I did not plan well and went graduation weekend to get balloons. Despite being incredibly busy the women at Sugar Snap were able to make it work. It made a big difference to us and we will be back next time we need balloons!

The lady working seemed super stressed to have 2 customers and the phone ringing. She kept complaining about all the orders she had for the day and that she was by herself. I would have bought more but decided not to because she was so overwhelmed and didn’t want to add more to her day. So I just picked up the preordered balloons and left. When I called she was the same way. Super stressed and not a welcoming vibe. I would think people would be grateful to be so busy during a global pandemic. There are small businesses and restaurants closing everyday. I give it 1 star because of the customer service experience.

Sugar Snap is our favorite store.We moved to Maynard 2 years ago with our twin girls.They enjoy their daily walks with their grandparents, but the favorite part is when they stop by Sugar Snap and look at lovely colorful windows, balloons and toys.They are always greeted by wonderful people working there, and very often they come back home with the free balloons that they can not be more excited about.We also decorated their b day parties with the Sugar Snaps beautiful balloon arrangements, that were always ready on time, prepared as asked and with very affordable price.We can not be happier that our little town have such a great store that brings joy to all the kids that live here . They are always equipped with all the possible party supplies, great gifts and toys.Highly recommended!!

Nice local store for party decorations etc

Everything you need for a party. I go there for gifts for all my nieces and nephews.

Awesome store, great prices, excellent service! I have been back several times now for party/gift/holiday needs. The owner is extremely helpful and offers great advice to help the customer achieve what they hope to for their special event. Delivery service for balloons is well-priced and reliable. The in-store selection is tremendous and you can find practically anything you may be looking for (and even things you didnt know you were looking for!) I cant say enough good things about this local jewel of a business - so nice to have them in the neighborhood and not have to travel to the chain stores for party needs!

Awesome little shop thats a lot bigger on the inside. Needed last minute graduation party supplies and they had everything I needed at a reasonable price. The lady running shop were really nice and funny and had free cookies!!

We have used the balloon delivery service several times and always very happy! Staff is very helpful and patient. They even delivered an awesome birthday basket filled with novelty toys and candy for a reasonable price.

Fun store to browse in. You never know what you might find. Great, friendly service, too!! :)

We came here to buy goodies for our daughters Easter basket in an attempt to support local business. We were excited to find fun and inexpensive items and were getting ready to check out when we heard an upsetting conversation taking place between 2 female employees and a male customer, who seemed to know the employees well. The three of them began a dialogue about the state of the country, including blaming immigrants for taking over and repeating, Illegals lives dont matter (something that is also written on the mans car), along with other hateful things. My first qualm is that the employees shouldnt be having these conversations loudly in a store with customers in it- there is a time and place and this isnt it. My second concern is the content of the conversation. We put our items down and left the store and will not return. I understand freedom of speech but there is no place for hate in our town. We are sorely disappointed that we cannot support this local business anymore and even more disappointed by the offensive remarks being made.

Fun party place in downtown Maynard. Small, and thus limited selection, more skewed towards toys than Id like. However, its a local business staffed by helpful people. They were likely hit hard by COVID but have soldiered on so folks could keep having fun. Recommended for smaller party needs
