I havent used their professional services, but only stop here to pick up purchases ordered from Wish, but notice that they are also an Amazon hub. Ive dealt with the same young man the past few times Ive been there. Hes friendly and courteous, and doesnt keep you waiting out front. The store is located behind the storefronts on East Butler Road.

Came in with a custom built desktop that I just put together that was restarting on boot. After a couple hours Chris had the issue pinned down to a problem that seems like a defective motherboard having an issue with the Asus motherboard drivers when installing Armoury Crate. I opted to just replace the board myself since its still under 30 day warranty with Amazon, got an MSI board after positive review from Chris (never personally used MSI yet) and after some digging with Armoury Crate giving similar issues on newer Asus boards. Good service, great price, and he doesnt scam/push services you dont need like at Geek Squad. Highly recommend them.

Had an issue with computer not powering on. Called this business and within a couple of hours my computer had not only been fixed but upgraded and running better then before, and with a very cheap price tag attached. I highly recommend this place, excellent customer service, and very professional with reasonable prices. I will only get my computer updated/repaired here from now on.

A couple of weeks ago I brought one of my laptops to the store for repair. Awesome service, sums it up. Chris, the proprietor, did a great job, turnaround was quick and the price reasonable. In addition, after ordering and attempting to implement the suggestions Chris gave me I had to bring it back along with the items I had ordered since I had trouble getting them to work. Chris not only helped me install the new items he spend more than an hour with me at the store testing to make sure everything worked. On top of it he did not even charge me for his time.

My son went up to the Mauldin location this evening as he was getting ready to close. He looked at his PC and said come back in an hour and I will help you out. He went back an hour later and the owner personally worked with him on fixing the issue and got his PC up and running. He gave him great advise on upgrading his system as well as spending some valuable time answering lots of questions from this gaming young man. My husband and I will definitely recommend A & E to anyone who asks. Thank you for being honest and helping this young man and not taking advantage of him as others would have.
