So sad. Went to find a bottle. Found it... for $499. Went down the road to Lake Liquor... same bottle was $88. Insane.

The drive thru is fast and courteous and they have a ridiculously huge selection. The decor in the store aint bad either! Great place! 👏🍻

Prices are a lot higher than the liquor store down the way, and drive thru line is packed more than the closest competitor but their customer service is great, Ashley in particular always makes my day brighter when shes working!

The store itself has a great selection. Im a whiskey/bourbon drinker myself, so I enjoy what they have on their normal shelves, which are priced pretty okay overall. When you get to the harder to find whiskey/bourbon, they price gouge the heck out of it. A bottle of EH Taylor Amaranth sells for $799 there, MSRP is $70. They also have the EH Taylorr marriage for $2999, and the MSRP on that is also $70. They also have the Elijah Craig 18 for $299, which MSRP is $150. I get it, but people who come in are more likely to be whiskey drinkers not whiskey collectors. Pricing like a whiskey collector isnt going to help anyone out even themselves

Honestly a decent liquor store. The staff seemed friendly and store very clean. One of the members made sure we found what we needed which was helpful. Only thing I just find odd is how the employees uniforms have very short shorts. Shorts are one thing, but its rather odd that a company would make its employees wear shorts that dont even reach mid-thigh

The place was well stocked, reasonable prices,lower than other places, and good customer service, with drive thru. I have been going there for my wines, liquor, etc. The last two times.

I was in there a few weeks ago. Was treated very rude. I asked 4 Hennessy Black. The employees laughed in my face & said isnt that regular Hennessy. Thanks 2 a bigger, better store, with excellent staff. Unlike this horrible place I finally found my Hennessy (Not regular) Black

This place has it all. A large selection of wine and knowledgeable staff. I frequently get the biggest bottle of hypnotic along with a couple of sweet wines. Last time I went in there was some kind of promotion for a rose wine. We tried a little and it was a dry wine. I stop by a few times a month and the staff is always friendly.

It had a wine that my mom drunk and shared with us when we were kids. We were of age. It brought back fond memories.

My first and last time at this store. I have never been treated so rudely. If you want to be talked to like a child from a child, go there. They don’t ever have to worry about me coming here again!!

A huge selection of items

Maumelle Wine & Spirits is centrally located and excellent. Their employees are always incredibly down to earth and knowledgeable. They arent a bunch of beer, whiskey, wine, etc uppity people, but they know whats good to drink and recommend. They havent ever steered me wrong, and they will continue to have my business!

This is a really nice liquor store and very helpful kind employees. I love the selections of beer that they have. Prices are a bit higher then a competitor like lake liquor. But, to be expected because its in a nicer area and its a much nicer establishment.

Went in here today for the 3rd and last time. 1st time was helped by a guy and he was pretty cool. 2nd and 3rd time helped by a lady who was rude. She racially profiled my wife and I during more than half of our trip. Trust a bottle of whisky was not worth stalking us around. Was very rude to my wife after I handed her both of our ids. It really is more convenient to our home but I would rather driver further than be degraded by a business. Maybe they will miss the money maybe they wont. Not my problem because I will not be back.

Yall do realize that individual liquor stores dont control their prices, right? The alcohol distributor is the one who claims the price of liquor or beer, not the actual store you buy it from. If youre complaining about prices being too high, you just cant afford what youre drinking. A bottle of Jack Daniels is the same price everywhere you go because the Jack Daniels distributor put that price tag on every bottle. Anyways, this store is amazing, everyone that works here is very well informed on many different things. They have beer guy, a whiskey/bourbon guy, a vodka guy, a wine girl. Good stuff.

The store layout and decor are nice, the employee that checked me out was somewhat rude. Im not sure if that is her typical demeanor, but she was not at all cheerful. The items I priced cost the same as Lake Liquor; which I visited before coming here. I will be shopping at Lake Liquor from now on.

Great Place To Stop On The Way Home From Work To Grab Something For The Weekend!

Staff is friendly, store is clean, and the drive up window makes it very convenient when you already know what you want or if its raining out. Prices are about the same as Lake Liquor. With the size of this store I would expect a better wine selection, but they do have plenty of wines to choose from for someone like me who is not a wine connoisseur. The location is convenient since I can stop by here after trips to Kroger or as I pass it on my way home from work in the evenings.

No, you cant make this stuff up! I entered the building and the first thing I saw was an employee seated behind the counter woofing down Chick-Fil-A. The second employee walked past me as I got in line and quickly exited into the back room. The third employee, who was actually manning a register, had completely messed up the customer in front of mes transaction, undoing and redoing, and the fourth employee was in over her head, running back and forth trying to remember items for the drive thru with not much success. I desperately looked to the Chick-Fil-A eater to come and bail me out, but all I got was the lasting image of him pouring waffle fries out of the bottom of the sack directly down the back of his throat. That was my last image and last trip into this mess of a liquor store.

Rigged pricing system. Pretty sure cashier and/ or owners collecting some cash on the side. 27$ for an 18 pack of michelob light? 20$ for a Margarita mix? Thats the last time theyll see my face. Price gouging in Houstons got nothing on these guys.

Was new to the area and this was a very convenient location to stop and purchase our beer. The first time I went in, I asked them if they would sell me the 16 Oz Coorslight by the case as we purchase 6 cases at a time. They told us that they would have to charge us by the 6 Pack and we would get no discount buying it by the case. That was a few years ago and I have been buying our beer at Diamond Liquo in Sherwood, as they discount when I purchase by the case.

Of all the liquor stores I have ever patronized (believe me, I am qualified) Maumelle Wines & Spirits is the cream of the crop, the Bees Knees Baby! From the top Denise the Manager to her entire first class staff that consists of Daniel, John, Ross and Eilia they are the BEST. The place is always immaculate & if I could live there believe me I would. The staff is always so personable & attentive, if you give them an ounce of love, you will receive a pound of knowledge & love in return. Everyone is so genuine and more than willing to engage in any topic of conversation. The drive-thru service is second to none, but trust me the inside service is worth the trip. If this business were a bar...it would be named Cheers. They are all knowledgeable & more than willing to serve you. If you need assistance simply ask, this is the Major Leagues of Liquor stores & by that I mean they expect you to know what you are looking for & if you dont know, let them know and they will govern you accordingly with a more than willing helping hand. This is the White House of liquor stores (dont ask for ketchup on your steak or hot dog) if you do, do it discreetly and all will be fine. To be clear, dont ask for Bud Light in a milk jug...believe me, even I would laugh at you. Have fun, experience what a true Liqour store experience is truly all about...Ask Daniel how the Steelers can win another Super Bowl, ask Ross how to bench press 350 pounds, if you want a degree in wine ask Eillia, if you want to know the meaning of life ask for John & if you want one of the BEST hugs, ask for Denise.

I have been going there for awhile due to the convenience of the drive through. I agree with another reviewer about the lady working there but dont think its racial profiling because i am white and she is just as rude and unfriendly to me. And dont ask for COLD boxed wine it really pisses her off. Like it is a hardship to chill something. Acts like you are inconveniencing her. Have been putting up with it but am tired of it. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Shoddy, disinterested staff that seemed bored with it all, including the customers. Cater heavily to the drive-thru and generally ignore in-house customers. They will not bag your bottles or cans unless you demand it and then seem taken aback. Same with getting a receipt. Spent more time talking with each other about whats for dinner instead of getting to customers in line.

Prices are higher then they should be.A bottle of Johnny Walker White Walker only goes for $29 (CORRECTION) $25 but this place is selling it for $44.99.Talk about price gouging. Even their wine is more expensive then Kroger. The employees are nice but the older woman that seems to run the place is very rude and has ZERO customer service experience. Shes more concerned with her friends that come through the drive thru. 💁🏻‍♀️ Also, they never check your ID, so someone should look into that... 🤔

After walking into the store and making my way halfway to the back of the building to begin shopping. A staff member past by me and blew out a large puff of smoke after inhailing from his e-cigarette. After coughing multiple times due to being sneak attached by this huge cloud of carcinogens. I informed the staff member that I am allergic to chemicals within the vapor he exhaled in my face while passing by. The staff member then shrugged and told me The owner is ok with itand continued to walk away. I then asked if this is something I would be encountering often in this store as I have to consider my health and safety. The staff member then replied, The owner said we could do it and customers do it all the time in here.According to this staff members report, neither the owner or staff are interested in protecting the health of their customers. Therefore I cannot afford to shop at this store any longer and I encourage others to consider shopping at other stores where the health and safety of customers are valued.

Went to buy few bottles of wine. When I asked recommendation about one bottle, the employee didnt have a clue which is OK. What is wrong is to engage in politics and immigration because he felt entitled to share his racist views. This is unacceptable. I thought awhile before putting this review and I will pass some details. So maybe the manager will read it, but you have lost a customer and I will spread the word out on how unprofessional this business is. BTW I am not from here and I have a dual citizenship. I was once a immigrant like all of us. Pitiful.
