Whatever you do, do not buy a car from Valley auto boys they sold me a 2002 jaguar knowing it needed $900+ in work and decided making a sale was more important than my family’s safety.

My experience here was awful. The owner met me and my newborn son and worked with me and promised that he wanted to get me in something safe for my kids. He suggested I test drive a car that was having just the ac unit worked on. And so I did, and during the test drive the car completely broke down in the middle of the road in a busy street where I then had to wait with the cops until valley boys came to pick me up.I cried and went home.Returned the next day to speak with the owner and return keys to a car and let the owner know I felt disrespected for the situation the day prior and instead of reassuring me as a customer and parent-he blamed me for driving a vehicle that the ac was still being worked on in, the vehicle he suggested would be BEST for me. Then on my way out the door he rudely told me he didnt need my business.As a single mom I feel disrespected and discouraged to buy a car from anyone, especially here.Mistakes happen, but respect in the business world for the people in your community is HUGE.

I got screwed by Valley Boys! I bought a car in Jan. with around 50k miles. I drove the car 5 times & the motor blew up. VB said they changed all the fluids. My mechanic said the oil had not been changed. What else was not true that they told me. I nicely asked VB for help. They told me that they cant help everyone that has a problem or they would go broke. I understand that but I only had driven the car 5 times. They would not even offer one dollar to help. Now I need either a new engine or this engine rebuilt. Is this the kind of local company you want to do business with?

Hi, Its my first time writing a review about any business. The valley boys treated me so poor after selling me a LEMON vehicle. I had to tow it to a mechanic shop two days after the purchase. its been over a month and its still in mechanic shop. when I talked to them, the first thing that came out of Robs mouth was: I did not sell you a lemon. Before they sell you a car, they will buddy you and be very nice but afterwards its no longer the same. They did not return or answer any of my calls and when I went there, He said that: Im sorry. you being sorry doesnt give my money back or drive me. I was told that they hope that I would value our deal. but sometimes its hard to Value a deal with the people who have NO VALUE. ONLY TO MAKE MONEY BY SELLING YOU A LEMON CAR. its the same with the FAT and bold owner who is in the back office.

Bought a vehicle from this lot and while I was test driving the check engine light was on. They said that they would fix it for free but couldnt do it that day. Took 3 months to get into their mechanic, then another three months because they ordered and got the wrong part 3 times. The check engine light mechanic was unable to read the computer and said that we needed a new brain for the vehicle. The dealership said no they wouldnt buy it but if we paid half they would see what they could do. I never could get back in. Replaced brain myself . Take Your money to a reputable dealer, not these guys.

Creepy.My daughter and I went in to look at cars. The first thing the big fat guy says to me is about my hair. (My hair is long, thick, and past my butt.) I didnt realize that he was part of the Valley Boys. I find it very creepy that he immediately reduced me to a woman with long, long hair instead of treating me respectfully as a potential buyer.I also have a problem with the way they treated my daughter. It was obvious that they had no intention of even showing her a car. Sorry guys, Black people and women have money too. I would NOT recommend any person of Color or woman go into this dealership.

False advertising, these people treated us poorly and said our credit was not good enough for a deal. There sign says bad credit ok and they had some fairly cheap vehicles on there lot at the time and we had a good down payment and they turned us away.

This place has nothing but over price cars and sour lemons at that! I had a problem with my van within two weeks! This place is a joke!

This was about a month in a half agoI have gotten two different cars from them. The first one I only had it for 2 weeks was driving an the transmission went out. Then they put me in another car after I had to give them more money. The check engine light has been on since I got it. NO place will do a check engine check on it cause its a 1994 Chrysler an its old.. I am very upset with this car lot. I feel I have been taken advantage cause I am a women.

I just went in looking to get a car, I am a student and my dad is a disabled veteran out of state helping me get it (cosign or purchase in his name all together) I explained this and they proceeded to tell me it would be hard to do which other dealers I went to didnt seem to have an issue with it, but OK they are smaller so maybe it is harder for them, but what got me and ultimately had me say forget it an leave was that they wouldnt even show me a car while we waited for me to get a hold of my Dad, I asked to look inside one of the cars (I like to check the features, does it have an aux chord? Things like that) and the guys response was did you get a hold of your dad yet? Like excuse me? I cant even look in the car until you talk to him?? Im not sure if it was two women coming in (came in with my mom) or because Im a woman of color but they didnt seem eager to help at all.. Im very offended and disappointed with their service and I would not recommend anyone buying with them, they clearly dont care about the customer, just the sale, apparently not even the sale if they have to put any work in.

This place is horrible. Just like worlds famous autos! I bought my first car from them back in February & my driver window is broke, the catalytic converter needs to be replaced, many more things needs to be fixed. Go somewhere else!
