Went in to switch from a God awful phone I was given at the Paducah location on Grand opening day,they should be ashamed it was so bad.. And I will now forever use the Mayfield location. She helped me for a good hour and a half or longer doing everything to set my new phone up and transferring my information to new phone. Forever appreciated. And I witnessed the co-worker be very helpful and on point as soon as someone entered the door. Very impressed.

Jorge is awesome, whatever your question he is pleasant and helpful. He doesnt rush to get you out the door. Very surprising to have people you can count on when you got a question
