Everyone was friendly nice, office area is too small, not enough space for a handicapped person. Not able to give my personal info discreetly when applying for a loan. Couldnt complete loan arrangement until the work was done and bill was submitted. Monthly payments are much higher than what I would like but what can you do once the parts are in? Cost of labor was crazy high. Appreciated the transportation to and from my home...very accommodating.

I have a 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara, and it is an amazing car, however due to the fact that Suzuki pulled out of the U.S.A. It can be very difficult to find a mechanic who will work on this type of vehicle. However, I was able to find Killians Auto Pros and Im so glad I did! My car stalled out and I had no idea why. I towed it to Killians for diagnostics. He evaluated the car and promptly called and gave me an update and an estimate of price and the time it would take to repair it. Killians then went out of their way to find the parts needed all the way from Texas and kept me informed the entire time. When all was repaired, they stuck true to their estimate and time and my car was better than ever! It has been about 6 weeks since Killians repaired my car and it runs so smooth and powerful I really feel I can trust my car now. Many auto places would not even give me a time of day as soon as I said Suzuki, however Killians is the real deal and I will reccomend them to anyone and everyone! We are so grateful! Called Killians today to see if they could get my 2013 Wrangler in for a thermostat replacement (just bought it from a dealer in NC on Thursday who covered the cost under their warranty). Spoke with Mike, got the Jeep in late this morning and completed the repair. Super nice and friendly service. I’ve lived here 18 years, have never used Killian’s before but they earned a new customer today.

I am very satisfied with the work concerning the replacement of the starter motor. All work was explained clearly and accurately.

Im very pleased with my first-time visit having an oil change performed here on Lexus SUV. Prior to my visit in deciding to try them, they enthusiastically answered my questions relative to brand of filter used, full synthetic and weight of oil they would use (confirming OEM specs), and what level tech does the oil change (they only have ASE techs) which I appreciate. With a 7:30 AM appt. today, I was out by 8:15 AM as promised. I used a coupon and it was just slightly more since coupon was based on 5 qts. and mine takes 6. They also checked my spare tire as requested, finding it was 40 PSI and they set it to spec. Their extra customer service effort in courtesy and attention to detail shows. Thank you.

Driving around town and to work was fine. I got on the interstate on yesterday, since the work done to my car. I must say it wasnt a good experience; due to my car started shaking once I reached 70mph. I called Killians Auto Pro this morning to speak to Steve but I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up but will be calling back so I can have this shaking issue on my car fix.

People and service wetter excellent. They were willing to help out in any way they could.

Did the diagnostics for the service engine light. The price was $100, which I think is high. Suggested that the repair would be $2400. I had it done for $1400 elsewhere.I really like the folks here,, but I also have to think of the expenses. I have always let them do my repairs, but I always get a competitive quote from elsewhere after the fact . The prices here have gone from historically very competitive to always on the high side now.

Well, Killians is my new car shop. I was in there Thusday to get my AC on my Lexus fixed. Not only did they fix it where it was cooling, they checked my car and showed me I had 2 bad tires. I didnt have the money but they got me financed for a set of tires and alignment. 60,000 mile tires at a great deal. I love these guys and Ill be back. P.S. AC is very cold too!

After my sprinter stalled while driving on I-385 yesterday, I was desperate to get it diagnosed and fixed. Encouraging me to come right in, Steve at Killian Auto Pros offered to run a diagnostic for me. While I waited, my 6 year old made herself a cup of hot apple cider using the Keurig they so generously set out for their customers to use. Unfortunately, my daughter set her cup of cider on the counter next to Steves workspace and lo and behold, she spilled the entire cup on the counter, the floor, and on his papers and business cards. Gulp! My daughter curled up in a chair and I cringed inside. But Steve handled it very professionally and cleaned up the mess for us without saying a single negative thing. When the garage realized they couldnt help me because my issues were diesel-related, they still ran a diagnostic for me, free of charge. In addition to that, Steve helped me locate a couple shops that might be able to help me. I know businesses dont run on charity, but they wouldnt take my money. This place is fantastic! I stopped for a routine oil change and they spotted something seriously wrong with my car— they probably saved me from being stuck on the side of the road or worse. I was on a road trip and did not expect this type of delay, so naturally I was upset and frustrated, but the staff member named Joy made my experience a lot better. She had incredible customer service (got me water, kept me updated frequently, and even helped me with my dog so I could grab belongings from the car and use the restroom!) Also, the technicians all seemed very diligent and competent. I would 100% recommend this place!

I was really in a bind when my daughters car broke down on her way home from college for Thanksgiving. I had it towed to Killians and spoke to a nice mechanic there named Ronnie. Even though he had other cars that were already being worked on, he got right on my daughters car to diagnose what was wrong with it. Steve called me to let me know that some parts were going to need to be ordered, that he would get them there as quick as possible and that he would do all that he could to keep the cost down. He was very understanding of my dilemma and had Hannah back on the road and on campus just in time for classes to start back. Thank you Killians for the amazing, professional service you gave us! Brought my Jeep to Killian based on prior review. Mr. Killian, Mike and the rest of the staff was excellent. Work done to my satisfaction and communication was very good. Work done consisted of replacing valve gasket, oxygen sensor and EGR valve. Also took care of re-programming the car on a transmission issue which was handled by another vendor. And they have loaner cars which was a happy surprise. Overall - high marks to the team at Killians.

After contacting them, getting a quote, and dropping my truck off That very day- @approx 7:30Pm on a Tuesday evening, it was complete and ready to pick up after I got off work the following day.by 5 pm. The level/lift was spot on, as well as the upgraded front end components that were needed To be replaced and the alignment complete.!! I and thoroughly pleased and happy with everything. This shop goes above and beyond for me every time I go in there. I needed driveline work, including the rear differential seal. Even though they did not want to attempt the rearend seal they did find a shop that could do the work and took my vehicle there to be repaired. After the other shop did the rearend seal, Killian Auto Pros finished the rest of the driveline repairs that I had requested. They did a Great job and kept me informed with phone calls all through the repairs. Everyone from the service writers to the mechanics are fantastic!
