Great Place To Work The Hours Are Long But The Pay Is Alright And Staff Are Great People

If youre willing to work its a great place to do it. Everybody is there to do their job. Ive worked at factories that were more like highschool than anything else, with all the cliques and drama that comes with it. This is not that! Its just talented, friendly people trying to make a living. Theres extensive training and upward mobility for qualified workers. When a new position becomes available they tend to look at their own talent pool and promote from within first. I like that the most. The pay could be better but its fair enough. Good benefits almost make up for it.

Work there for a year and ahalf was treated like trash I would work all the overtime they asked me to if your attempt in that place youre the lowest of the low youre made to do the worst grimiest jobs there are specially if your supervisor has a family member that works there a supervisor had a daughter that worked on the same shift is us she was always given the easiest machines there were while everybody else was given the fast machines and you got more than one and I got fired because I took time off when my son passed away

I was a temp here for a few weeks (roughly 6) i must say that the job itself was wonderful but the policy and the people made it a lot harder then it had to be. I got along with everyone pretty easy but once i was injured on the job do to a unmarked water spill i was bullied, harassed and treated like trash. I had to call in 2 days due to a family emerangy i did so 3hrs before my shift. When i returned i was wrote up, I find this to be a unacceptable situation. wesly with HR is the only person i met in my time here who is a decent person. If you find yourself around these people make sure to watch your back and dont let them in.

The superviser was good to work for along with the team I wasvasigned to.
