Cant say enough good things about their repair service people: honest, efficient, knowledgeable, on time. Ron gave me tips as to how to avoid another difficulty like the one I called New England Appliance to fix. I havent bought anything from them yet, but this business is the first Ill go to when I need a new appliance.
My clothes washer broke down. Ron came out quickly and fixed the problem with ease. Its nice to see people who know what theyredoing and do it well.
Had Ron out today to fix an issue with our washer and the experience was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and even helped fix a light in our basement while we were waiting for the washer to run. Cant recommend them enough! Really great service and showed up right on time!

Ive done business with New England Appliance for 20 years. They have everything the large chain stores have but with personal service and their prices are competitive. When my refrigerator conked out in the middle of a snowstorm, they were able to deliver the same day! They provide excellent service and convenience of having someone local cant be beat - highly recommend!

My suggestion would be to look elsewhere in order to save yourself a headache!Rented a dumpster from New England Appliance a month ago. Last week my wife received a message demanding payment, then the next day she had 9 missed calls at 7:45am from the owner (Ron Sr.) in a 5 minute span. We had never received an invoice to pay, and the first voicemail acted as a reminder to have payment sent.The following day Ron Sr. showed up at my house asking for my wife. I told him she was not home and asked what it was in reference to, he stated he was owed money and was there to collect. I told him payment was being sent, he was not happy with that and asked what time she would be home, I then told him to leave my property.In a failed attempt to intimidate me, Ron Sr. pulled out a badge from a chain around his neck and stated he is a Constable for the State of Massachusetts (yes, he really used a badge in an attempt to collect a personal business debt I have it on camera). I requested again that he get off my property to which he complied.He was sworn in as a Constable through the town of Littleton, MA. I plan on filing a complaint with the town as who knows how many other people he tries to use this tactic on.Payment was properly made later on that day.
