I used the online booking experience which was super easy in order to get an appointment the next day. I requested the first available massage therapist because my usual therapist Collette was not available. Bianca was terrific. Usually you think Im doing first available that person might not be as great but I had a wonderful massage and a easy booking experience.

I started going to Proactive Massage & Bodywork a little over two years ago. I started going just here and there to start with but in the last few months I became a member and have been going once a month to improve my overall health and battle anxiety, depression, and stress. Kaylee has been my girl since I started and from the moment we met she has been so kind, compassionate, friendly, warm, and understanding. She is an amazing therapist and has worked with me to help create a great maintenance plan. I also love the front staff and how friendly they are, professional, and the communication and customer service is amazing always. I love going here and highly recommend.

First time! Was recommended too! and massage began 10 minutes late, paper work, etc. only got a 50 min massage and my legs were not done in front or back. Was told it was a “time” thing? She was very friendly and polite. Will give it another try with a different Masusse and hope to get a relaxing FULL massage for 60 min.

This was such a welcoming, calming environment. Rachel was great - she asked what I hoped to get out of the massage and focused on pain relief/relaxation like I had requested, made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage, and give me tips on how to maintain my health after the massage. Awesome overall experience!

On a whim, I decided to try to make an appointment for this afternoon because i was having lots of pain in my hip and leg. I had a custom massage to work out the soreness and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Proactive.

After losing insurance to cover physical therapy for a shoulder surgery, I sought medical/therapeutic massage while doing PT at home. Rachel England was highly recommended by my therapist and has been amazing in helping with my recovery. I have had 3 @ 1 hour sessions with her in 5 weeks and have noticed a huge difference in my before/after each time and from session to session. The membership plan also helps drop the per visit price which helps as I am paying out of my own pocket.Highly recommend Rachel!!! Im sure the other therapists do just as great of a job as well!

I had a great experience here - from the booking process, to checking-in, to the massage! Rachel was kind, professional and very knowledgeable when it came to my prenatal massage. She listened and focused on my areas of concern during our session and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I scheduled an appointment with Carrie because my nephew told me it was the best massage he’d ever had! High praise, indeed! And, after my hour massage, I am inclined to agree!The facility was small, but clean. The decor was up-to-date and soothing. The staff I interacted with were professional and friendly, and able to answer questions. Carrie took the time to listen to my needs, and then suggested how to approach my issue. A good massage is both an art and a science and she was quite skilled in both aspects. She knew where to apply pressure and always made sure that I was comfortable.Wow! While Ive only visited a few times since I moved into the area, this is definitely my go-to place for a massage. I have a lot of back issues because of my job and they have made me feel amazing every time. Ive had sessions with Carrie and Elizabeth and both did an amazing job and were very professional. Everyone Ive talked to there has been helpful and polite. I havent had any problems with any aspect of Proactive Massage.

Wish I could give 0 stars. It was not a massage, it was 90 min of oil rubbing. I have never had anybody use that much oil for a massage! Jacob asked about my problem areas so i told him. He assured me to focus on them, but he didn’t even touch the area. Not even with a finger tip. At least my husband enjoyed his part of the couples massage! Because I sure didnt. Over $200 wasted! Would never recommend this place to anyone.Not sure why I can’t respond to the owner, but I did not get any voicemail. And I’m not sure how you would make it right, considering my experience, so I would never come back.

I had the therapeutic massage (1 hr) with Carrie, which comes as a discount for first time clients. Carrie addressed all of the problem areas we discussed, she took care of the knots in my shoulders and the tension in my neck. While I was on my back, she gave me a heated neck pillow with herbs. I have never had that with a massage before, and it made a big difference in comfort. I was also able to purchase one to take home. It is great for relaxing while watching t.v.

Having painful arthritis issue. She asks questions so as to understand how to target my massage before she proceeds. Her touch locates tight mucles which ultimately gives relief. Plus with her background as a currently certified fitness trainer she is spot on when it comes to recommending exercises specific to you.

I had massage therapy for the first time just this year, and I discovered what a wonderful, nurturing, even spiritual experience Healing Connections provides. I have since had 19 appointments with Rachel, who has been very thorough and effective in helping me with lower back pain. She is very dedicated to her profession, always addressing my individual needs. In addition, she gives me useful tips and exercises for the time between sessions. The truth is, even I didnt have any lower back issues, I would still come to the amazing Rachel for the great sense of well-being she gives me. She is truly a blessing!

Wife and I were both having some movement difficulties so we booked an individual session with Collette. She did a wonderful job helping to relieve the tightness I had in my lower back and my core. My wife sought relief from very tender neck and lack of shoulder movement. By the end of her session Collette had manipulated muscle to give my wife instant relief. Along the way she was most helpful for both of us to give ideas on how to continue to keep these muscles stretched out and flexible.
