I wasnt able to get cash back after my husband bought me the wrong cricut. I believe her name was Rena she is the general manager of the Mechanicsville store in Richmond. She gave me a price match on the Cricut I wanted because another store had it on sale and I wouldnt be able to take that money to the other store. I am so grateful for her patience with me and all she did to make sure I was happy. There were also two other associates that helped as well I just didnt catch their names. Thank you again Im loving my Cricut explore air 2!!!

Wonderful store with lots of items not expected in a smaller store. I like beading and making my own jewelry and have found almost everything I have wanted here including great storage boxes for things larger to quite small. The store is packed from end to end and staff are courteous and knowledgeable. So happy I live near this store.

I didnt like how I was being watched as soon as I came in the store and while I was looking around. BUT, NOT ONCE DID ANYBODY ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP! The crazy thing is that I used to work at that location many years ago and things have really changed. Now the staff will watch you and talk to each other. I prefer Michaels because they have a better selection of arts & crafts supplies and the atmosphere is better!

Haven’t gone back, due to their lack of communication, managers are always in the office, or nowhere to be found. Store itself is not bad. Lady working the frame department was awesome! Very friendly, nice to talk to.

I love A.C MOORE! They have pretty much everything you could ever want in a craft store! ALWAYS a variety of new things and even kits for kids to get them started!I have even found things that the other bigger stores dont carry. NORMALLY, they have someone in there that can help they started in a new craft!

Needed certain silk flowers to create arrangements for a photo shoot in 24 hrs. Flowers were on sale and clean. Very realistic looking! I havent seen results of photo sessions. Wish us luck!!

Great arts and craft store that is close. Sometimes it is hard to find what you are really looking for. They also run great sales and give you good coupons every now and then. Beat driving farther and going to Michaels.

I bought all of my supplies from AC Moore to make my wine glasses for my event. The staff was very helpful and very professional. UPDATE 10 months later most of the staff were knew. I wasnt asked if I needed help yet I saw them asking others.They were looking at me as if to say why are you here. I felt out of place and I will not be spending anymore money with that Establishment. Customer service is very important and no one there had customer service skills not even the Manager.

I had questions about artificial flowers and how to mount them on a headstone stand. I asked the cashier and she said she knew how to do that. She pointed me to an isle that contained stands with foam cores, which I didnt know they made. When I got to that isle, another store clerk assisted me in making the right selection. Great customer service and so friendly!.

Arts and crafts and much more with good deals and prices. Cheaper than hobby lobby and Michaels. A go to for frugal gals like me who loves to diy.

I am literally addicted to this place. The weekly (and sometimes daily) deals on items that I might usually purchase elsewhere (even online) are a huge incentive to purchase from them. The staff is friendly and super helpful. LOVE this place.

It a cool store. Dont have many coupons like all of the other craft stores in the area. Prices are a little more on the high side.

Lots of crafts ideas, lots of different scrab booking ideas. Cake decorating area very good. Frame section very good choices. Whole bead section is terrific.

Every single AC Moore arts and crafts store I go into has the most helpful people that work there the stores always stocked wonderfully as always clean. I must have all the crafts stores that are in the sitting this is probably my most favorite.

I enjoy shopping here and live the coupons and discounts... I dont never pay full price in which I enjoy. As for the associates I never had a problem with them and I shop 1-2 times a week.

I love what I get here but the customer service is horrible. Last week I came in to get one thing and was trying to use a 50% off coupon and the associate couldnt get it to work so I ended up having to pay full price. Also was in Rebeccas line the other night and she was absolutely rude. She acted like she couldnt have been more bored and was very unhelpful. Love the merchandise and the location, but the associates are horrible.

Lots to see. Checkout was a disappointment. Sale prices didnt ring up and cashier didnt seem interested in finding a fix. The manager walked by as one of the other employees helped rering everything and rolled her eyes about the issue. Really put a damper on this, my first, visit. Will try another location in future.

Its a craft store, so it has a very narrow audience base. If you are a crafter, this is one of the few places to get your stuff. The selection seems fairly broad, so youll probably find what you need. That being said, the service leaves something to be desired and the facility is a little cramped and shop worn. The merchandise doesnt seem to be very high quality, but I will admit I am not a great judge of that when it comes to craft stuff. School projects? This place is a good resource for some of the things youll need.

Rude and inefficientEmployee really had an attitude problem and when I said something to someone in management he did not acknowledge but could only comment on how he couldnt wait till the holiday was over. There was the last Monday before the holiday. He was also perturbed when shed put down wrong code to ring up item which I felt was done on purpose. She got preturbed when I asked her to open the fabric to cut a panel which would have cut into panel on the otherside. I would have left but I was getting a panel replaced for a dying problem!
