Good target good amount of stuff little bit older and kind of difficult to find you have to kind of drive around for it but all in all not bad

Worst Target. Drove half an hour to this one specifically because they had listed online that they had an item in stock. Showed up and the item was out. Every department was a mess and completely picked over. Didnt find half of the things I came in for. Stopped at the Starbucks on my way out and the food case was full of flies and while waiting in line there were like 15 flies flying around the area. Felt bad for the only barista working because she seemed new and confused. Ending up leaving now I go to the Starbucks down the street.

I always like shopping at Target. This Target was overall my usual experience except when it came time to check out. There was no waiting at the service counter and three employees were standing there so I approached to see if I could check out there as the sign said it was also for 10 items or less checkout. I was sent over to self checkout which was not obvious (I do not live around here and the Target at home is laid out much differently). I got what I went there for and still had a nice time browsing as usual, the checkout experience was the only issue.

I love the Target on SOM. I live near a target, but I will drive to the Target on SOM. The store is very neat, clean, and friendly. I really like my shopping experience at the SOM store.

Hello!! Target? You hire duds... I had the most unfriendly cashier, he couldnt even say hi just rang my stuff up & didnt acknowledge me. At least put people with personalities up front. Also stock your shelves, its pathetic. No clothes for toddlers or diapers. The most unorganized Target I have ever seen. This specific store is O stars. Ill def be going to a different location.

Went there today to get Starbucks, my mocha cookie crumble and they said were not making them I asked why and she said theres a line . I said theres only 2 people in line . She said yes and said next. Sad nobody wants to do their job anymore ☹️

The wife loves Target ... me, not so much. This one is never too crowded and well stocked.

This is by far the worst Target I have ever come across!!! Every single time I go in there, the customer service line is outrageous and there is never any help! The customer service cashier today had no idea what she was doing with an exchange and ended up charging me more then was supposed to. I will never go back to this store.

Target, I have to downgrade my rating for this location and several other locations from four stars to two stars. Your stores are becoming an Extreme Mess.Once upon a time Target stores were so clean, my husband and I made up a Target game as a result of the cleanliness. We playfully nicknamed the floor personnel Target Fairies. The reason? During our shopping experience, there was a certain mystique about how the floor staff were able to keep the aisles extraordinarily clean and remain lowkey under our radar. The fairies even had helpers we nicknamed The Distracters; they hide the fairies activities by asking us if we needed any assistance. On rare occasions, my husband and I would catch a Target Fairy or two picking up something, reorganizing, or restocking the shelves...we were in awe to see this glorious sighting.To our dismay, the Target Fairies and The Distracters are no more. Instead, we saw staff passing by debris and merchandise on the floor. No one asked the usual question regarding needing assistance. Your staff has dropped the ball on quality service. Now, my husband and I compare Target to And nicknamed Target a competitor that I will not mention. Yup, thats the one...you said it not me.Target, please retrain your staff on quality service standards. Your customers are spending hard earned money in your stores, and we expect five-star service.

I love target, love the products, prices, and amazing customer service...the one thing that can be improved is when you buy something and pay for part of the bill with a gift card or merchandise return card and the rest with your credit card, if you happen to return something from that bill, it always goes back on a gift card / merchandise return card first instead of going back on your credit card first. It would be really nice if it always went back on your credit card first.

Targets isn’t not what is used to be. Especially this location. Sad I have to drive to Meijer.

I was looking forward to shopping in person as I was finally vaccinated. But, there was not as much selection in store anymore and I left feeling disappointed as I couldnt find several of the articles that I went there to buy. When I looked online at target.com, I found out that the item I did buy was cheaper online. I felt cheated. Dont know if Ill make the effort to go to the actual brick and mortar store again.

Very clean and always stocked location, fast checkouts and helpful staff, we use their pharmacy at this location all the time.

Who on Earth is in charge of this Target? The mens clothing department is scattered about and horrendous, theres random stuff placed ALL OVER inside of the store where it doesnt belong, and opened products. Get it together, dudes.

Just no! I moved to this area from cuyahoga falls and that target is amazing. This one is out of binkies and barely has newborn clothes or 0-3 month clothes etc. Wont be returning. Male cashier is nice though...give him a raise.

Felt safe as soon as I walked in,getting a clean cart. The checkout line moved very fast.

The customer service is always the best. Rather its in-store or drive-up. I am always greeted by a happy associate.

This is the most unwelcoming Target Ive ever been to. Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful. My girlfriend and I asked about a seasonal item, and nobody answered the walkie talkie the associate was using for help in locating the item at all the whole 15 minutes we waited. The selection of clothes, personal items, and food is very basic and generic, and half the time, the shelves are poorly stalked. The demeanor of the shoppers here matches that of most of the staff. An anxiety attack every time we visit.

The selection of items was really poor - I thought Target was a store where I could get multiple items in one place, but this was not my experience. I came in for canned pumpkin and mouse traps; canned pumpkin was not available (in October? Really?) and the selection of mouse traps was extremely poor. Went to a more trustworthy store to get canned pumpkin and a hardware store to get mouse traps. Thanks for nothing.

No selection of anything, shelves were bare and the line was stretching from the cashier to grocery isles. I would have thought it was black Friday the way the line was.

The staff at this location is exceptional. They are very helpful and very polite. I asked one of the youngs kids working the electronics desk where to find something and he immediately knew to check the back for more. After he checked me out and I said thank you he responded with my pleasure. Not 1 single department store that I have ever been in has any employee responded like that! It was like shopping at chick fil a!

Clean store, pleasant atmosphere, polite team members. You walk in, and there is no feeling of chaos or mayhem, like in some other retail establishments.

The cashier was great. She was very comfortable to be around and did nothing crazy. She was very polite and dressed casually and professionally. She did not give the middle finger to me and her body language was perfect. I was shopping for myself and no one else. It was completely platonic.

I went into Target for a few items. When I was ready to check out there were three lanes open. Two of the lanes had customers checking out. One lane had the light on but no one was behind the register however, there was a female cleaning her area . During this time a co-worker came up and started talking to the cashier about personal business. I decided to go to another cashier due to them having a conversation. When the cashier noticed I was in another line waiting to cash out she stated to me that I can come over and explained to me that when the light is on that means the register is open for customers. I explained I did not want to bother because the co-worker and her were having a conversation so I went to another line. She then stated that I was priority but I disagreed because why would you talk to a customer as if they were a young child and go back and forth with a customer when the customer has done nothing wrong. My experience today was somewhat upsetting because my customer service today was terrible. I have been in target many of times and I know how things work. I did not need or want someone to speak to me as if I was being scolded for not waiting for her conversation to end.

We are in a pandemic, Not more than one or two lines open which are always backed up. Poor checkout process.

Target stores are clean, well stocked, and associates are friendly. Also, Ive noticed they are carrying a lot more organic, natural foods catering to the vegan/vegetarian.Ive recently started using the store drive up service and I love it. I can shop on my phone and then pick up at the store, the same day. Yhis saves a lot of time.

I was in the store to buy my grandson a Nintendo gift card or a fortnight gift card . He lives in New York State and do not want to send cash . I rarely buy gift cards, so a cashier asked if they could help me . “ May I help you “ is what she said . I said yes and asked her if she could help me find my card . Her answer was “ oh I don’t know . There is a whole wall over there . “ instead of her saying “ let me get some one to help “ . Why did she ask me ? Lol. Poor customer service ....

Ive been a Target customer for many years. Target never fails to give me quality products for a great price but also never fails to offer good customer service. Every time there has been a long line, a new register instantly opens.

Ive been calling the store for about ten minutes and I cant get someone on the phone. Im just hoping to find out if an item is in stock before I drive 20 minutes. At this rate, I might as well just go... Please pick up the phone!!

Clean, helpful and friendly staff. I was accompanied by the most beautiful woman, my daughter. We had a nice time. The lady in the food area was willing to make my daughter a pizza even after she had already cleaned the area. You cant get service like that anymore.

This Target is ALWAYS a disappointment. The store is not organized or maintained well, and I’ve never waited less than 10 mins to check out. I’ve never seen more than 2 registers open either, despite it being prime shopping time or not. There’s a Walmart down the street, save money, go there, you’ll receive same level of customer service. It stinks because I love Target and this one is next to my house, but this facility must be poorly managed because after 1 year of living here, every experience has left me thinking “why didn’t you just go to Walmart”

A really great store overall. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Mostly clean, too. Given 4/5 rather than a 5 star rating due to poorly handled register coverage. Sunday’s are always a total disaster.

Everyone is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly. Target has all the quality products I need and its a one stop shop. I use cartwheel and my red card. Also, when I am looking for something I can go on their site and find the isle its in. Target is my favorite store, I am there at least 3 times a week.

You would think that going into this store at 7am being one of 5 customers in the whole store that you might get decent service. I managed to spend more time standing at the register while the employee figured out what to do than I did shopping. Unfortunately, I can no longer shop here or any other Target for that matter. My exchange and purchase were incorrectly done. I discovered this when I arrived home (the experience was so bad I just wanted to pay and leave) and after 15 mins of calling the store with no answer I had no choice but to go back, and call Targets corporate help line. Target has an awful customer service department there as well. The agent answered quickly but barely spoke English and did nothing to help with the issue. Its no secret why Amazon and Costco get all the business... Customer Service.

I love target. They have such a great selection and good prices. I recommend downloading the cartwheel app. The discounts with that app are really good.

Order pick up should be in its own lane, not shared with checkout and returns. I already paid for my item and just need to pick it up, which normally should take a couple minutes. Instead, I need to wait in long line for those who are checking out and returning. Customer service is terrible. Everywhere else has order pick up on its own with fast service to those who already paid for their items! Target, you need to step up your game!

My daughter was telling me about her fabulous experience at the Starbucks on Cedar Rd. in Cleveland Heights. How the works greet her with pleasantries and start working on her drink and by the time she knows anything her drink is ready. I dont expect the same but I walk in to this one 2 days in a row and the worker looks me dead in the face and turns her head as though Im not welcome. No good morning just a mediocre how can I help you when I get to the counter.

Soooooooo I was walking through one day and I happened to see a person on a scooter. She hit me and I went flying. Good staff tho. Coming back in 5 minutes.

The Mayfield Heights Target particularly the clothing areas are always a disorganized mess. There is no rhyme or reason to where racks are - it seems they are just haphazardly scattered about the floor. Additionally there are never enough people working in checkout. No matter when I have been there the lines are constantly a mile long. And forget about getting someone to help you.

This is a really good Target, it seems a little bigger than some targets.

The process of ordering a desk lamp online, getting notified that it was ready to be picked up, walking to Target (I live very close), picking it up, walking home, and installing it on my desk took about 1 hour. And the person at the register was cheery and friendly.

The store is tidy and the staff are nice. However, at all times of the day, this location is absolutely slammed with people and check out times are often over 15-20 minutes. Aisles are crowded with shoppers who leave carts in places that block other customers from picking up items or moving their carts. This store is Case-in-Point for having Amazon deliver what you need to your doorstep— who wants to do battle with other shopping carts and stand in gridlocked check out lines?

I would like to know why I was charged $5.00 for a promotional gift card last week?My daughter shopped there today, I was with her at the register today, the cashier handed her a promotional gift card, my daughter asked do I have to pay for this, the cashier said no, its promotional. This Target is another great Target. Its got everything you need, groceries, healthcare, pharmacy, clothes, anything. The staff are smiling and warm, the sales are good, and they often have online sales that you can apply in store if you let the register know. Very pleasant store in which to shop.

I agree with former reviewers. This Target is well-stocked and well organized. But compared to EVERY other Target Ive been to, they always have the least number of cashiers available. I always have to wait and only remember how irritating it is once I get there. To make it worse, the other employees pretty much ignore that customers are waiting in line and continue stocking, sorting or administrative work.My usual store, the University Heights location, is often not as well stocked and less organized, perhaps because it is much busier. But there is always at least four cashiers working in addition to the self checkout lines when the store is busy. There is NEVER a long line where it seems like you have to wait forever.
