Terrible experience with the store manager Brandi and her co-worker Jasmine. I had no other option than to go to this store after a software update bricked my phone. Will never use thus location again.

Not a complaint. Stopped in to check on cost for new service. Only two people working the floor. Left after an half-hour, but only for need being somewhere else. Workers pleasant. Will stop back in.

Went in on Sunday morning extremely busy was there for over an hour just to get waited on they need more help there was a young man training Kobe he was really helpful

Most generally I have no complaints. But today was beyond ridiculous, 4 employees, 3 customers counting me and they stood around conversing instead assisting me.
It was an overall good experience they helped us with our phone issues.
I called them and they never called me back. i told her i wanted to switch to at t but was never called back

Jordan is very intelligent and tech savvy and took great care of sorting out my issue- instead of me having to buy a new phone, he figured out that my audio issue was connected to a faulty sim card - he replaced the card and the phone is working perfectly now! I feel it was somewhat unprofessional on management side. As I was trying to resolve a problem in store with my account, people had been blaring music to the point that I had to plug one ear so I could hear the representative on the line. I was totally irate. Looking to switch carriers asap.

Coming in to do anything with your phone is always dreadful because it’s a timely manner but Jessica kept my visit worth while and entertaining. I didn’t have to wait long even with an appointment in front of me, I got in and got exactly what I needed. I will forever be an AT & T customer!

The staff is always super helpful to my wife and I when we have issues or need to change our service. They always go out of their way to find the best deal for us and try to save us money. We usually go in the evening and someone is able to help us within five or ten minutes. Very satisfied.

Excellent customer service. Brian was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. At one point he even sat on the floor with my because I had my young children with me. Not many people have customer service like that. A year later, he still remembers my face and children. I am so impressed with him and how genuinely kind he is.

Waste of my time. Stood outside over 20 min in the heat waiting while 1 customer took his time, because of new safety guidelines. Meanwhile 2 others went in after me, and the staff didnt come back to even ask what my business was. Guess Im not getting a new phone. In fact Im done with At&t. Horrible service helpand service in most every way.

I had to wait over an hour to get in but they were doing the best they could under the circumstances with COVID an all it was sad to see some jerk giving them a hard time because he had to wait but good job guys keep your chin up
Great customer service when I needed it the most. Someone stole my iPhone. Asurion insurance has them on back order for 7-10 days. Being a business owner I could not be without a phone that long. Management and their employees got me into a lower end android for hardly any money until my iPhone gets here. Thank you so much!

Stopped at this location today and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions very professionally. I am getting ready to go out of town and posed several questions pertaining to the location I have to be in and the coverage provided there by ATT. It is crucial that i be connected to the internet for my business and was assured that they do provide the coverage there that I require. Was also informed that worst case scenario there is a 14 day money back guarantee so if im not completely satisfied I can cancel. I guess we will have to see.

Cant ever go without being there for over an hour
I have had an at&t account since it was cellone. Today I went to the meadville Pennsylvania branch in the Value City plaza. I explained to the first person and showed him the conversations I had through att chat on their app. I told him the problem and how they agreed to fix it. I was unsuccessful upgrading online, I explained that to him and why. He proceeded to tell me nope thats not going to happen. I asked to speak with a manager. Nick G. came out ask what the problem was. As I explained it to him he proceeded to talk over and down to me. Then asked well if it was up for an upgrade then why didnt you do it online I told him I already explained that to you while you were talking over me. He told me I think you should leave. I said I should leave because you cant listen after you ask me a question????? Then he told me Im not welcome back that Im banned from that store. This is unbelievable. I will not accept this. AT&T needs to do something about this. They have a guy that has no clue how to even handle himself let alone be in a management position.

Great experience today. I went for a battery issue then remembered a lot of other nagging things that have been annoying me and service rep addressed them all on stride with professionalism and thorough support.
Horrible place. Agent seemed like she didnt know what she was doing,didnt have the phone I wanted in stock, cant get anyone on the phone when calling the store, agent never called back after leaving 2 messages on her cell phone and the manager could care less. Drive up to Erie if necessary but stay as far away as possible from this place.

This is the worst att store ever. I have doing business since it was cellular one. The staff is very unprofessional. I will not be going back to this specific store. I always bought my cases and accessories here and paid double of what of the cost knowing I can get 1 replacement here. The last time they complained and had a fit that I was bothering them. I have been going to Walmart alot less hassle. Ive had 6 or 7 issues with them in the past year. I wont ever go back.
AT&T as a whole will lie to you to get you to agree to something and when you call them on it, They apologize for the inconvenience. Do not trust them. DO NOT SWITCH TO THEM FROM SOMEONE ELSE. I could spend days detailing the pain they have put me through. Stick with Verizon and your local cable company unless you want to be put through a living hell.
