after your order time says it will be ready. Also they mix up my hott and cold drinks Everytime I have to have it remade. The drive thru doesnt get used properly people use the drive In area of the strip mall blocking traffic from getting to other stores when you can see clearly that the actual drive thru for the building sits empty. It does not make any sense why they can get there drive to be used the correct way and why they cant train their barista on how too make drinks the is the sole job if this place is to make drinks

Starbucks Matoon IL, is poorly managed. Ordered a black coffee and waited 10 minutes before commenting. The manager asked if I had a problem and I said yes, why am I waiting this long for a black coffee. She said I had to wait in line like everyone else. She was aggressive and rude. Maybe she should go to another Starbucks and watch them. Normally who ever takes the order, turns around and fills the cup, takes them 10 seconds.

My wife seems to like their coffee, but I find the burnt beans they use to misrepresent what is supposed to be a naturally bitter coffee. Its a cheap stunt that seems to serve them well. Im no being a troll, I am simply not a fan of their product.

Typical visit to Starbucks, this time a bought a old fashioned glazed donut. $1.95. Tasted suprisingly decent for being a packaged donut. I would ask for it to be warmed next time.

Starbucks staff very friendly! They asked how my day was going and I mentioned I had just won a Triathlon and was celebrating it with a tea and oatmeal!! She wrote me a congratulations note and put it with my order!! That made me smile!!😊

Waited over 15 mins for coffee and sandwich order. We ordered holiday lattes and they were horrible, tasted like watered down coffee,not espresso,and no flavor to them at all. We travel into this area monthly to visit family, this was our second time at this store with the same results. Wont be returning.

I was very disappointed today. I got there at 1:52 and was told they are cutting off the line because they close at 2:00. I drove half an hour just to go to Starbucks. I would suggest start cutting the line off at 2:00 if your hours say 2:00!!! Your hours are when you are OPEN and usually customers are still able to enter until CLOSED.

I was coming home and my wife and I stopped in to the location in Charleston Illinois and the food and the services was terrible .The food appearance was terrible. I felt disrespected that they bring us that food. So I thought about it for a minute and we decided to leave that location. Very disappointed.
