I have had nothing but wonderful customer service and caring for my 2016 Ford Transit Connect van since I bought it from this company in 2016. she only had four miles on it now shes hitting 60000 it has been the best little van. I have received more compliments and comments on my little van. This is the first thing I ever bought on my own being 57 years old, I can fully say I own . Ford was such a great company to help finance my van and they take such care when I have to have the oil changes done. I would highly recommend as I always have with everybody Crater Lake Ford is a place to go if you want a great car truck or van. Thank you ford.
The last two oil changes were scheduled only to find out they moved the location & did not follow up with a phone call creating my original appointnents to be 30 minutes late. We dont live in Medford & scheduled other plans for the day which were put on hold due to this poor service.. We purchased our truck from them. We were advise we could go to mock fords for our up.coming appointment for recalls because we asked if they have the parts for the recall. Wow
Booked the first two appointments of the day for oil changes, more than a week in advance. Oil change 1, not even started an hour after the appointment (took two hours), and forgot to replace the reminder sticker on the windshield with a new one. Oil change 2, appointment not found in their computer, would take 2 to 3 hours to complete without an appointment (funny, the same amount of time it took to complete the oil change on the first vehicle that DID have an appointment). Not the worst experience with a Lithia dealer by a long shot (that distinction goes to Lithia Jeep, which actually forgot to put parts back on the car after a service appointment), but a big waste of time for what should have been straightforward procedures.
Bought a brand new 45K 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat last month on the 19th of June and watched my windshield crack at the base before my eyes. I havent even received a call from Ford. I wouldnt even give them 1 star, just saying.
This is probably my last trip to Crater Lake Ford! Customer service was very poor.

Horrible veryverry slow
Bought a 2020 Ford Ecosport here May 2020. 8 months later the brakes are failing - very loud grinding noise and constant burning smell - even just driving a couple of miles. Called and Called and called.... no one will ever answer the phone (except if you call the sales department - no surprise there!) This is outragous! We are under warranty and driving a brand-new car. The breaks are obviously damaged and this situation is pretty darn dangerous. I will never recommend this business as their failure to take care of existing customers is appauling.
They will never call you back. Youll either get a clerk that cant help you because your technician is out, so they just write your name and number and forget about you, or youll get an answering machine that will transfer you to other answering machines endlessly. They also wont call you unless they are going to charge you something, so theyll just keep working on your car and then tell you about it later. When you try to point out that your a little frustrated because you dont know whats going on and your at the mercy of their phone tag game since they have your car, they get dismissive and shoo you out the door. If it wasnt for the warranty I would never have come here. Lots of other places in Medford that handle business better.
From the very first phone call until the very last handshake the guys here were awesome. Peyton, David and Ian really came through. I was treated like family and got a steal of a deal . I recommend anyone looking for a new car to come here. Hands down the best service And people !

I ordered a Bug Deflector and they said they would call when it came in, nothing !!!I called and drove the 140 mile round trip parts person was on the phone ( ok ) then ask what I needed, I told him i had a Bug Deflector on will-call, he turned around went to the back brought the box to the counter and went to take another phone call !!! No thank you, No recipe, 0 0 0.Thats the kind of service you get at the Ford Store in Klamath Fall, thats why we have purchased MANY New and Used rigs in Crater Lake Ford .

Went twice since I bought a brand new car both times there was laziness, lies, and neglect.Their is a wanna be mechanic there that signs off on work that he was supposed to do and he does NOT do the work. I put him on blast twice.Wish I didnt pay for lifetime oil changes.
My Check Engine light was on, so I made an appointment to bring the car in and have it repaired. While there, I waited for the diagnosis. Three items were specified as being in need of repair. Parts would need to be ordered, and my vehicle was not recommended to be driven until after the repairs were completed, so it remained in their custody nearly a week.I was taken home in their courtesy vehicle, and returned to pick it up by the same manner. I was assured the car was repaired, paid $615.00, and drove off in it.Exactly 3 short trips later, the same dash light came back on!
Hello,Today right now as I type, I am comfortably waiting in Crater Lake Fords very nice waiting room which includes snacks, beverages, clean bathrooms, entertainment and, a play area for little kids.I brought my 2010 Lincoln MKT for some engine misfire issues and a few other minor complications. First I delt with Justin in services and he is extremely nice and easy to work with. Note that I am not the most easy woman to get along with. Especially when presented in situations where woman can be lead to be just informed about issues instead of having a detailed discussion about the issues. However both Justin in services and the service manager Ron did a very good job at making me feel in good hands. I have been to Hall motors Ford in lakeview, lithia Ford in Klamath falls and, Crater Lake Ford here in Medford. Crater Lake Ford has beat all the other places in all aspects. First I bought my car here and got a better deal, the customer service was by far the best and, the timely manner which my car was looked at and fixed was very agreeable. I highly recommend Crater Lake Ford to anyone looking to have an amazing car buying exsperience or just need their Fords repaired. I forgot to mention one thing that was so supper stellar. Justin the man who helped me in the service department also set up an Uber for me so I was not stuck waiting all day. The Uber was covered by Crater lake Ford and it made my experience just that much better.

The five staff at the service desk did not really seem too interested in my 2007 Miata... Was it too old, I wondered? They seemed like they didnt care about my car or my concerns. Maybe it was just too late in the day on a Friday?

My experience with crater lake ford was bad . at first salesmen worriedly ran around use thinking the other was going to take use and our deal. They ran our credit and my credit reporting agency sent me a warning that my credit score was effected because of 5 hits from crater lake ford Medford never bought because of this beware my friend

After Bernie Bishop mazda in Brookings OR refused to work on my car because I didnt buy it from them, I brought it to Crater lake and they are working on it as I type this. Great customer service from the initial phone call, to dealing with the servicemen at the counter and the shuttle driver that gave me a ride. Very happy with my whole experience so far!
Poor customer service. Service dept is a joke and a waste of time. Made an appt for a recall regarding door latches. Took vehicle in the morning. By 5pm, they had not touched me vehicle and ended up picking it up with no work done. Will not be coming back.
I had the misfortune of blowing the clutch on my Mazda while in Medford for a doctors appointment (this a Ford and Mazda dealer). I was worried at what the bill was going to be as I seemed to be the perfect candidate for a fleecing (ie...out of towner with no other real choices). My fear was unwarranted. They did a total clutch replacement in a reasonable amount of time, for much less than I anticipated, and even set me up with a discounted rental from a nearby major company. The Service Advisor was Jason G. Thanks to all who helped.
