We had a paint made and it had too much blue in it.we paid a PREMIUM price,so we expected precision. When the precision wasnt there,the staff member SPENCER fixed it at no additional cost. Excellent fix,will go there again for paint.

Watched the manager throw a fit and flip his keyboard, then proceeded to be rude as can be to me because his worker made a mistake by giving me a discount on an item that wasn’t part of the current sale, basically interrogated me like this was all my fault. Will never go there again, I’ll make the extra 20 min drive for me to effingham just to avoid that store.

I have been very impressed with this store. I formerly bought paint at Ace, or other hardware stores. I started purchasing more paint and decided to open an account here at Sherwin. I am grateful I did. They truly know paint, and can help with things I had never even considered (i.e. which brush firmess to use, and roller material/thickness). The employees have seemed happy to help me - even with dumb questions. They provide tips and tricks as well. I have been doing a big project and have visited this store a dozen times in the last few months, helpful every time.

I typically use Sherwin Williams for all my painting purposes. They have nothing but the best products and a great price. The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all their products. Im working in the area from about 2.5 hrs south and never blinked an eye at to going anywhere else for the right products to do a home interior remodel. Get job Matoon store!
