Ive only been in this store 3 or 4 times but every time the person who checked us out was very rude. They are also very slow. I literally wait in line for 20 minutes when theres only a few people ahead of me. It makes no sense. They need to update their store and their store policies. They are very out of date. They may be closing this store, Im not sure. I think I heard something about that but I could be completely wrong about that part. They need to do better in my opinion.

Great prices and not much customer support. Slow checkout service and process. Only one register was open and a long line of customers.

Awful customer service. Place is outdated and old. Purchased something online saying it will be ready to pick up day of and now two days later it is still not ready. False advertising. I went in to ask if it was ready and had no problem waiting but customer service was rude in letting me know it isnt available. Next time I will just go in and buy it myself....but I instead will shop elsewhere all together.

Went in the store and the place has layaway on everything. I bring a washer and dryer to layaway that has a layaway sticker on it and they say they cant do layaway because it is on clearance. Manager said it is policy. I asked if its policy than why did they falsely advertise layaway on the item. She said its not a debate, took off the sticker and walked away. I love the false advertisement and customer service. This is one example of what is wrong with the world. You make a mistake, you own up to it. Not tuck tail and run.

Medicine aisles are basically empty. Baby formula aisle basically empty. Plenty of clothing options if you like the Pittsburgh Steelers. Im a Dallas Cowboys fan. The service at the register was standard, not terrible, not great. I did not see any sales associates on the floor. I think I got followed around by security because some guy with a walkie talkie followed me around the store the entire time I was searching for stuff but never asked if I needed help. Which by the way I couldve used since I went in there with a very sick baby girl in tow, looking to buy medicines and supplies for her and finding bare shelves instead. I usually go to Target, and I reckon thats where Ill go from now on. Kmart used to be so much better. Its sad to see how far downhill theyve gone as a company.

This store is closing and hate that as they had things that Target or Walmart doesnt have and would be some of the clothes.. They are having store wide closing sale at 10 to 40% or more off.. That leaves the Kmart still open near Greenville Memorial hospital but dont look for it stay open if the whole company fails and goes under in a couple of months..

This place doesn’t deserve a star, they deserve a thumbs down 👎. Customer service employees are rude and slower than anything I have ever witnessed!! They don’t educate or train any of their employees on how to run a cash register or how to handle customers! I will never ever shop at this place again, Walmart will get my business from now on!

IT WAS GREAT, HAD TO PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT CAUSE I GOT STOPPED BY THE POPO!!!! 2 TKTS & WARNING, STICKER NOT/TAG, HAVE INS BUT DIDNT HAVE CURRENT CARD. IT WAS MAULDIN, VERY NICE THO. THAT KMART IS NICE, ITS BEEN THERE LONG X,BUT I CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT IM LOOKING FOR!!

The service is fast. Too many receipts for a single transaction. I think its a waste of paper.

Products are decent but there is usually only 1 or 2 registers so check out is slow, and employees are not that friendly.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered online 2 in stock items for store pickup. Seriously 2 small items that are found on the shelf. Waited a whole 24 hours and called the store. Your items arent ready yet because there are other peoples orders in front of yours they said without even asking me what my order number was. Waited another whole 24 hours and they still werent ready. Finally called customer service and got them to cancel my order. Complete waste of my time.

Picked up some items I ordered online at Sears online there. Very quick to help, fat service!

Over priced items plus a management staff who has no clue of whats going on or their own policies. Out of all of the Kmarts that have gone out of business, this shouldve been the first. Save yourself a horrible experience and go to Wal-Mart

Slowest lines in the state. Your minimal wait time to check out will be 7-10 minutes. The staff seems to be on another planet, a planet of complete incapability. Wretch on this place. I have never had a good experience here.

This store was going out of business and the final sale prices on the items I purchased was fantastic.

Hit and miss with prices. But their Elf is always reasonable, when stocked.
