I was concerned because there was so many people in Walmart without a mask on. I think it wouldnt have bothered me so much but to see people coughing and not covering their mouth or not using tissue or sanitizer made it a quick visit for me. Has decided to do more shopping online its just safer and I can do it from the privacy of my own home . The prices are usually reasonable when I saw how much the bleach was I knew it was time to go. I didnt understand why it was so expensive.

I shop at Walmart frequently. I have been vaccinated and usually wear a mask. Would appreciate the handles on the carts be cleaned before tgiven out. I do my part. I do thank you for putting out cleaner but its too late after you have been given a cart.

Way to many credit card check out .I went early in the morning to do shopping. Had about $250 worth of groceries. When to check out and I only had cash.I had to put it to aside .Because I only had cash and didnt had time to wait. You got to do better then this.

Its a Walmart.The go-to store of lower-middle-class Americans everywhere.Sometimes, I play a drinking game at this store: I take a shot every time I see a customer with an unironic rat-tail or clothing that barely covers their FUPA, leaving it to hang out in front of God and everyone.Needless to say, the rescue squad had to make their fourteenth trip of the day to this place in order to retrieve me from the pet food aisle after I collapsed in a drunken stupor on a pallet of Alpo.Never change, Walmart, you beautiful b*stards!

After spending over $50 grocery and Halloween shopping, when I was just stepping out into the parking lot the greeter came out of the store and asked me about what was in my book bag and said that I didnt have anything in it when I entered the store, which was completely inaccurate. I carry a lot of stuff in my bookbag. Instead of arguing with the person I emptied the contents of my bookbag onto the side walk. The employee thanked me twice, but didnt apologize once before going back inside.

My wife found her shirts that washed well and some hard-to-find cosmetic items. I located my grocery product without a problem Were not too crazy about self- checkout but it is fast. Good shopping experience

This store is usually well stocked. I especially appreciate that they stock Mrs. Fearnows Brunswick Stew.😃😃😃 It has been a favorite of mine for many years. And this store is clean clean and well kept. Self checkout is quick and convenient.

The mildew/mold smell in this store made me nauseous. The aisles were dirty, messy and empty. Nearly every single person I encountered was not friendly or helpful. Seriously, I wondered if it may be a prerequisite to be rude or disgruntled to work there. Not even 1 check out line was open. Checked out all $253 worth of stuff by myself... I really felt robbed. This Walmart was hands down the worst Walmart Ive been to. Im sorry, but it is true and I hope to never go here again. That smell... 😳 So sorry, not trying to be mean at all.

Went to get some last minute School supplies and was able to find what I needed .. all good

Customer service is non existent here and online this entire company is trash. Will not shop here or any other anymore. Took my father in there to purchase a knife and the gentleman who came to help us was shocked that we made him do his job. My father is suffering from memory loss and couldnt make a quick decision and the employee was getting frustrated. After that I tried to purchase a ps5 console online. Was able to place an order and waited 1 month for shipping order was delayed after being told by multiple customer service agents it would be on time. Two days after being delayed my order was canceled, I spoke with an agent 1 hour before hand who told me to check back in 10 days for an update. I understand that this is a hard item to obtain, but they are still selling them to new customers when they havent fulfilled all other orders.

Its a typical Walmart. I needed organic ginger root and I believe this is the only place to buy near me. Grocery area is very nice. Since they are primarily self check out, no wait. LOL

Walmart is Walmart. Staff isnt friendly (with the exception of the greeter on the home good side hes always great) and they arent really helpful. The place isnt really clean but products are always stocked and you can find what you need! I will say I have been incredibly disappointed as of late with the plus size selection its like 2 racks max and the ugliest things Ive ever seen. I go to the one on brook road if I need something cheap and easy to wear.

Trying to food shop at the Mechanicsville Walmart was difficult on Monday afternoon. This was our first time in this store in many years, as we moved away and have just moved back . Monday must be shelf stocking day. Will shop again, but on a different day.Update. One week later on Wednesday mid-morning. Grocery shopping 🛍 again. Shelves have many bare spots. What goes on Walmart?! When is a good time to shop and actually find the things we need???🤪. Will say that the produce department was very well stocked and everything 👌was fresh.

It’s Walmart. I have low expectations anyway, and you did not disappoint.My complaint is about the lackluster cashier named, Della. I said “good morning” to her, no reply. I asked how she was doing today, “fine,” was the short, automated answer of her reply. No eye contact. No curtesy in asking of my well-being. I had picked up a few groceries and some other supplies, and while scanning my empty pie shells, Della alerted me that one package was broken. I asked if I can exchange it, she says “yes...go get another one (opposite end of the store).“ She hands me the broken package and tells me to “find an employee in the frozen foods and give it to them.” Uhhhhhhh, how about “NO.” As it was, I had to dig through stacks of the pie shells for ones that were not broken to return to pay for and pick up my groceries. Since I am not an employee of Walmart, I chose to NOT use those impersonal self checkout kiosks, which often work as well as the ice cream machine at McDonalds. But as far as impersonal goes, the machine would have had more personality than many of your employees.

At walmart currently been waiting 20 minutes for an associate to come to Jewelry. Ask for a manager, no one ever came. Just wanted to purchase a ring. I will go back Chester Walmart were the management waited on me yesterday.

I took my 82 year old Mother to this place to pick up and few things. I felt bad because it was my Mother who recommend that I go to this Walmart as appose to the Walmart which is on Nine Mile Road. (Which is always dirty and never enough staff members). The was only two lines opened and you know like I do that the 1st of the month will always be busy. There were numerous senior citizens standing in law, One threating to leave their baskets in the middle of the store due to lack of customer service agents. I asked an agent who was putting up stock if she could call for back up and she basically ignored me. Another agent walked up and I asked her, she replied that this was not her section and continued to walk pass the customers who were standing in the very long line. My first impression of the store was impressive, due to the cleanness and how well stocked it was. After having and receiving horrific customer service I dont think I will be back again. Get it together your business depends on customer support.

I feel very disappointed in Walmart for what seems to be a political movement in up keep and stocking. This store was out of money for 3 days to pay out for Walmart to Walmart transfers and low low stock availability and definitely typical terrible customer service .. kill local business and then give the community higher price and screw the customer service. It is ok stocking is a major issue at this Walmart. That might be the result of Covid or poor management. Otherwise the staff is helpful and pleasant. Big plus is the extended self check out center.

Good Walmart - lots of camping, sporting goods, and automotive stuff. Far more than other Walmarts. No line at check out, we did self checkout and were out of the store in like 5 minutes. But they did put the dehumidifiers in a weird place, not near the fans and a/c units.

I like to go early in the morning. Clean and stocked full of items. You know how Walmart does it. Tons of self checkout options.

I went because i was close and didnt want to make another trip. As usual Walmart has failed. Here it is 4th of July weekend and there was 2 registers open with actual employees at them and they had the personality of a rotten 2x4. The employees that were working were all standing in between the isles talking and were no assistance to any of our questions. There is no such thing as pride in your job looking at the employees at Walmart.

Horrible grocery pick up experience. Order was not ready until over two hours after scheduled time. When I arrive app told me I missed my scheduled time-duh! Now having waited 37 minutes already after confirming with associate in pick area that my order was ready, no delivery. Horrible process. Mangers/Supervisors should be terminated and replacements trained better. I will use Kroger next time.

Just like any other Walmart but with very empty shelves. Carts have locks now on the wheels which make it almost impossible to move around store.

This place is always busy but I was able to get in and out pretty quick the employee was very friendly offer to help me find what I was looking for. The shelves are always neatly arranged and you can see what youre looking for neat and clean.

This review is in reference to my recent pick-up experiences. I have had to wait at least an hour each time. Tonight, I waited and entire 1.5 hours and left without my order. I attempted to get checked in several times. I literally heard everything from, I have gotten you checked in to I cant find your order in the system. I will be back in 10 minutes. to I cant check you in until I am done with her. to We are still picking your order. This entire process needs to be revamped and it should start with adequate staffing OR available pick up slots should be listed accordingly. My pick up time was scheduled for the 5P-6P slot. I arrived at 6P and left a little after 7:30P WITH NO ORDER!!! I am usually very patient and understanding, but this is unacceptable.

This walmart had a surprisingly good selection on at home/ kitchen items. Food shopping has a good layout and is easy to navigate. Lots of staff. Very quick to add new workers to the check out lines when busy.
