Very positive experience. Testing and what testing results might indicate were explained prior to the hearing test. Also, they check insurance coverage for any discounts available. Highly recommend Beltone Hearing Care Center of Mattoon, Il.

Chris and Lisa really care about their customers and I would highly recommend to check it out when you need that hearing test.Just had an appointment to check in on what I might need to make my hearing aid better. Don’t you just love that! I like this place and I trust this place.

Chris at the Mattoon office is helpful in all aspects. He explains all if you are having problems with your hearing aids. Would recommend him to any person, that is having hearings problems. Lisa, at the desk is helpful also, with cleaning, making appointments, and calling to remind you of your appointment.

The staff in this office is so friendly and accommodating! They are very easy to work with and take care to do a thorough job!
