The service is quick and the technician that comes out is polite and does a very good job of fixing the issue.

I contacted Culligan in December 2019 to get my water tested. The website mentioned this as a free service. It was explained to me on the phone that my system most likely needed a complete inspection. I scheduled a visit for a technician to check over my system because I have lived at the same location for 3+ years and never had a test of any kind on my system. The technician arrived, a very nice kid, told me he was new to the job. Also mentioned I had an obsolete part that needed replaced so if there ever was an issue with my system, the technicians could work on it easier and I could switch to manual mode easier. I said OK, there was no cost discussed I assumed this was a standard replacement of obsolete parts. My mistake. Long story short I told the technician I wanted to get on a program with delivery of water 5gallon water bottles and salt bags. By this point there were two techs at my house and they told me I would get the results of my water test back and a complete bill/contract for everything we discussed.The holidays went by, and the month of January. Nothing from Culligan. no phone call, nothing in the mail. First week in February I received a late notice bill with a $5 late fee making my total bill $228 USD. I called Culligan on Feb 10th to explain I had never received the first bill and would like the late fee removed, and Id also like an explanation for the high price listed. I got a 5 gallon bottle and 3 bags of salt pellets. Thats really all I should have paid for. The woman who answered the phone at 8:45am told me they dont have free anything, couldnt waive my fee because she had no proof i didnt receive the first bill, and wouldnt explain any of the other charges. Asked if I wanted my bill re mailed. I told her if this is how you treat your customers, you just lost one. She said, OK. And I hung up. Just blown away that you have a customer willing to spend money with you on a regular basis, just wanted an explanation of the charges and some clarification on the pricing. Because no prices were shown to me during the 3 hour visit. Just craziness from what seems like a reputable business.

We love our soft water system. It’s super affordable and the customer service is always amazing. Our water was really hard. It was staining everything. And we had to keep buying water filters so we could drink it so that was getting very costly. Once I heard we could rent a system instead of buy, I called right away. We rent our home so I didn’t want anything permanent put in there. The price fits in our budget and actually saved us money. The salt gets delivered to us and Rob, our delivery guy, is always so nice and accommodating.We highly recommend them!
