I didnt buy my car there but, this is my opinion the service department is very good they listen to you when you bring Volswagon there and when you get car serviced it seems that, the Service advisors and Machinsts work pretty well together. You will like there waiting area nice chairs with a big screen TV and a play area for baby and small kids (Very well thought of) and you can make coffee and other drinks. Now except your Volswagon will cost you quite a penny to get your car fixed there so please when you get the coupons in the mail it makes it more easier towards paying for it. All in all its a nice place to get your car service Ohhh and one more thing every time you get your car serviced they will wash and vacuum your car.
