Free antibiotics! Thank the lord because i font have insurance right now and i just really needed relief. They filled my script in 37 min of the 1hr they quoted me, after theyd just got back from lunch. It was quick and easy and they were polite thank you publix.

My receipt says Alex was my cashier today, he wasnt friendly at all. He never greeted us and we couldnt even get a Have a nice day. I expect better customer service from Publix. He never even looked up at us. When I was in the deli the worker walked away as soon as it was my turn (even after having just served a gentleman in front of me) with not even a greeting or a well be right with you. Thank you to the Latina woman who served us with a smile after we waited to be acknowledged. I understand the store may be short staffed during these times, however my interaction with these employees made me feel unwelcome and Im dissatisfied with the service at this location.

Publix is nice but their prices are too steep considering the quality. Not a good place for a big family to shop. Same groceries you get elsewhere but cost 20-30% more. 3 stars because its clean and the staff are always very nice. Also the deli and butcher do a great job.

I love Publix but really tired of the deli department and the borderline rudeness. As an HR Executive I highly recommend a new staff who dont mind slicing very thin. A smile every once in awhile would be nice.

I ordered my groceries, but went in mauldin Publix to pick up some things. Your cashier are not friendly towards black people. I was third in line the cashier spoke to them. When it was my turn she didnt even speak are look at me. I love your groceries store but for that reason I can go somewhere else. Please tell your employees everyone has a right to come in that store. Thats why they have a job.

Absolutely baffled at the amount of mistakes that this place makes. Not talking about the grocery department, but the sandwich sub deli department . Waited in line for freaking four hours just to get one sub everything I told her I wanted she did the complete opposite. I asked for provolone she gave me pepper jack lettuce she gave me jalapeño peppers pickles she gave me olives. I asked for light vinegar and she doused it. Came home with a soggy sandwich. had to use my own ingredients at home because it was so terrible. Last time ordering from here. used the whole boars head ham for one sandwich. Mouthful of ham no bread pure nasty cheese. Done with this place one star.

Always a pleasure. Literally. If I ever had an issue it is always taken care of quickly and with zero conflict. Even with the Instacart service they are always looking to make it right.Great location and management especially the lady with glasses. Sorry as I forgot get name. Love this location.

Really like Publix subs. This time the veggies were out in many of the containers. It took 20-25 minutes to get 1 sub made because she had to go get items that had empty containers. To make it harder for Julie there were 3 carts pushed into the fridge in front of the shelves where the food was kept. I repeat, I really like your subs. I will be back.

Grocery chain with lots of choices and moderately priced goods. I recommend the online ordering and car pick up its a great choice for people on the go. Fast friendly service and great selections in all areas. If you do go inside store layout is easy to get used to and easy to find what you need. If the beer section had a few more craft brews I would give it a 5 star rating instead of 4.

The absolute slowest and most clueless meat/sub department in Greenville county. You don’t need 1 person fixing subs for a line with ten people in line. Second time in a week I’ve experienced this horribly ran department

The employees are great however the store aisles are backwards. The produce is on the left behind the deli. It is very awkward to find ones bearings.

I went to pick up a prescription and there were 3 people behind the counter. Not 1 of them even took the time to acknowledge that I was standing there. And this is not the 1st time this has happened. Im sick of them

Store seemed ok/staff nice but a lady was in restroom, didnt wash her hands and then grabbed a basket to shop, gross! I hope they are still sanitizing carts/baskets but this lady is touching items/food in store. I wanted to say something but probably would of been called a word or MYOB.

Publix I love it usually even when you looking forward to need to find you have the managers they come through there and as you are you alright they help you find what you trying to eat and get for your groceries so it is awesome

This is my Publix . Overall great store Im here multiple times a week. The reason for four stars and not five because there is a noticeable difference in the associates and the experience at this store. I can walk past three associates and Noone acknowledges me. It could be because they recognize my face but I feel a change. Also, the Overall attitude in the deli /bakery has really changed and I shop more at the new Publix. I am not longing for a pre covid Publix instead a Publix where genuineness is paramount. I miss that. I am thankful for a speedy checkout and everyones hard work.

Parking lot has way to many stops and turns that need to be. Poor design.

I love Publix stores for particular items, but this is the second time in a month at this location that I’ve been sold spoiled items. First it was very moldy carrots, and now spoiled red meat (you couldn’t tell till you opened it). I’ve never had this happen to me at any Publix. I think they should improve their game, please don’t become a Walmart..

Publix has great customer service but lately the deli have been slacking not to mention they never have the water that I need for my baby anymore. I live close by but at this point Ill continue driving to Harris Teeter on Augusta Rd.

Switched pharmacys right over the phone so I could use the GoodRX app...took less than 5 minutes and they did all the work, and were so professional!I shop often here and wanted to switch for sometime to use the App, but was hesitant for the thought of the hassle, but it was absolutely hassle free !The young lady did great !

Great store! Friendly employees all around: from the lady cleaning carts to the pharmacy and checkout employees, EVERYONE was friendly and helpful if we needed something. Clean store where youll pay a little more than Bi-Lo or Food Lion, but you cant beat the variety, cleanliness, and friendliness of the employees!

The best place in Mauldin to get fresh beautiful produce

My husband mentioned that he didnt like this location very much but couldnt really tell me why. Now I get it. I found cashier Lori to be brash and almost rude. She didnt even speak to me except to ask if I wanted to donate, then just walked away at the end of the transaction. The customer service team was behind her and watching the whole time. The bagger was super friendly with a great personality, but I had to rebag half of my groceries. Salad dressing and bread arent the best bag partners. Neither are six cans and deli potato salad in a soft plastic container.Ill go to one of the other locations from now on.

Publix is a very nice, clean, and well lit store. The product I was looking for wasnt in stock, Ill be returning soon.

I went to order whole chicken wings and was told by a lady that have worked there awhile that she can only sell me 3 wings. My job ordered a box of whole wings from the same deli there and there was no problem. I just cant figure this one out. If you want more than 3 wings I guess you will have to do like I did go elsewhere LOL what ashame to let money walk out the door. I went to Spinx it was great and I got exactly what I ordered no problem. The deli meat n bread was great from here. I will try another store the next time around if Im ordering chicken

One of the cleanest grocery stores in Mauldin ( if not the only one ) !! I would have gave them 5 stars, but can not give them the last star due the lack of having disinfectant sprays or disinfectant wipes.Not that any grocery store seems to have those items so....Dont worry Publix, I dont give any grocery store 5 stars !! Definitely the best one in Mauldin tho during this pandemic !!!
