Quality products for sure, but they really need to work on their ability to respond to appointments in a timely manner. Waiting an hour before your vehicle is even touched when you have shown up for your appointment on time is not good service. The attitude of management at this particular store regarding their lack of respect for appointment times is even worse than their service. By the way, I have been using Americas/Discount Tire since the early 80s and have always been treated well until I came to this store.

We just needed some tires to get us the remaining 400 miles home. We were able to get some used tires mounted and installed for $30. Yeah the tires are near their lifes end, but compared to what was on the car it was a huge improvement. The service was done in under 30 minutes. I definitely recommend these guys.

June 24th, 20 new alignment ($60) followed by 4- new Cooper 60k tires ($464)October 17th, 20 ( less than 4 months later and only 5,635 miles). New front tires worn down to a dangerous level (cords showing. New shop front end alignment paperwork document= camber, caster & toe out 1Sent All American all paperwork.To heck with my reimbursement. This company is playing with your road safety and maybe the lives of your children. Cheap prices are not everything.Les Schwab clearly stated I would not make it home with those tires after only 5000 miles. I have documentation and photos I even have the old tires.I feel that any tire shop has a responsibility to keep customers safe and not veering off the road after new tires & alignment.Go to All American Tires and flirt with death.

Being a family of 6, I come in to get pricing for tires and an alignment, instead leave with 4 new tires for a down payment of $50!!I was approved for financing and only paying 21 bucks a week for a total bill of 500!They did my alignment for FREE!!!Fast easy and friendly. They assured me the interest is high and encouraged me to pay it off ASAP before the 6 months of interest begins. The interest is a killer, they said.If you gave less then 4 stars, the problem probably is you and your entitlements. I won’t be going anywhere else EVER!!! They gave me better service and didn’t try to make a buck but instead made a relationship for further business. If you go anywhere else, your wasting time, and your money.

This is my second purchase from All American Tires and Wheels in less than two months. You wont find a better deal in Oregon on tires. I purchased a set of 4 for my 1 ton work van last month. Today I purchased a set for my 2008 Titan. Such friendly service. Always a job done right, and a price you just cant beat. I wish everyone did business like this. If you look at my other reviews, it takes a lot for me to post 5 stars. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We were in a bad bind for tires. I have bad credit but they still got me financed for tires. Not just regular tires, mud tires. They were super friendly and have amazing customer service. They got us in and out within 2 hours including the application process and mounting, balancing and alignment. We will continue to use them for our business.

Ordered a tire for my motorhome there and drove out of my way to have it replaced. When I got there they informed me they didn’t have the right equipment to install it. They will happily take my money for the tire though..Had to pay for the tire and go else where to have it installed. More money! These guys have no clue what they are doing. Mechanics have piss poor attitudes as well. Will never use them again and hope who ever reads this stays away. Beware..

Been buying tires here for a couple years. I have six vehicles and they have been wonderful to deal with. They are my first call/stop when I need tires. Even getting my girlfriends kids tires done here too.Once they know the size, they can offer you a tiered selection of quality/price that you can choose from to meet your expectation and budget. Very friendly and professional. Even with a line service is fairly quick.Bottom line, I would recommend, and do all the time.

I love this tire shop and the men who run it. They are professional and kind. Ive had some severe medical problems this year and have not been able to work and earn money like in the past. I need new tires but cannot afford them yet. In the meantime, they have patched my tires and sold me used tires that have kept my vehicle going to get me to the doctors which is helping me survive. Im saving the money and going to buy a full set of tires from them because they quoted me an excellent price and have been a big blessing in my life. Im SO thankful for these guys and their tire shop!

Ok service cheap tires my first stop

So I went to both locations in Medford. The 1st one by the mall refused to mount and balance the truck tires I bought from someone into my truck. He said its a liability because the two tires we got and had planned to put on the front were slightly smaller. I asked him how and he didnt have a straight answer for me. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy claimed that he is the manager. I asked several times for him to explain how it was a danger to have slightly smaller tires on the front of my truck. His answer was for me to call ODOT. So then we went to the other location. They said they could do it but with no responsibility if something happened. The guys in the bay (strong language barrier) argued with us repeatedly that the tires were not 10 ply when they clearly stated on the tire that theyre 10 ply, after the boss inside verified that they are 10 ply truck tires... I finally ended up going inside and getting the boss. Then the guys in the bay tried to use their language barrier to get more money than was owed. I almost called the police. In the end I paid what was owed and got back the correct change that was owed to me... But going here put a lot of stress on me, the person who went with me, and it was extremely unprofessional. Also another customer told us that he had bought new tires and rims from them and had them put on his truck and they refused to dispose of the cardboard boxes for him. I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesnt enjoy a dramatic show or getting ripped off. Watch them closely if you do buy their tires and services.

Worst place ever ! Went to get an alignment after having my tires rotated and they couldnt even do it correctly, i sat there for almost 2 hours with 3 kids in the sun.... waiting.... then they said ok we are done and it was worse then when i brought it manager got mouthy and refused to call the owner in. Wanted to argue about the machine its not my problem i refuse to pay for something that was not done correctly or efficiently... save your money go to a reputable company who knows what they are doing.

Great experience here. Stopped in to price price a new set of tires for winter. I was shown a variety of sets that were what I needed. The sets I was shown first then I was shown the gradually more expensive sets. I was never pushed to buy the more expensive sets, and was told the benefits from each set, and which ones were not going to benefit me for the higher price. My new tires were put on fast, and I was probably only here for 20-30 minutes from parking to leaving with new tires. Ive had them for about a month now and couldnt be happier with them and the service I received.

This is a small independent shop, meaning everyone works and works hard. I said I need a set of tires shaw started with the lowest priced tires in my size, no pushy salesman gimmicks. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of this shop. Go talk to shaw and you wont be disappointed. Shop local.

BEST VALUE AND SERVICE IN SO. OREGON! I needed 4 new tires for my car. I was referred to All American by a friend and will be referring my friends and family here too. For $265, I got 4 brand new tires put on in less than twenty minutes. The guys were very friendly and we all had a good laugh about how bad one of my tires was wobbling.
