I was in for an oil change. It was less than an hour. A salesperson talked to us about a good time to sell used cars, but I declined because the car seems well engineered and, with scheduled maintenance, one that will last us for a long time. Nice folks. No unexpected issues.
I had a great experience with the sales department. They were super friendly and professional. They were not pushy at all and just very pleasant to work with. I worked with Alex and he was awesome. He had answers for all my questions and was genuine the entire time. I would certainly go back to them, and Alex especially, to buy another car.
My wife and I actually had a great experience truck shopping today. We bought today. The truck is amazing but, had it not been for Don Corvette being hassle free and on top of everything, I would have went where Ive bought multiple times before. They welcomed our new puppy and accommodated our eccentricities . Most painless and enjoyable car buying experience EVER!!! GO! BUY! SMILE!
They sold me a service warranty without telling me it was $4,000. They told me I have 30 days to cancel and I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now. But since I already purchased the car, Im not important anymore. Someone did try to call today while I was at work. I wonder how long it will take me to reconnect with them.
I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for the items listed below;1. Recall (software update)2. Window trim repair/replacement (window trim on rear drivers side is loose, questioning warranty repair)3.Window insulation inspection/repair (front drivers and passengers window insulation strips do not contact window, question warranty repair)4.Rear windshield wiper arm replacement (rear windshield wiper arm is broken, entire arm must be replaced)When I explained the issues, I was told the service department would be able to fix these right away with no wait. I scheduled two weeks out.When I arrived there was no mention of issue, however after waiting nearly 2 hours I was informed the only item that could be accomplished was the software update and that I would have to reschedule after they ordered parts.I explained to the tech I would not be coming back. I feel the act of scheduling these repairs (which were clearly explained) should have triggered the required parts to be ordered, as any logical human would assume the parts required to fix said items should be available prior to the appointment.
Andrew M is amazing. We’ve bought 2 trucks from him in 15 months. He made our recent experience great and let us know everything was ok when another dept had us thinking otherwise. He’s really understanding and personable.
Ive been to better dealerships. The prices on some of those used trucks by highway 62, My God they are ludicrous. Incredibly high. Most of there salespeople are the typical vultures.
We were traveling and one of our keys stopped working because the battery died. We looked at the YouTube on how to change the battery and we didnt have the tools, so figured we would just have to pay a service price at the dealership to get both fobs changed out. However, they only charged us less than $20 to change out both fobs, and it took about 15 minutes from the time we pulled up until the time we were on our way. We suspect that the rest of the service department is just as friendly and prompt.
Great place to shop for a car. Andrew Medlin was the greatest help for our purchase. Everyone was very helpful.
While also getting my oil and tires rotated I wanted my car to be detailed as I was making my appointment over the phone I added that in. When I called to double check when my appointment was I was then told oh we only have one detailer so we can’t do that. When I got there I again requested for my car to be detailed in the most I was offered was an outside wash and an inside vacuum for $15. I would’ve probably just had my oil done somewhere else if I wasn’t gonna have my car detailed. But it was last minute and I was in a bind.
Nissan Medford is always fast and makes getting an oil change a breeze. I always highly recommend this dealership.

Due your due diligence when it comes to your financing terms and inspection of the the vehicles options. Lesson learned for me. I went in with a pre-approval from Capital One and took there word for it when they told me that Capital One ended up not picking up the loan and my interest rate with another lender was really high. I went with it knowing that I would refi in a couple months anyway. Being suspicious I called Capital One to inquire why they didnt pick up the loan when I was pre approved. They said the dealer never submitted my loan to them. 2 months later I just refinanced with Capital One at a way lower interest rate and there has been no change to my credit. Sounds like they took a kick back to me. I also regret not turning up the speakers during the test drive because two of my speakers were blown so that cost me $400 to have replaced. I traded in a perfect car to them with no issues and they tried to nickle and dime me on the trade in value all while concealing blown speakers. Thought I had a good experience until these things came to light. 😥

Mark, The sales manager, worked diligently to get us out on time because we had an appointment.He gave us a reasonable amount for our trade in as the down payment.I called the next day with a perceived problem and Mark said he would try to solve that problem at their expense.
Today I had a wonderful experience at Medford Nissan. Rick was a genuine human with amazing interpersonal skills! He spent a lot of time with us and I never felt pressured in any way. He truly went above and beyond and made our time there enjoyable. Taylor really stepped it up by getting me an incredibly low rate! He spent an hour and a half trying to make sure that we were where we wanted to be payment wise, and I never even asked him to do any of it. He was just that kind. The team at Medford Nissan is incredible and I will never go anywhere else again.

Danny, the wonderful young man that helped me from start to finish was very, very helpful. I had an odd knock when I was driving and Danny was determined to drive around me until he heard the noise. He then figured out how to describe it to the technician and followed every step of its repair and called me and told me what was going on. He provided excellent service for me and my Nissan ran like a charm when I drove away. It seems that this is the daily behavior of the service people at Medford Nissan. Last time I needed a little help a wonderful young woman went way out of her way to help me understand how to proceed with my car, and I left feeling very reassured about Medford Nissan.
I went in expecting a awful experience as I have had nothing but awful experiences in the past either looking for myself or taking family or friends also working there as a former employee. I went there with my guard up expecting not to buy because of it.My experience was not near what I expected my salesman was exceptional, professional and friendly. The sales manager I felt even went out of his way to help me and to even come talk to me about making my deal even better and I was blown away as to how much he truly cared even about the money coming out of my pocket. Then ext day I went in and met the GM and he was also extremely personable and friendly as where the old one was far from that. I will always keep This dealer in mind when shopping for a new car.

I went to every other car dealer in Medford and was terribly disappointed in their vehicles and sales people. I was immediately welcomed once I entered the Nissan parking lot by Dessi and after two test drives of the Rogue and Murano, knew I wanted to purchase a new vehicle from them. They worked their magic and we left with a new Nissan Murano! We love it and recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic car buying experience.
My car broke down as we were traveling from Oregon back to our home in California. My husband and I had our 11-month-old son with us. It was raining outside and getting close to 5:00pm on a Friday. We were feeling very overwhelmed by the whole situation. The people at Medford Nissan, specifically Caitie, went truly above and beyond to help us. Each person kept a smile on their face, made calls above their responsibility (trying to set up a rental car, trying to get someone to come in and work on the weekend, trying to get the shuttle set up for us) to help us. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am with the service at Medford Nissan.

Went in for an oil change and all fluid top off. My coolant was low enough to signal a check engine light that I told the service guy about. Next day halfway on my road trip it comes on again causing serious stress. Once I had it scanned again found it was low coolant again. I bought a gallon of coolant which it drank 1/3 and drove another 800 miles without a problem! So they never checked my coolant!
Fast friendly service. My car was actually ready sooner than I thought it would be.

Very disappointed with salesman, pushing hard for trying to be in them bank, they run my credit for nothing. I have my check for the amount I wanted to spend buying a car, but spending over hours make me feel uncomfortable because they pushing in different ways, never come back for sure.
Going into the store I pretty much knew what I wanted. Alex made it happen. I would happily recommend dealing with Medford Nissan.
Andrew called me about a new Nissan Frontier and beacause I messed up on the last one I got in April 2020 I had alot of things from my 2017 Nissan that wasnt on my 2019. So when Andew called I told him if he could give me everything I wanted I would do it. Well he not only got everything I wanted and more. He did everything he could to make my wishes come true and he came thru with flying colors. Now I think I finally have my truck with everything. Went in for oil change and transmission check. Wasnt sure what was going on, but Danny interpreted my vague descriptions of the problem and ordered me a new transmission. My car hasnt run this smooth in a while :). Very happy with the service.

Second time at the service department. Each time they have been friendly and efficient. Ive had bad experiences at previous service departments so I am leery but you guys might change my mind if the good service continues.
First let me say, I live in WA state so coming to the dealer for service would not be a logical choice. From the moment I made contact with the dealer, I felt relaxed. NO pressure but total assistance. The sales representative, Rick, greeted me with respect. We went on the test drive and questions were asked and explained about the vehicle. Then again in the cubical we were asked if there were any additional questions about the vehicle or purchase. Once the decision was made that I would be purchasing the vehicle then the next step would be financing. The entire crew at the dealership was excellent with the process. I was very pleased with my salesman before and during this process. I am very thankful that I made the trip. It was amazing that it was such a painless process. I give 2 thumbs up. Thank you Rick!!

We were told that part for our issue had to be ordered and it would be two days. They got it early, which was great. What we were disappointed was to change all the fluids in the car would be well over a $1000 I can get it done for half that price. Not a good feeling .
Brought in my xterra to have steering column replaced, because it was recalled. Employees were prompt, courteous and answered all questions I had.
Great service team. Large clean and comfortable waiting area. Shuttle service to work, home or other places - like meeting friends or family for lunch. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

I am very frustrated at my experience with the service department. I had scheduled an appointment for a service inspection to look into all the issues for my car. The appointment was scheduled a week in advance. My car has been there since Tuesday. Picking up my car tomorrow, still not knowing what is wrong with it. After paying 800 for a repair... Was told I could pay another 135 for ANOTHER service inspection to figure out why the car is misfiring. ( which is what i made the appointment for in the first place).
Absolutely amazing experience here!I liked one of the cars they had for sale online and Alex was quick to call me back and try to schedule an appointment with me. I was working late so I was unable to do that with him but I did end up going in same day to check out the car! Alex was unable to help me due to a prior customer but he definitely was able to point me in the right direction and Alicia was very kind and happy to help. The car that I wanted to look at was unfortunately being taken on a rest drive but Alicia was happy to walk around not only the Nissan lot but the neighboring ones as well. I didnt quite find any other car I was interested in and the one I originally wanted to purchase had been sold to someone else but overall my experience was absolutely amazing and the staff was very helpful.

2 stars because Desiree was very helpful and I appreciated how much work she put into writing the deal up, but am definitely disappointed at how dishonest the person above her was. I was told my car was in such bad shape they could only offer me what I would call an embarrassing amount for trade in value. I was told because of the high miles and what not it would be sent to auction. Wish I hadn’t believed them because they just posted it for more than even I payed for it originally. Would have just preferred them be honest with me. Be cautious!

Had a good experience buying the vehicle, but when I requested a copy of the car fax alittle time later and was told they would get back to me, didnt heat anything not even a courtesy call back about it. After this review am happy to change this to 5 star experience as the sales mgr, Mitch Parker called me back and the car fax was sent. Was glad this was taken care of and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership in the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Thank you again.
I was passing thru Medford on my way home to Lincoln City Or from Redding. Ca. I needed the trailer light plug in replaced. Stoped in, they had the part and fit me in and charged me a very reasonable price to install it. I finished the drive home with the trailer lights on my newly acquired drift boat working.
This was our first experience with them.

I started my experience with a phone call and then a few days later made the trip to medford to look at the cars on our list. The sales person was super friendly and VERY helpful. She showed us a 2020 which was not on our list, it was also the first car I test drove and believe it or not we didnt want to see the rest. We walked away with a 2020 and a fabulous experience!
Lithia Nissan did a great job checking for recalls or warranties still available on a seat belt that stopped working. There WAS a warranty on the seat belt, and thanks to the team I didn’t have to spend any money and they installed it for free. Very fun staff made the experience better than expected
Greeted with a smile. Parked my van so that I could get to with ease. I am disabled and hard to walk too far. Nice job of moving it close for me. Everyone is so friendly. Most even enjoyed my dog Rusty, who loves everyone.
I worked with Rick, he was a straight shooter. Not a lot of games back and forth. If I was serious about making a deal they were interested in making that happen and we were quickly able to come to mutually agreeable numbers.Also, I feel Nissan is the last manufacturer who still makes a mid sized pickup. I test drove the competition and for anyone still looking for a mid sized pickup I think Nissan has it. Everyone else is approaching a full sized pickup.Ive also had vehicles services at Nissan. Service department is excellent and again, I didnt feel that they were trying to up-sale me on servicing. Ive never used a service department for an oil change. I was surprised to see they are less than many other places.Good luck on your purchase of a new vehicle.

Explained all the new features on the road test.The purchasing experience was positive and straight forward. Low pressure very factual and consumer oriented.Nissan Financing is affordable and flexible to individual needs. I thought the finance manager was also low pressure and factual. I saw a great benefit to the warranty and protection benefits that Nissan and Lithia offered.
While I rated met my expectations... it was just barely. I left my car for a total of 6 business days, to get the work completed, and this was after some pushing to get it done before my 60 days of ownership. They did, however, get it done, and Tyrone actually kept in contact with me, letting me know what the progress was. While I might not have always liked what he had to say, at least he kept me informed, which I had not experienced before. He also came in on his day off to get me set up with the loaner car, as I had requested.

Overcharged by $840.I was only supposed to pay a $200 deductable for the warreny work, but was charged $1040.And when they were checking the z, I mention about getting fixed the part of the roof that kept hitting the tonneau cover. It was never fixed.

Brought my Nissan in for service. Though it did take a while to diagnose the issues with my vehicle, the nice waiting area made the wait tolerable. The staff was friendly and gave me a rental vehicle similar to my vehicle.

Chuck was extremely helpful. He worked with the finance dept to come up with a good deal. He went over my new car in great detail. I am already set up for an oil change in 6 months. The service and parts department were very efficient and friendly. Before I left that day my fog lights were ordered.
After appraising the trade in, the agreements made and the staff were helpful and friendly. I wish I hadnt had to be there over 2 hours as I drive 3 and half to get there. Having the paperwork ready to go and not sitting around would have been much better but overall a good sale and we enjoy dealing with Lithia in Medford.
I would never return or recommend this place. I bought an 09 dodge ram from them with a warranty. They sold me a lemon been plague with headlight shorts and broken bolts on both side of the exhaust manifolds. The warranty they sold me was a joke they dont even use the same company anymore. Please do your self a favor and dont go to this place ... Lucky Jody at medford auto care looked out for me and help me get my truck back on the road so I could escape the fires. From the get go I had to bring the truck in for a busted head which was replace I reported the tick and they said they couldnt duplicate it. I had to bring it in multiple time for them to finally figure out it was a short. After it went out again I went elsewhere where they foubd the leak told.me to go back to the dealer. The service department was of no help and sales manager pretty much blamed me for the 6 broken bolts in the heads. Anyways avoid this place like the plague

I worked with him in the past at another dealership, it was great that I found him at Nissan because other dealerships were trying to screw me out of thousands of dollars.
