Although I love this place for all my oil changes, filters, lights, tires, state inspections, and general car needs & repairs....this time blew me away!My windshield wipers quit working without warning in a bad rain storm, my windshield had to be replaced, and I needed a state inspection. I am so thankful for Dave! Convenient, quick, and thorough service for oil change. They even show me the oil color on the stick before and after!!!! Along with that comes the basic safety checks for inspections which is a plus. The fellas are super nice, ask if you have any questions or concerns on arrival and leaving, and provide great customer service. Fastest, easiest oil change EVER! Stayed in truck. Check in and oil change was quick. Maybe 12 minutes. They also show you the fresh oil on your dipstick and the condition of your air filter. They also have you honk horn and try out all of your light to make sure they are working. Great to know since my inspection is next month. Will absolutely return.

Went in for an oil change and was immediately brought in to start. They checked the engine and let me know a few other things they recommended, but were not pushy about doing. Just hey, you should have X done at some point. I ended up having my air filter changed as well (they showed me the old one and I needed it) and a belt fixed. They were all very nice and laid-back. Will definitely use them again!

Relatively low customer service, and I dont feel confident they are truthful. Im unlikely to use their services in the future, but if you just want a quick oil change they are probably fine.

Ive had a good experience with this place before on several occasions, but this time it was not a very good experience upon driving up the technician told me it will be 45 minutes to an hour for oil change and there was only one car ahead of me and this is supposed to be a 10 minute oil change place but I stayed and in 12 minutes I was in the bay oh, that same technician was the one to do my oil change as Im watching him he keeps walking away from my car to go other cars I asked if he had checked my fluids and he said they were all okay he left never lifted one lid or pulled one stick I asked him if he checked my air filter he said it was fine so I had to go ahead and let him know sir Im watching you and you have not pulled or checked anything so at that point he went on to check my air filter which he did not know how to get to. So we know not to go to that technician anymore the other technicians were cleaning their customers windows I didnt get the same treatment the others offered their customers something to drink I didnt get the same treatment I had to ask. So not very good this time not very good at all.

Fred was amazing. Awesome guy. I had bought a brand new Jeep and this was my first oil change. Usually when you purchase a new vehicle you get free oil changes based off of miles but that’s not the case with Jeep so Fred offered me a great discount.

I got there just before closing (not knowing their hours) and they had me pull right in the bay and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. It was very thorough, the technician was very professional and it was so easy to just stay in my car. I’ll definitely do that again!

Everyone there is great! They go out of their way to help you and never try to push you to buy something unless its a safety factor. Make sure you talk to Jeff about anything mechanically you need done, hell set you up right!

Let me tell you... I wish I could give TEN stars. Abraham and his team saved my day, my pockets AND my car! I made a huge mistake and could’ve messed my engine up for good and the team took me in with no problem at all! Fixed my mistake within 24 hours and for that I will always be appreciative and continue to spend my money here. I always come here for my routine oil changes and other miscellaneous things because they are all so professional and really sweet. Being a woman it is hard to find a great repair shop without being taken advantage of, but here, I trust their judgement!

Hii I love the guys at Express oil change, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I had my car towed because it wouldn’t turn on :( Turns out my engine seized just months after financing from CarMax. While conducting my diagnostic and finding out my engine seized they called my car manufacturer to see what can be done and booked an appointment for me that essential saved me thousands. I will Forever take my car to Express Oil Change & Repair Engineer. I am extremely thankful and grateful :)

Awsome service.

I visit this location to have my battery and alternator tested. The mechanic Fred let me know that my battery was the problem. Jeff the store Manger replace the connector on my battery connector and solved my problem. I like the fact that Fred and Jeff took their time to identify the problem and fixed it. I will definitely use their services again.

I always get my oil changed here. They are quick but thorough, and never try to over charge for things I don’t need. Everyone with the staff is so friendly, and Justin was great today! Definitely recommend!

Today I was passing through on my way back from a job site and was on a terribly tight schedule to pick up my kid. I ended up getting a nail in my tire and stopped here on a desperate whim. These guys are always quick, honest, and reliable; after coming here, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I got my oil changed today (a little earlier than necessary), and they let me know I could still go a couple thousand miles before changing my filter. I went ahead and asked them to do it anyway, since they weren’t queued up, but the fact that they would have turned away a sale, for honesty’s sake, stands out to me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a fresh oil filter!

I was taken immediately. The technician, I believe his name was Tom, went above and beyond. Everything was done quickly thoroughly and he gave me a lot of information about my car. My husband teases me alot about my driving skills and Tom gave me a note to take home to my husband telling him that I made a perfect approach into the garage. Reasonably priced and good service.

These guys are remarkable. Super friendly and helpful. I took my car in for a couple new tires. They called me back and said that my existing tires actually were still pretty good and I might be wasting money buying the new ones now. Instead they located a small leak and patched it. I ended up paying about 30 bucks instead of 400. I’m really impressed with their trustworthiness and I will be back.

By far the best place too take your vehicle when needed mechanic work done. I was having problems with my truck, Dave the service manager and store manager Jeff, talked too me about what was wrong, gave me a quote on fixing it. Very reasonable prices, excellent work!! The gentlemen working on the car were very thorough and explained each process as they went. Fred was very friendly and helpful and the owner/manager, Jeff, came out and gave me my receipt and asked if I had any questions. You stay in your car while the oil change is being performed; which is nice to be able to see exactly what is going on while it is happening. I will definitely be back!
