I’m in LOVE with the new staff. There are two girls who are always working. One with dark hair and one with silver. They are so sweet and happy to help. I’ve come here more this week than I have in MONTHS due to these new two kind young ladies. So girls, if you see this, you never fail to put a smile on my face!

I went in here for the first time a few days ago. I had no idea what I was doing but the manager was so helpful (I was informed her name was Taylor). Then, I came in again and a wonderful employee (Kylie), was so helpful as well. Such nice ladies in here! I recommend it to all my friends.

They are training new staff which is a huge relief. There was a very pretty, young blonde girl working the register yesterday when I got off work, around 2. (March 19th) (I should’ve gotten her name!) She was dressed nicely, unlike the others I’ve seen in the past. You could tell she was new, but she still helped me tremendously and was super sweet. Asked me how my day was, and listened when I told her it wasn’t great. I’m glad they have new staff, the old staff was super bitter. They are still low stocked, but they have great sales and it was super clean.

They rearranged the store and it looks fantastic! They are getting things back in stock finally which is nice. Staff is friendly especially the blondie! She has been there everytime I’ve went for the past month. She’s super helpful and gets me what I need everytime. I’m always greeted when I come in unlike the past.Love this store!

I went to this store on January 13th. I wanted to color my hair. The young girl working was very dismissive and not kind. She asked if I needed help but it was as if I was bothering her. She was not in a good mood and that was clear. Another older worker was helping someone else. I needed help but didn’t feel comfortable asking the rude young girl. Shejust stared at me and I felt a little cornered. I don’t believe she should work in customer service she made me very uncomfortable. Hopefully their staff changes or is held accountable for treating people poorly. I ended up going back and getting the help I needed from someone else but I don’t think I’ll go out of my way anymore I’ll just go online. But I guess it depends on who’s working if you’ll have a good experience or not.

I went here to hair dye today. There was a middle aged woman working and she made me feel very dumb and clueless. There was a young girl who finally helped me without making me feel stupid.

Place was clean. Hardly any stock. Check out girl never spoke because she was on her phone scrolling. She did ask if I wanted to purchase a bag and told me my total.

I went in with my daughter and was looking at the color. I then proceeded to ask for help from the employee who ignored me and walked around aimlessly. She looked very sloppy for working in a beauty store. He hair was a mess. And she was wearing flip flops and a windbreaker. Very unprofessional. I stood confused and somewhat angry about being ignored for 20 minutes until a more professional employee came in and helped me as soon as she put her things away. I also had to ask for her to wipe down the counter for me because I noticed the employee who was ignoring me wasn’t wearing her mask correctly (It was under her nose) or wearing Gloves like this employee Already was. Happy someone knew something And was careful about health practices but I’m still very displeased. I will avoid coming back to This store I can go be ignored elsewhere.

Rude dismissive staff, poor selection and insufficient inventory. Better off buying online.

Employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don’t know something they are willing to Research the answer for you. Great selection of products

Good Shop that fills the needs of those looking for Cosmetology items. My daughter is a beautician and will frequent this shop when looking for items to better her career... service is a little slow based on who’s working, but when your looking for stuff for hair and such, this is probably your place to come to shop...

I once came into this store at around 6:00pm. As soon as I came in, I got dirty looks from the employees. I didnt know what time they closed, so I assumed that was why I received the looks that I got. I was completely ignored when they werent staring at me. I purchased a comb even though thats not what I went there for and the lady seemed bored and irritated that she had to ring me out.I went a second time but a little earlier and again, I received looks as if I was either going to rob the place or I insulted their mother. I wanted to get some hair color and again I was ignored. There was no how are you? no can I help you?. I finally went up to one lady to ask for advice on a product and she seemed bothered by it and wasnt very knowledgeable of the products. Im not coming back to this particular Sallys because I dont feel welcomed. I also think they will know who I am based on this review and probably retaliate since they are so scary.

I have had two unpleasant experiences here. The woman working was rude to me both times and also made my child and I feel like we were annoying her when we asked which color is best. She acted irritated she had to do her job. I felt like she thought she was better than me because she works at a beauty shop. Which I had to actually laugh about that one. Also she sold me two things that were wrong and its a good thing I didnt follow her directions because if I had...I would have ended up bald. Uninformed, ignorant and rude. Do not go to this store.

Shopped there in Meadville Pa. It was the most unpleasant experience I have have. They don’t know what they are taking about when it comes to bright color hair. Are they educated at all. I will start buying my hair products online. And the manager got so rude with me because I questioned what she told me. I over heard her talking behind my back speaking Ill of me when she didn’t think I was close to another customer.

Been in a few times and the girls were awesome!! Very polite and helpful. Will always use this one.

Its alright. Could have better staff. But i get all of my hair products from there.
