Dr. Repking was understanding and compassionate in explaining the current state of our eyes.Insurance is always complicated to us, but Erin, who assisted us, was adept at navigating its mazes. She also helped us with recommendations and feedback about our choices among frame options.And we love the final choice!

I have been going there for well over 6 years and have been very satisfied with the quality and service I have received. The most recent pair I Purchased have some issues. They dont transition in the sun, and my bifocal area does not line up, I have to raise my glasses up to see clearly when reading. I know they will make it right but its another trip, which is 50miles round trip and time out of my day.

Amazing place. The building is super clean and they follow all protocols. Super friendly staff. Felt like the red carpet was rolled out for me! I was in between 4 pairs of glasses, and so I took them over to Julie, and she helped pick the perfect pair. I was leaning towards that pair, but didn’t tell her, and she was like those are THE ones. Made me feel so good about it, as they are not the normal “color” I tend to get, but she made me feel like they were made just for me. I was so impressed with my visit today, I just had to tell the world.. if you’re on the fence where to go. Definitely choose all about eyes!

I have been coming here since I moved into the area in 2017. I love coming here because all of the staff are super nice. They are always willing to go above and beyond to assist. Recently I came in and Zac assisted me. He was such a pleasure to work with! He helped me get the right kind of glasses and swap out lenses for my prescription sunglasses as well. He was very kind and explained everything in amazing detail. I appreciate him so much!

While the people that work there are amazing, the glasses, not so much. Wonderful and exciting selection of frames. After 4 months of driving back and forth and sending my glasses back to the lab, I finally asked for a refund. They never got it right.Different doctor and lab, glasses were right the first time!I also paid cash and was not refunded the whole amount. I was told the sale amount was $330. Total somehow became $369. I had given a young man the extra $20 I owed on the next visit (of many). It was not credited to my account.I spent a lot on gas money going back and forth (60 miles round trip) for repeated failure. I definitely did not have extra money for this.I will say their price was $200 below what I had to pay at my doctors office. That hurt, too.

The Staff at All About Eyes in Mattoon were very friendly. I broke my frames and desperately needed new ones to put on my luckily undamaged lenses. They couldnt find ones that fit the lenses and made a custom pair of frames for me in just a few minutes. A Five Star Experience Overall and would recommend.

Went in to update my prescription for our glasses and contacts and was met by the wonderful staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Any questions we had were answered. They have many different styles of frames to chose from even designer brands. And Jules was amazing! She worked with us to make sure everything that we needed stayed within our budget. Four visits, no matter the time of day I was rushed like they closed five minutes earlier and I had to go.Went back to get lenses replaced and they were measured just as bad by the same person the second time.Unusually high number of 5 star ratings is because they use tricky worded business cards to draw people to rate high with an inducement to win money each month....and she told me my insurance doesn’t cover the retinal imaging, IT DOES!I like their choice of frames beyond the cheap room that they tried to push.

We had a very good experience here. The staff was helpful and the doctor was very thorough. They were able to squeeze us in on the same day and dealt with my family of 6 wandering around the store for an hour or so. Glasses were reasonably priced for an in-person retailer and the lady that helped us gave us many discounts to help our family out.

The doctor not only explained everything that was taking place, but also answered all of my questions and gave exact fixes and tips to assist. I have a very tough prescription and I had a hard time getting the right frames and I have progressive lenses it was hard to get the right lenses but the people at all about eyes in mattoon stayed on top of it and kept working with me untill we got it right . The staff and doctor were very caring with my children, one of which was experiencing her first ever eye exam. Both children were comfortable and at ease with Dr. Morris. Erin H was extremely helpful in making sure my son could get the frame style he wanted in his favorite color. Erin also ensured that I was aware of the excellent warranty on the frames. There is no doubt the kids will be back next year!

My son just had his annual eye exam and got new glasses from All About Eyes. We were very pleased with all facets of the visit. I took my daughter to All About Eyes to get her vision checked yesterday. It was such an incredibly positive atmosphere, I felt like we had entered The Good Place! Everyone who works there is positive and upbeat- to each other and to the customers. It was such a great energy to be around. And they run the place like a well oiled machine. This was the first time during an eye exam that a doctor offered me an alternative to the puff of air test that was 10 times better.When it was time to pick out glasses Sasha helped me so much, first by offering me a discount then price matching frames that would have been out of my budget. 7/12/19 My appointment time was at 10:30. I originally only had an appointment for glasses but at the last minute decided I also wanted contacts for work. Sasha was great to work with and fully understood my needs. She changed my appointment needs on the spot and got me a contact exam as well and I went home with a trial pair of contacts. Dr. Morris was also great to work with. This all about eyes I have been using for a few years now and would highly recommend them to anyone needing glasses or contacts. They have very friendly staff and a great atmosphere!!!

Experience started great with great staff and good exam. Turned South when glasses were initially wrong strength upon receipt. My daughter broke her glasses and it would be 3 weeks before we could get in to her regular vision place. They got us in in 2 days. I had an awesome experience at the Mattoon location this past Monday. I had recently gotten an eye exam done elsewhere and thought the price of my glasses were a bit expensive. Coworkers suggested I visit All About Eyes to see what they had to offer. I called and spoke with Julie and she insured that when I came in, theyd be able to give me a quote of how much I could expect to pay. I got off of work early that day and decided to stop by. I went in, chose a few pairs that I liked and as promised, I got a quote right then and there! Two days later, I called via phone and placed my order! They were able to get my prescription from the other office I had visited and did so in a timely manner. The staff members were friendly, welcoming and professional. Customer service at this location is impeccable! When they say they guarantee the lowest prices around, they are not joking! I even recommended the Springfield location for my father to visit. 5 stars for me!
