The manager PATTIE makes one feel as if they are the most important and only person in store. She goes that extra mile to be helpful. PATTIE IS ordinarily friendly and outgoing. I only wish others were like her.

Love the Lunch Menu! If you have a taste for ham but don’t want the WHOLE thing try their signature sandwiches....or a fresh salad!

I have been going to this location for several years and buy everything from lunches to large party and holiday packages. The group at this location is the best! Always friendly, attentive, and smiling. Orders are accurate not to mention the food is terrific. The bonus is the prices are competitive with the places that sell fake processed foods but HBH food is real.

The staff member who took care of our order was very nice and very helpful. Our order was prepared quickly, efficiently, and turned out to be delicious.

I was worried about getting a ham from The Hone Baked Ham store bc I know this time of year theyre really busy so I placed my order online and paid for it in advance. I am pleased to say that there werent nearly as many customers but it was really and they had plenty of workers on hand to serve and move anyone along pretty quick. I would have been in and out in less than 3 minutes but I decided to take advantage of their sales and purchased another item. Great (sale) prices, great products, great customer service!

I placed an order online to reserve a ham two days before Easter. My husband arrived on Saturday morning and was told he had to come back after 2 pm for a reserve. When he came back at 2, he was told there was no meat left at all. No ham, no Turkey, no anything. What’s the point of a reservation then? Easter was ruined. Thanks HBH.

I reserved a ham weeks in advance and was supposed to pick it up yesterday. After spending an hour in line, I was told there was a mistake made and there were no bone-in hams left even though I reserved one. I spend more money ($78 for something I did not reserve, and the quality was sub-par) that I would have on two boneless to make up for their mistake. I would have much rather bought a $20 ham from Giant Eagle and cooked it myself. More importantly than all of this, there was a terrible attempt at socially distancing made here. Far less than 6 feet distance and there were people surrounding me at all times. If I get sick, this will be a much larger issue, especially during the holiday season. If you value your health and safely, do NOT come here.

They didnt get their shipment in the night before Easter so I was not able to purchase a ham. Well at least I was able to save $60

Everybody at this location is wonderful very friendly efficient and professional Nicole is awesome! I look forward to coming in here to get my lunch sandwiches and sometimes the ham slices Ive been coming to HoneyBaked Ham for 40 years its still the best! I feel safe coming in here too because everybody has their gloves and masks on and theyre always cleaning this is a really good location!

I ordered online before Christmas was just fine to get a Monday after Christmas pick up since I ordered so late. I arrived at pick up time and was told I would have to wait an hour. After speaking to a manager who came out from the back glazing meats. He got one ready for me gave me a free side. I was on my way. However since it was thrown together so quickly I was concerned it might not be good. No problem it was delicious. That was my first time at that store not sure if I’ll use that location again bc of the hassle after pre Paying and scheduling a pick up time that was not honored.

The sevice is great and I love those smoked turkey sandwiches

I love the food but the workers are going to get this place shut down. Between the attitudes and face mask Resistance I dont feel comfortable eating here. No mask while making my food means no service from me. On another occasion, I tried to call in an order and was told to come in and not waste their time doing call in orders. Ive never experienced such rude behavior everytime I just go for a sandwich. I want to pick my food up quickly and know the person has a mask on and aint someone breathing covid on my food. Is that to much to ask?

Clean store with friendly employees, and the ham and split pea soup mix are always great.

Ordered $150 worth of food on-line, paid for it, and the doors are locked and they don’t answer the phone. Unbelievable, just beside myself. By the way, NO ONE can help!!!

I spoke to a very nice lady (Elaine); she was so nice and knowledgeable, I had to write just to thank her for being so kind and friendly. She took my order and some extra time to tell be about the special discounts being offered as well. I confirmed the location for my pick-up, and wouldnt know it, this location was not the store I thought I was calling. That being said she gave me the correct address as well as store location directions~ So good to know that there are still nice people in this world!

They over sell and if you come after work you be lucky if they have any ham left. And it doesnt matter if you prepay for your order.

This location is awful. At least my experience was. My boyfriend & I came in this afternoon for lunch, and the lady who made our order basically put everything on the side and basically told us to build our sandwiches ourselves as if it was too complicated of an order. Which it wasn’t. When I got in the car, one of the wrappers was cut so the sandwich was falling out of the wrapper. All she had to do was write down the order and make it accordingly. I will stick to Solon’s location where I live.

They have a lot of stuff here and all of its good. The whole turkey and hams are worth it but so are the sandwiches if u want something good 2 eat

I had one for Thanksgiving for the first time I wished there where more glaze I hardly taste the sweetness

While trying to order a Christmas meal for my 87 year old mother in law, who has company coming, I spent about three hours trying to find out how to order and pay for the food. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that I could not pay for it over the phone. I was instructed to go online to order and pay for it and then someone else could pick it up. I sent screen shots to my nephew of all my confirmations. Needless to say, when he got to the SOM Center location they said there was an order but it wasnt paid for. The manager FINALLY came to the phone and when shown the confirmations agreed to let me pay again...OVER THE PHONE!! So it was okay TODAY but not yesterday. The manager was about as nice as he could be with an angry customer with receipts that made them look completely inept. Well see if I get charged a second time now. If so, Im sure I will get a run around with my reimbursement. Terrible customer service and your website is awful to navigate. PS: you new sweet potato recipe is all watery and tastes like baby food mush. Very disappointed in this company.

I preordered and picked up this morning short wait line moved quick,like a well oiled machine. Hats off to the entire staff for busting your butts. Clean neatly kept and organized.

Went in for my birthday BOGO sandwich. Superb, as always. Staff could not have been nicer, helping carry food and drinks to a table, seeing if we needed refills on our drinks, answering questions about menu items, etc. The food never disappoints.
