I can’t imagine Kyle (Holmes Garage Doors, LLC., S. Maryland) having any negative Reviews?We got 3 Estimates. However, Kyle got what my goals were, and understood them so clearly, that hiring him was a no brainer. Garage Doors (everything about them and their accessories), LISTENING and WANTING to meet his customers expectations is his lane. Kyle writes EVERYTHING out on a contract you get that night. There is nothing left to confusion. No stress w Kyle. In our case, after we gave our deposit our door arrived faster than expected unfortunately, one panel was damaged at the Factory. Kyle refused to take another penny until he had the job done, even though the Factory estimated about 8 weeks. We called asked if we could give him a partial payment given Christmas was round the corner, no not till the jobs done? Do you know anyone else like that, I don’t. By the time our panel came in I had totally forgotten the correct placement of the hardware for my own design lol! It was freezing that morning, but Kyle and his helper held up the hardware in the various positions until I said “Yep, that’s perfect!”. After everything was in place and up, all the clean-up done and Kyle gave me my extra handles, THEN he asked for the balance. Oh, before our door came in Kyle fixed our unfixable broken garage door, didn’t charge us. I don’t believe in cloning, but if I did I’d clone Kyle: Kyle’s Plumbing, Kyle’s Chimney Sweep, Kyle’s Windows, Roofing, Handyman...you get the idea. For your peace of mind get another Estimate but whatever you do make one of them Holmes Garage Doors, LLC. Once you meet and speak with Kyle, especially if your job is complex or sophisticated Kyle’s level of understanding, knowledge, communication and people skills will sell themselves. Great service. Highly recommended. Called on a Sunday as our spring in the door broke and he was actually supposed to be closed. Not only did he answer the phone he had my door fixed within the hour.
