I would not deal with these guys they will tell u anything u wanna hear to close a deal then string u along for months and act like its not there fault, blame someone else in a different department or basically say anything to not b accountable for what they promised you. Make sure u dont close a deal with a hand shake or word of mouth. Get everything I writing b4 u sign anything cause once they have your money your just an inconvenience and no longer a priority π― B careful I would give no stars if I could.
The team at Lithia Dodge has always been great. When I went in yesterday for service, I had the pleasure of working with Bricetyn. He helped me get the services I needed and even had the mechanics check to make sure that I didnβt need more. I appreciate the good service and honesty with the Lithia Dodge team. Good shop, techs are great. But the low starts are for the corporate policy of no appointments and not able to take the vehicle anywhere without losing your spot in line.this means it ruins your whole day to get an oil change. I sat for 3hrs to keep my spot and they did get me in 30 minutes before the estimated time. It would be nice to be able to use time wisely.
What a GREAT dealership. Great customer service. The minute I drove up I was immediately helped and shown to the car I was looking for. Colton my sales guy was GREAT!. Answered every question I had and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this guy. Kept me laughing and entertained. The dealership as a whole was amazing and so nice. Even called me for a follow up call on how everything was going. Definitely would come back if I was looking for another car. If I had to make any negative comment on them would be more of selection but thankfully they had exactly what I wanted.
I had really specific requirements when working with the Litha Team (Brett), nuhc of which are impossible with current inventories. The staff were respectful enough to put my interests above their inventory. In the end, we got more than we needed and saved a great deal of time! My husband and I just came to Lithia dodge in Medford to buy a turning indicator. We were informed they are wanting to charge $140 plus the part, to change out the indicator. Criminal. You sell a dodge durango knowing you have to take the front bumper off the change the indicator and YOU Lithia are going to charge the customer 140 dollars. NEVER again will I or anyone I know purchase from you.
Typically take my vehicle to the dealership for repair work.Called to schedule appointment several months in the future for recall work. Asked for loaner vehicle since it will be there for most of the day (and I still need to get to work). Was told βall of the loaner vehicles are typically out so you probably canβt get one (?)β. Was told there was no way to reserve one even though the appointment is several months awayβ¦.Will limit future visits to recall work only. Canβt imagine paying money for repairs with this type of service.
I had to replace my radio in my Jeep, which is actually a slightly complicated thing. They helped me get a new one, and you leave and helped me get my anti-theft code. And a return to my core charge within 5 days. Overall they were professional and helpful and made the whole experience relatively painless
Just purchased a new 2021 Dodge Challenger. Michelle was amazing to work with and took the time to explain things really well. I received great service in a quick fashion and felt I was being heard throughout the process. They even detailed my car and filled it with gas which prior dealerships had not done. Our daughter went alone to make her very first βbig girlβ purchase from them. She did. She also purchased the extra warranty, after being told that she could change her mind at any time and receive a refund. She did just that on the first of March. They told her that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the refund. At the 6 week mark, they told her that it would be 10 weeks. At the 10 week mark, they had to fill out all of the paperwork againβ¦.having lost it. We are nearing the end of September, and now they have just stopped returning her phone calls. I have to say, I question any business that operates like this. It is shameful that a business would take advantage of a young girl this way.

I would never in the past have given this place or any other car dealership more than probably 2 stars if that. They always have rude people and are pushing you into things. Justin the sales manager is awesome! I would definitely buy from here again!The only issue I did have was once I got home and showed my kids they pointed out a couple issues, the passenger side mirror was broken and you can tell it had been broken, someone tried covering of the scratches that lead to the break on the mirror, the carβs battery kept dying on me, and I had a missing lug nut on the back tireβ¦ but as far as the service goes, the customer service is great! They did not sound like they wanted to fix the mirror though which is why this isnβt a five star, they will fix the batter and put the lug nut onβ¦ the service department should have found these on their vehicle inspectionβ¦ anyways I do recommend this place! Just make sure to really look at the car, if you are like me you are excited and miss stuffβ¦ and then the sales person questions youβ¦ we will see if they fix this issue, if so I will update this post to a five star.

We are getting ready for a trip and are taking my wifes Cherokee. I was checking it out and noticed it was overdue for an oil change. I called Lithia Jeep/Dodge Express Lube to make an appointment, and discovered the only appointments available are weeks out. Greg recommended I come in at 0630 to get first in line. I did that. I had to wait for an hour for them to open, but it was worth it. Greg and the staff did a fantastic job.
My daughter & I, along with a friend, stopped by to get $$$ for a commuter car for my daughter. I had been looking, mostly dreaming, and had on-line priced a few models. While my daughter was busy finding a car in her price field, I found the car I had wanted right down to the color. It has the worst service department in all of the automotive industry. Called 11:00in the morning no call back so called back 11:00 the next morning someone actually answered the phone in the service department rare occasion. Got big long story. Have purchased 12 new vehicles over a 18 year span. Never again. They got to big for us little people. Sad

I dealt with Kat on the service for my 2015 Ram 1500. I had what I believed to be an exhaust leak either at the manifolds or somewhere close. I spent the day learning that some of the hardware had broken and needed replaced along with the exhaust manifold gaskets. Kat made sure the parts were in stock and it got fixed. A few days later, Kat called me to make sure the repair was still good and if I had any other problems. I was good to go and I dont miss the exhaust leak. Thank you to Kat and her team of mechanics behind the scenes.
3rd vehicle we bought here for my wife. Check engine light came on when salesmen went to fill up before we took possession, was told it would be taken care of. Have screen shot of codes returning days later. Took to local lithia and issue wasnt fixed, now salesman, General manager and cooperate are not resolving issue or calling us back. Wife and kids driving a vehicle with an issue and causing more gas consumption. They expect us to pay $400 to resolve an issue that was covered under the 60 day warranty and happened on day one they didnt fix on the scheduled appointment they argue with my wife and tell her its out of warranty now when the issue was happening on day 1 of ownership and we were promised it would be fixed. Disappointed with the care and communication after the sale

I like this place overall to buy a car. I bought 2 cars there and they gave me a good deal and good interest rate. They have a large selection of vehicles and I think if youre looking for a vehicle you should at least check it out. They usually are able to find and fix any problems I have on my vehicle though when I need a repair, so they seem to have good mechanics. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I bought the oil change for life, so technically my oil changes are free, which is great, but for some reason every time I go they are too busy. Maybe its just my timing but I havent had much luck.
I wanted to hop on here because they did a great job fixing my Trailhawk. I was really confused and it was doing weird things but they found a simple fix in the battery that corrected the entire electrical system. They worked with me during the challenges of the pandemic and ownership transfers at Lithia in the local area. Grateful for the warranty on their used vehicles under a certain mileage and overall glad do business with them. Thanks. ππ»
2016 Dodge Ram warranty work. Jeff was awesome to deal with. Once the problem was diagnosed he made sure it was done in a timely manner. Unfortunately their were other issues that was unknown to me but was covered under the warranty. Jeff made sure everything was fixed before the vehicle was returned.
