I am a Meat Department Manager and Unifirst has been fantastic since we signed on with them. Eric B has been making runs for us for the better part of a year and he has always been quick and helpful when he is in the store. If Ive had questions or concerns Eric always has a useful answer and he has a great customer service personality. One of youre best Service Route Specialist is Eric Bromley. He is always wearing a smile, helpful, and mindful about how far away we are. During his time on our route, we never had to call for extras. We could tell him and they would be there the next week. I do hope youre new personnel has the same fortitude for the long distance clients.
Eric Bromley went out of his way to make sure our employees were satisfied with their uniforms being in good shape and all were accounted for.We also used the floor rugs, our shop is so dirty, he even put a couple extra down so I feel like all the floors are clean. He has great customer service skills, We here at The Clark County Road and Sanitation Dept. are going to miss his friendly self and service!

He does an excellent job keeping track of all our guys and their uniforms, making sure that everything is up to par each week. UniFirst is the biggest joke of uniform services. We posted our agreement on hold and clearly stated we could not move forward, here we are today and they think we owe them $10,000?? I work for Nick ruffin excavation and Eric was our uniform guy and he was always very professional on time every day if we had a problem he was very fast to get to the bottom of it and resolve any issues I would like to stay optimistic that our new guy will be just as good but it wld be hard to beat eric he was a joy to work around I wish him success at his new job but he will be missed around here

This is the most disorganized company Ive ever done business with. I placed an order in July of 2013 and after 6 weeks of not receiving it, I called to follow up. I was told it was in production. I called every week until NOVEMBER when I finally received my order (I was told it would take 3-4 weeks). Then I had to ask for my invoice. I asked for my invoice no less than 5 times and I finally received it in February. I immediately paid it with a credit card and thought it was done. A month later, our secretary came to me asking why it hadnt been paid. They never ran my card! So our secretary then gave a credit card to get it paid immediately. We thought it was done. Fast forward to April 1. I receive a call from the sales guy that I need to pay this immediately or Ill be turned over to collections. WHAT? I thought maybe I missed an invoice and asked for it to be sent to me. Nothing. Every week I asked for this invoice. April 21, I receive a call from the branch manager, Pay immediately or youll be turned over to collections. I asked for another copy of the unpaid invoice and SURPRISE! as of today, he still has not sent it. I called their secretary and asked her to send me the invoices for the accounts Im going to be turned over to collections for... THEY ARE THE SAME INVOICES I ALREADY SUBMITTED MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY! Ive wasted DAYS with this company tracking them down, begging to pay them, answering collection calls, etc...Unless you have tons of time to waste and enjoy repeating your actions, do business elsewhere. These types of companies are a dime a dozen and this one is only worth a penny.

Service is terrible. We never get what we need. I had to bring 48 dry mops home to wash this weekend so we have them for Monday morning. We are completely out of them and never received any when the guy came Tuesday. We are thinking about changing companys. Very poor service!
