Stopped in the store in Mauldin store number 211 on October 4 for a battery for my car. I told them what the make and model and year was so they could look up what battery I needed because my car was stuck at work. They Told me they had two types one for $150 and the other for & $179. I wanted the $150 but they told me it was out of stock so I had to get the more expensive one. Took the battery back to my car and it didnt fit. It was too big. Stopped back by the store to drop the old battery off and told them about the battery being too big and was told that it should be fine. I had to bungee cord the battery in. I thought they would have offered to give me the correct battery instead of saying it will work. I dont like having to bungee cord the battery in! Not sure if it was because I am a women or they just didnt have the right battery.

Went to this location specifically for the great service, and I wasn’t disappointed. Marco really went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate it.

Good store the only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is becuase one person said he knew all about cars, and then didnt know about a coolant flush even though i know what i need for my car

Went to 3 different auto stores, looking to replace part of my e-brake cable linkage. every store told me they didnt carry a replacement and it had to be special ordered and it would just be cheaper to replace the entire e-brake. The Manager here said the same thing, but he then asked me told wait at the counter and he went and grabbed 3 different parts. Those 3 things were less then $15 and were the same things that came in the $170 repair kit you have to special order.

This store is, without a doubt, the most helpful parts store Ive been to in years. Not only did they have the exact part I needed (for a 2006 car), they even helped with the install--which I totally did not expect. Callie split her time helping me and helping another customer with a radiator hose--and succeeded in getting us both back on the road. I cant say enough about how much I appreciated the help and the can-do attitude. Its service worth going out of your way for, for sure.

Lady in there tried to overcharge me for something than what the price was worth i would not go over there at all for anything

Worst service I have ever had from one particular associate who told me he was too busy to help me because he is in the middle of something after the other guy who was suppose to install the wipers passed me off to him and went outside to help a female who came to the store after me. He only installed 1 wiper and then they wanted me to pay. Half a** service.Manager was friendly but the other guys need a talk about expectations and training on customer service. Manager was not around when the bad service happent.I went to O’Reillys and got world class customer service from everyone I met there. They do full service, no questions asked.O’Reillys will be my go to place from now on.

Went there today due to my aunts battery dyeing. The Mgr Callie glady replaced it since it was still under warranty. She is the new Store Mgr and has excellent customer service skills!!! By the way she looks very young which really impressed me. The clerk, Robert G. put the battery in and he was nice, friendly, and helpful and went out his way to help my elderly aunt with a few other things. Its wonderful to see young people with excellent customer service skills. The store was nice, and clean. I would definitely do business with them again.

Worst shopping experience i have ever had the 2 people working there were both on their phones and did not care if i was there i asked for a brake cable and the guy stared at the computer mumbling as if he did not have a clue i dont think they wanted to help me maybe because i am white but i will never step foot in auto zone again

Went to have a battery replaced that had been in ? For 3 months and installer broke off nipple on radiator so now were having to be towed and pay for a new radiator installed. Great service thanks alot!!!just want to update review the regional supervisor called we discussed issue and they paid to have the vehicle fixed I would recommend them to anyone thanks to Mr Dave the district manager we appreciate your timely handling of this matter!!!

Dear Auto Zone:You have an awesome worker that I want you to know about. She went over and above the call of duty to help me. I needed somebody to help me with my Nissan Sentra battery ports, as they were the culprits I was stranded couple of times due to oxidation and bad connection. So, I went to Auto Zone in Mauldin, SC on Laurens Rd and Callie helped me not only to find the right part but she took all the time to replaced one of them. She came out to my car to take the cable off and look at it and then help me find the right part and put it on! Now I do not have to be worried to go to the mechanic or call for roadside assistant. What a wonderful service, Callie is an excellent worker!!!

The guy who helped me was great. (The younger black man). I was explaining what Happened to my dad and guy offered to check my other issue just because he heard me say I will have to find someone to check it. Thanks for being awesome to me

THE MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We purchased a battery a little over a year ago and it started acting funny. Micheal Valentine and the Store Manager William took care of the issue for us with swift, friendly and professional service! Micheal got us in a new battery and not only did it not cost us anything because it was still under warranty he got us in a better battery for less money and refunded the difference. He did all this leg work on his own to take care of us. In addition to really knowing his stuff, he was also highly personable and attentive throughout the exchange. As Micheal was installing our new battery, William (the Store Manager) came out to let us know that our warranty started over with the exchange and to make sure we were happy with our experience. All I can really say is that these two gentlemen have earned a lifetime AutoZone customer in not only me, but my entire family. Amazing experience!!! At the auto parts store no less!!! Thank you both for taking the stress out of the situation!!!

One guy was very helpful and happy to come look at the part I was trying to replace. He left to help another customer and I could not get his help which brings in another guy. This old guy told me I dont have time to look at anything. there are 5 people in line behind you. It turns out the part the first guy found was the wrong part anyway.

Visited yesterday and was looking for a particular part. I requested assistance from Bobby S. He. Was too lazy and preoccupied to show me where the part was or bother look it up in the computer. Somewhere over there was the answer I received, I seemed to be interrupting him texting, as his cellnphone kept binging. With no luck, i asked him again, as he was resting, propping up the counter, and he replied no, sorry dude, we dont have that. I dont think he understood what I wanted, and I dont think he cared to.Being persistent (really needed the part,l, I asked Callie the Manager. She not only found the part in the computer, she went and pulled the part for me. THAT is customer service. Bobby S. clearly does not want to work at your store, and is giving your customer service a terrible name, it clearly is not his forte. The manager was informed, and others need to know to ask for a manager.

Its usually a great place but now they dont have anything in stock. Usually you have to wait a day or two while other stores around them have the same product in stock sometimes the customer service is slow other than that a great overs all-around great auto parts store

Every time I go to get some oil, or a bulb for my vehicle. There is aleays an employee willing to help me. I have had great customer service that are knowledgeable with my needs. I could go to several other auto parts stores that I pass just to get to this AutoZone store. I have gone to the others. This store is just in my opinion, a better place to shop

I have went there before and the man didnt even want to help me at first until I told him that I will go to another store...Im guessing he was the manager...he just gave me the tools and I told him before I came there I have already tried to take the part off before I came there. So the reason why I came there is to get help because I couldnt take the part off and it was a part off my door very small part but I just couldnt do it cuz I dont understand cars like that sometimes anyway he told me that the reason why he could help because he couldnt leave the store however he helped this other woman with the big breasts and she had a man so my thing about it is the point of it is customer service is everything and you need to help everyone out that I was willing to wait patiently and I never encountered this before from the other stores which is why I was about to leave to go to the other store but I went to that one because I was in the neighborhood anyway he needs to practice on helping everybody not just particular people that he wants to help that is not customer service. And I felt very disrespected and aggravated at the end

Their customer service was outstanding the regional manager actually was there cant remember her name but she was extremely nice and helpful its not my usual Hometown Store but I think Ill drives a couple extra miles next time to go to the Mauldin location instead.

Went in to buy some oil and got close to the door because I was looking for air freshener for my car... kind of felt bad when asked what I was doing and what I was looking for. Cashier proceeded to ask me if I was ready to cash out and I let them know that I was still looking. Got what I needed and got rung up but the whole process was just off.
