The parts department core process is a real scam. They are not realistic about their core prices and core return acceptance policy. Their team are really rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do. I would avoid these guys if at all possible for parts with a core or you will have to pay twice the price as you think you are getting the parts for!

Needed a hose for a backhoe a.s.a.p wouldve delayed the job a day if the company I work for wouldve had to get a mechanic on site to fix the issue but they made a custom hose in about an hours time ! thank you

Does Carter even sell machinery?! I had requested a 953 Loader over 4 months ago, still do not have one. My salesman said the 953 on order, I could have first dibs on, told me he sold to someone else and had a used one coming in and could have the deal wrapped up before the end of the year. Well, today is 12/27/2018, dont think that is going to happen. In 2019, we are taking our 20 years of business elsewhere!
