Star replaced the windshield on my Tesla, which turns out to be a somewhat complicated job. The results were excellent. My car arrived there pristine and, after the repair, returned to be pristine. These folks are highly organized professionals who clearly know what they are doing. While I hope I have no further need for their services, they would be my go to people should I sometime again need the kind of services they provide.

Star finished my car a week ahead of expected date. They gave me updates on their progress. The staff were very helpful and professional. I felt confident leaving my car with them. And because I had fresh paint on my car there are car washing restrictions, so they gave me 3 free washes at their shop while the paint cures. I felt well cared for. And my car looks great!

On 3/22/21 I received a call about the final estimate and I was told the AC Compressor, Radiator, Grill, Bumper, Left Corner Panel, and Right Corner Panel needed to be replaced.On 4/1/21 I was called to pickup my vehicle and when I arrived I was surprised to see my car was not in good repair. The bumper was not properly installed, the paint color did not match the car, and the paint had dirt throughout on the hood, bumper, and both corners of the car. I was very concerned and upset as the body shop did not do quality work nor did they do a quality inspection before calling me to pickup my car. They were very apologetic and promised to get it fixed.On 4/6 or 4/7 the body shop called me to come down and look at a new bumper to see if the one they put on was defective. When I arrived we determined the new and installed bumper were the same. I also noticed that the installed bumper looked correct this time and I made a comment to the warranty manager who told me they hadn’t touched it. I disputed his statement because the spacing and alignment was completely different from when I had seen it on 4/1/21. The warranty manager said well they might have readjusted it. Before leaving I asked when I could expect my vehicle to be finished and I was told most likely Monday 4/11/21.On 4/9/21 I called the body shop because I noticed, via the Toyota App, that someone had taken my car on a drive 3 different times. On the 3rd drive the app reported excessive acceleration, harsh braking, and harsh cornering. I was even more upset due to all of the issues I have already experience with this shop. I called the shop at 2:11pm and spoke with a new associate at the front counter who transferred me to Marco who was the USAA adjuster overseeing my repair. I left a voicemail as nobody answered my call.I call the shop again at 2:56 and asked to speak to a manger about the issue and was told no manager was on site. I told the guy, same associate from the first call, that one of two things would happen. He would get me a manager to talk to or I would be down in 10-15 minutes to pickup my car and take it to another body shop who could properly repair my car. The associate put me on hold and came back stating the manager had told him the drives were done to test my seatbelt. I told the associate it was only body work being completed and that his explanation did not make sense. I questioned the other drives performed and he placed me on hold again to speak with the manager. When the associate returned he told me the manager stated they were performing recalibration of collision sensors and that the drives were done to test the sensors. I still was not satisfied with the explanation and the fact that the manager would not take my call. I told the associate that when my repair was done I wanted reports for every test performed and time frames with routes for when my car left, returned, and where it was driven. I also told the associate I wanted invoices to prove that every part used in repair came directly from Toyota.Monday 4/12/21 and the repairs are still unfinished. The communication has been very poor after 4/1/21.On 4/13/21 Marco called me to let me know he looked over the repairs but there was a sensor error and they needed to recalibrate and test before I could pickup my vehicle.Today 4/14/21 at 1:37pm I was called by Star Body to notify me my vehicle was ready. I arrived to inspect my vehicle only to see compound left all over the hood and they had to take it back to remove it. There were scratches in the hood of the car, the trim on the side panels and bumpers are all scratched up and there is still dirt in the paint on the bumper. The paint color on the hood of the car does not match the side panels and there are paint blotches around the parking sensors and the side panels where the trim is. The hood of the car and the side panels are not aligned properly on both sides of the car.Star Body stated they could keep it and I explained that I would be taking it to another shop to properly complete repairs. $2,000 is the new estimate.

Star body Works did an excellent job. Car looks good as new. Customer service was excellent and very thorough keeping the client up-to-date on repair. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

Had a estimate to repair my car, was given a estimate at drop off to inspect, waited two months to have the repairs done, was told that there is additional repairs needed they doubled the cost of the initial estimate, they submitted paperwork to insurance agency and deemed a total loss due to cosmetic damage. This is not professional business practice, spend 10 more minutes looking under the hood and give me a accurate estimate! I used this vehicle for work, now I am out of a vehicle to support my family. Do the right thing and tell a customer that you are not able to work on the vehicle, don’t have me wait two months and then tell me there is cosmetic damage under the hood when you could have done that at the first estimate. I would have had another shop work on it, but since Marco, you submitted paperwork to my insurance before letting me know! the car is a total loss and runs perfectly! You wasted my time and deemed my car a total loss and now is at the salvage yard. Do your job and perform a accurate estimate!

Customer service was top notch. They communicated through the whole process. The car was delayed a couple of days due to parts not coming in on time, but they called to let me know and had the rental car extended. I had just had foot surgery and couldnt drive. My husband works later then their closing time, so they delivered my car to me. I cant tell you how much that means to me! Excellent service and the work on the car looks great. I hope I dont need them again. However I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We took our car into Star Auto Body on Monday, July 5th, which is a holiday for a lot of businesses. Was greeted warmly by the young lady at the desk. Told her we had a squeak in our glove box that we had taken to the dealership for the past several years and they couldnt get rid of it. Jake was standing at the desk and heard our conversation, this obviously was not a money maker for them. Jake immediately jumped in and said he would be happy to take a look at it. He went with us on a test ride and was able to identify were the squeak was coming from. Once back at the shop he opened up the back of the glove box, found the problem, missingand broken connection points. After discussing the situation with us, he recommended we take it back to the dealership to check if our warranty would cover it. He told us to bring it back and they would fix it if the dealership wouldnt warranty it. We asked what we owed them and he refused to charge us. In these times of poor customer service Star Auto Body still gives amazing service. If you want an honest and professional body shop go to Star Auto Body, you will receive 5 Star Service!!

Had to get a bumper replaced. Richard at the front desk was amazing!!! Very personable. Kept me up on the repairs. Regardless if it is a insurance claim or not they have great prices.

They did a great job replacing and painting the side doors of my Subaru. Paint job looks perfect, and they warranty their work. They even took out some extra dents in the body. I plan on having them replace and paint my bumper as well in the near future.

Only place in Southern Oregon to get your Tesla serviced after an accident. And they do an immaculate job! Car repair is already frustrating enough, but Star makes it friendly and easy.

Do not recommend. Had to go back multiple times to get the job completed. Took over 6 months and its still not right. Paint didnt match and now the repair job is failing.

After someone hit my brand new car, I was in a terrible mood for days. The folks at Star Body Works were kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. They let me do the estimate via a phone app, making it very convenient. After I dropped my car off for repairs, they stayed in frequent communication with me, giving me regular phone call updates and sending me text messages with ETAs and other helpful info. I also loved the fact that theyre literally located next door to Enterprise Car Rental, which made the car rental piece so easy. If you ever get into a car accident, Id highly recommend Star Body Works.

Star body was fantastic keeping in communication with me the whole time my car was in their care. I was especially thankful for Liz at the front desk. It was a miscommunication with my insurance company so I wasnt going to be covered for a rental car after being told that I would. When I showed up the morning my vehicle was supposed to be handed over to them expecting to have to spend more money on a rental car Liz took it upon herself to go see if there were any extra loaner cars. And I was in luck she set me up.so the week my car was in the shop I didnt have to spend any extra money. when I got my car back it was absolutely flawless perfect better than it was before. Definitely a great company to work with and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

A friend of mine recently wrecked his truck, and he took it to Star to get an estimate of how much the cost would be to repair the vehicle. Unfortunately, the insurance company totaled the truck. There was a part in the car that had extreme sentimental significance to my friend and his family... I’m sure it’s not a typical request to keep part of a vehicle in remembrance of a child who is past away, but a request was made. The owner took on this request personally, remove the part from the vehicle, and ensured the part got back to my friends family.The teams actions have built several raving fans for sure.Thank you.

I was hit by a Geico driver which pretty immediately resulted in a nightmare. Geico was incredibly slow to respond, with ZERO sense of urgency and tried to deny my claim in any way they could. Once they realized they had no choice but to admit fault, my adjuster accused me of damaging my vehicle to the point of it not being drive-able before the accident... during which I was driving. Not sure how that could happen, but Geico really stuck with it. So initially I was hesitant to use Star since they work closely with Geico. But after one call to Star, I was sold, and boy, did Star come through!Star was incredibly communicative, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service all the way from the tow, to the final repair. They kept me in the loop and provided me with updates and information that my Geico adjuster should have been responsible for when he left me in the dark. Stephanie especially was phenomenal in her customer service and communication. She made sure that all the damages to my car were addressed and really went above and beyond to do so and advocate for my claim to cover all the damages that were caused in the accident, when Geico tried their best to leave me hanging. She let me know exactly what they were doing every step of the way. I dont know how she does it all, but she is exceptional and deserves a big raise and a tropical vacation! I definitely didnt expect to have this experience be pleasant in any way, but Stephanie and Star made the impossible happen. I felt very accommodated the entire time, and I will definitely return if I ever need body work, and will recommend them to everyone. Im VERY pleased. Thank you Star and Stephanie!

Run away! They are really awful. From the intake process through the end (which I have not seen yet) they have been unresponsiveand make excuses for the severe delay in repairing my car and not returning my calls. 28 days and counting, I still do not have my car back. II have complained to my insurance company never to recommendthem again. I fear for what I will get back if they ever finish.

My truck was the middle vehicle in a 3 vehicle accident. Marco at Star was on top of this repair, and kept me in the loop at all time and stages of the repair. Fantastic work and communication!

So, my car looks great after its fender bender BUT communication would get a negative 5, timing would get a -7 and they drove my car all over back and forth from them and the Subaru and I didnt get it back with the gas in it that I left them with. I was told many times my car would be done the next day and then it wasnt. This continued for a full 5 days. Took so long I had to remove it early before it was done because my husband was being sent out of state and we couldnt take the rentals out of state. It was not a fun nor easy experience. I wish contacting people and getting the right information was easier for businesses but it just isnt! I personally would not go here, but one of the front receptionists brings a cute dog and shes adorable. The only cool part was the dog.

Insurance company estimate of damage was about $900 below the Star estimate. But supplemental reports from Star did the job and it was fully paid for, less the deductible. What a relief!!!

Probably the most important thing regarding any body work is an exact paint match. Face it, anyone can order some bolts and a few parts. This was our seconds repair at Star. Once again, a perfect repair.Everything else was as good as it gets in terms of being professional, honest, updating you as to the progress. So,.... Anyhow, considering my reviews are generally less than stellar, I can only say they are the best bet within 200 miles should you find yourself in need of of a great body shop! From me, and my now perfect again little BMW roadster, THANKS!

After a fender bender at my house involving s chicken and a gate during shelter in place-I though it would be difficult to get my car fixed up and driving again. Star Towing came out with the flatbed (there was a popped tire on a Subaru) the next morning and I was given a loaner to use while they worked on my car. They also worked with Les Schwab and my insurance company with minimal effort on my part which was really nice. The car looks good as new!!

Our car was hit by another car and their insurance agency assumed total liability. We brought our car to Star Body Works for repair. They did an excellent job. The car looks new! What was particularly great was that they kept us informed by text.I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

I had to get a new bumper for my Prius. Staff was great and kept me up-to-date on progress of the job. This was a good experience.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate on a bumper. There are estimators there in the office. Was told that estimates are by appointment only and nearest is Tuesday. New Stage tool 5 minutes to do the estimate with no appointments needed.

I had a shaky experience at first with the business because the pricing and how quickly the price to repair a broken front bumper went from the estimated price of $1,200 to $2,000. However, I suspect this is what to be expected.I brought my vehicle in and got an estimated finish time. This estimated time was eventually changed to a “pick your vehicle up at this date and time.” It was great because it had only been a few day repair. I was borrowing a family members car, so I planned to return the car based off the date and time they gave me.Subsequently, I was told the car would be delayed days because of an electronic part involving the airbags. This was very inconvenient because I had planned to return the borrowed vehicle to my family.The business took this into account and gave me a rental vehicle even waving a few fees because of the inconvenience.The results of the repair are wonderful. The bumper looks as mint condition to include the color match. They gave the car a cleaning and provided me a coupon for three free cleanings in the future.4/5 stars. 4 just because no one is perfect. :)

I had my bumper replaced through someone elses insurance. They have a shuttle set up to take you to a rental company. I really appreciate the accurate finish time. They were very good communicating updates with my vehicle.

Not only did they get it done earlier than my original time quote, but they fixed the giant dent in my car so well that you cant even tell anything ever happened. I was kept updated on the progress of my car the whole time it was in the shop. When I got it back, it looked better than when I first got it! Even the interior was detailed! I do have to say though, the best part of my experience was how comfortable I felt with the associates. They were all very polite and professional, but also relatable. The girl at the front desk when I dropped my car off, the boy that drove me to Hertz to get my rental, and the boy at the counter when I picked my car up were all absolutely amazing! And to end it all, they returned my rental for me, because Hertz was closed when I went to pick my car up. This place is absolutely incredible from start to finish! Thank you guys so much!!!
