I like this store. Its very clean and the employees are great and helpful. Im 70 and at this point of my life I do not want go thru the whole store looking for what I need so I just ask them to point me in the direction an all of them are knowledgeable of where to locate the item locations as well as helpful.

They went out of their way to get what I wanted. Awesome job. Sold me display and wrapped it up.

Shelves were bare. Under staffed. Not like it used to be.

Good prices but needs to be cleaned up. After Christmas things get a little messy with people picking over things. Shelves were empty. Hopefully more stock will fill the shelves again.

Disappointing!!! Would have to order what we drove all the way there for. It could take 2 to 10 weeks and not to mention a couple of weeks ago the item was $269 and now its $369. Well going to look else where.

It closed last night at 10:00pm. They were putting all toys out at 4:00pm so if people needed them. Staff was very polite!

Big Lots in the Meadville Downtown Mall has friendly, efficient employees as well as a wide selection of merchandise. I shop there often and always enjoy it.

They have a little bit of everything .. Furniture, food, drinks, bed, bath, pets, tools, household ect . much more !!

Its a good place to go when you need something quick, but it is often very unorganized there, and its hard to find things at times. It is nice that they have unique items you cant really find at other stores. Overall, its a decent place to shop.

It is generally clean and easy to find everything. Howeverb some things are incorrectly priced. The people are always friendly though

One of the better chain stores to shop at downtown, for better or worse. Good prices ( its Big Lots after all ). Great for finding unusual and interesting foodstuffs. More importantly, this Big Lots also has a decent furniture section with sofas, recliners, beds and mattresses. The store is clean and well lit with an entrance to the rest of the downtown mall on one side.

I.love.big.but.for.20Years.never can I get checked out love tonight two women cart full gold love them two women that work for big are their 1 just standing watching the other one work I just had dish soup so I ask the one holding it up if she could check me out she acted like I ask her to.wash my car its bad you cant get in and out and I hate that cause I love big

Great store to shop in, large variety but not always what you might be looking for. Limited frozen/refrigerated items. Could use some updating but I enjoy shopping at this store; many wonderful associates.

I was pushing a heavy cart, with 10 cases of water. I bumped into metal trim, that was leaning on the metal rack, and it fell onto floor. I went around the corner, out of the way, Assistant manager saidwhy dont you pick that up, God. Then the same Assistant Manager was approached by a little old lady, the older woman asked where the dog treats were. The Assistant manager replied nasty,I already told you once where they were, your standing right by some! I did report this to the main manager! The Assistant Manager, of Meadville store, should be ashamed!! I have never witness such ignorance from a person in higher rank!! She is definitely lowest rank in my opinion!!!

Me and my wife went shopping there I went to buy some wireless earbuds for my wife because she is black and Im a white man we were followed around the store I was reading the package on the earbuds to find out the wireless range and there sales associate asked me why I was opening it and stealing it I will not be shopping there ever again and its not recommend

Store itself is good but the furniture delivery service is probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with. How are you gonna charge extra for going up 6 steps do your d*** job you lazy loads

Always a great time to shop when friends and family sale. It would be better if the items were in shelves and not set up in the middle of Isles. This makes it very difficult to get around.

The only issue I have ever had is with the male manager. He was very rude and acted as if I was an idiot because I was a female. On one occasion while I was still paying my bill my husband had already walked out to load our vehicle and he followed my husband out. After I paid I walked out to ask what the problem was and he was saying the cashier was unsure if she rang up everything I asked him if he would like the receipt and he rudely turned to me and said I was just asking. This was not the only time Ive had an issue with him as well as others if heard about having with him. He needs a new career or needs a customer service class. Very rude, not friendly, makes me not even want to stop while hes there.

Just went to Big Lots in Meadville. One nice young lady working at the register with a long line. Three other employees to busy to wait on customers talking about a lady outside cleaning off a bench. Maybe they should concentrate on the customers instead.

The store seems a bit dirty to me and there wasnt much on the shelves at all.
