I dropped by for the first time yesterday with my daughter who was looking for an item for a friends birthday. The store was neat and cute in design, well organized, and the ladies were super friendly! They took my daughter all over the store showing her different items and asking questions about what she was wanting until they found an adorable and perfect gift! My daughter felt wonderful being helped with such respect and her friend loved the gift ❤I noticed lots of adorable items on the racks as we browsed. We set up a store account and will definitely be back!

I’ve been to many consignment shops, from big cities to small towns, high end, moderate, and everything in between... this store ranks among the best. It’s clean and the merchandise (which is always on trend) is displayed nicely. The staff is awesome!! When I am in town, I always make it a point to venture in to see what great deal I can get on a cool item... jewelry, clothes, shoes... this place has it all & more!

When I scheduled an appt. to take my items in, last month, the lady said they were accepting spring and summer items. Two weeks later, I went in with my items and the lady said they are not a accepting spring items! They denied a lot of my things and a lot are brand new, some still with tags on them, darling and fantastic items, and name brand clothing and shoes, that are summery!! They only choose items based on their own personal opinions! My mom and I have seen many shoes in a lot worse condition ( very used and worn ) and yet, a brand new pair of my darling heels had one tiny area that were scuffed, and I only wore them twice! They were brand new from Gormans just a few mo. ago. My mom and dad also told me I should have said sarcastically to them, Do you realize it is spring for another two months? Get out of hibernation! This was because the lady lied about accepting spring items over the phone, last month.

My sister and I scheduled an appointment when we got there; Stephanie had a fitting filled with clothes for each of us! The clothes Stephanie picked out were the styles and colors that she knew we would like. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. She is patient and kind. She pays attention to details. She knows how to encourage you to think and come out of your box. She has the eye to match jewelry with outfits. You can tell she enjoys helping women look beautiful. Other services Ooh La La offers if you have a top or bottom that needs to be matched, or need jewelry for an outfit they will help match that for you. Stephanie and Michelle, you are truly a Godsend! The owner was rude got in my face telling me I was not allowed to have my support animal there and when I offered to show her tags with my card she said I don’t want that in here in front of other customers embarrassing me and making me feel discriminated against

The shop is very well organized and she has a high quality selection of merchandise. There is always something good to find. A visual treat. Its a great surprise to go in to shop and find out you have a credit from some of the things you dropped off last time. They are very fair with the consignment part. They advertise special sales on Facebook too. Definitely do not MISS!!!!

The sales associate was snobbish and unprofessional. I brought my client in so she could return a sweater. The associate refused to make the return because it needed washed. She proceeded to tell my client to go home and wash it. This sweater hadnt been worn by the customer and the only thing we could see is that maybe a small area brushed up against the vehicle which was covered in salt from the roads. Please keep in mind that this is a consignment store and the owners are selling USED clothing that customers could very well be purchasing from the Salvation Army at a fraction of the price. Too expensive for used items. Rude staff. We wont be back.

I called ahead; asked if I needed an appointment, how many items, any stipulations? I was told, None- just summer or spring, ironed, on a hanger. After I spent over an hour ironing, when I got there they said, Oh, we dont take two piece outfits. It would have been helpful to know that before I ironed 5 suits!! I wont go back... to buyor sell.

I had a wonderful experience at Ooh La La when I was in Meadville collecting my child from college. A great selection of clothing that had clearly been carefully selected. Stephanie, the proprietess, and her colleague were a delight. After shopping for a bit and chatting with Stephanie she suggested a couple of items she tought I might like. I enjoy that level of interest in their customers - small businesses are a delight!I returned the following day right when they opened to purchase a Coach bag Id seen and regretted I did not purchase. Was delighted it was still there.I will return my next trip to Meadville!
