Ive visited JoAnn every few days in the past month or so, finding myself needing more supplies to finish this quilt. Ive found that theres really no rhyme nor reason to finding a time when the store is less busy, especially on weekends. Being mid-February, the store is now putting out the spring fabrics., including St. Patricks Day and Easter. There are also afew more bolts of patriotic patterns making their way to the shelves. During the day the few employees can be found multitasking stocking shelves, cutting fabric and running registers.Other than the restrooms, the store is usually very clean and organized. Theres a pretty fair sized clearance section in the back corner of the store. Prices here are decent, if the item youre looking for isnt on sale you can find a coupon in the App for 20-40% off.

80% Off and a coupon... The staff was very helpful and I got everything I needed to finish my project.

I called and ask about a fabric pattern and the girl that first answered the phone acted like she couldn’t hear me like she was deaf !!! And I kept repeating myself 4 times I was getting so frustrated !! Then she transferred me to another sales associate and she tried to look up the pattern for me and said they didn’t have it so I asked if other locations did. Then she said with a nasty attitude “ I have no idea you’ll have to call them” ! I’ve been at this store plenty of times and other people have been gladly able to look up any items at other stores without any problems ! She was just being lazy !!! Worst experience ever !!

I Love Joann fabrics but the lines are way to slow. No cashiers

No staff on the floor to help. cashiers confused and unsure of why prices are ringing up the way they do. line long and moving slow. i left without making a purchase, they were taking too long and nobody employed there seemed to know what they were doing.

I rarely go to JOANN but the service that I received from Ace was so phenomenal that Ill definitely be a frequent shopper now!

Jo-Ann Fabric experience was very good they had hand sanitizer at the door along with a large roll of paper towels to clean carts . I would have given five stars. long story short I forgot my phone this particular day and to get 40% off using the Jo-Ann Fabrics app.I forgot my phone and they knew I was 40 minutes away I felt like they could have gave me some kind of courtesy discount instead of making me go all the way home to grab my phone. I found the same fabric at Walmart for 60% cheaper when they could have just given me the discount. But it wont keep me out the store I will still go to Jo-Ann Fabrics! oh yeah I bought the vinyl from Walmart!

Absolutely enjoyed my class with April!!!! It was fantastic... I went in not knowing a thing about sewing and came out with a beautiful pillow! The people there ranged from younger to older and although two did not show i felt it was a very informative class. I took my own machine and now i know something about it.. its time it starts paying for itself! :-)

Went at 2 in afternoon. No social distancing in cutting line that I could see. One person cutting, 20 people in line with kids not kept in check. Check out was the same, I left my stuff, didnt want to stay in line for hours. I feel sorry for the what looked like 2 people working!

Its a good store for craft supplies. I ordered online and picked up in store however I prefer going into the store usually and that location is usually pretty good with customer service. Clean and organized

Once I ordered a few items online, was unable to either confirm or track my order. The order number is correct as I saved everything in pdf and screenshots. For some unfathomable reason my email address is not recognized on Joann website. Then how come I am receiving Joann emails?? I understand were in the midst of a pandemic so am not pressing for the actual delivery but can I please track my order??All my attempts to contact Joann fall on deaf ears. The only thing that is certain is that my credit card is charged. Good thing I used Paypal so will start a chargeback if I dont hear from Joann any time soon. In the future, will remember to STAY AWAY FROM JOANN. There are better choices.

I love this store! I have taken 3 sewing classes here with the same teacher and she was awesome! She took the time to answer all my questions and even wrote down specific steps when I asked. I will definitely be going back in the New Year to take even more!

The store is good, but customer service during the pandemic leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order on Apr. 27th, got an email on Apr. 29th saying it would be delayed, and got a 3rd email on May 20th saying the order had been cancelled because the items (fabrics to make face coverings) were no longer in stock. In the meantime, I kept getting email after email trying to get me to order more items for curbside pickup. No thanks.

The people at the fabric cutting counter are always so helpful to novice sewers like myself. I can always find what I am looking for too. Love this place!

Rude staff, did not offer to help me look for the fabric I needed and was very blahhse about the matter. Horrible customer service, I would never come back to this location.

Went on a Monday just after 4PM and there was a long line and it was seemingly taking 10 minutes for each of the 2 clerks there per customer. I probably spent about 1/2 hour shopping and another 1/2 hour waiting in line. Beyond that they had everything I needed.

They do carry some quality products, but the way Joann’s as a whole sells thing is extremely greedy. They send you ton of coupons, which none of them you can use the majority of the time. The coupon that seems the most usable is the 50% off any regular priced item, if you are person purchasing fabric like myself, this can be very frustrating since a lot of their fabric is 10-30% off, basically dangling the 50% off in your face. Technically I could always look for a regularly priced peice of fabric but a lot of their best items are on that small discount for that reason exactly.

The bathrooms are so dirty, I being there 2 times this week and use the bathrooms Two times and the two times I have say something to one of their employee’s to related the message to the manager. Clean you bathrooms!!!

Always seem to have what I need at a good price. If you download their mobile app you have access to coupons and additional savings. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the stores always clean and organized.
