Really wanted to purchase a big balloon display for my sons first big party. I stopped by multiple times last week, called. No answer, no one there. Even now it says open, I called. Nothing. Sucks.

No store hours printed anywhere. The sign on the door says open but they are clearly closed. I’ve tried multiple times to give them my business, but they’re not making it easy.

I’ve been ordering balloons from Bob at Ballon Boss for years. He creates beautiful arches and centerpieces for all my corporate events. He is a true professional. Extremely customer service oriented. Love this guy.

Ordered big number balloons over the phone, and they were ready within minutes. Owner even helped carry them to my car!

Worst website ever. Its very outdated and basically empty. Makes me feel like their products and services would be, too. It’s unfortunate because I would rather support a local business rather than going to a chain store or having to go to Boston. Too bad...maybe they’ll put a little effort in.
