We are attaching pictures showing a Completely Floored carpet installation at our home. We were disappointed by the result. After a home visit and viewing several pictures, Completely Floored said this was an acceptable installation. We were very surprised to hear that response.We respectfully disagree. We wonder if most customers would feel this was acceptable after spending so much on carpeting.If Completely Floored had shown us pictures like this prior to installation, we would have made a different buying decision. The company said the next step for us was to have an inspector offer their opinion and proceed from there.

Did business with these people 7 years ago. But unbeknownst to us, they did bathroom floors and reinstalled our toilet which is against all rules. They were supposed to have a plumber reinstall the toilet. Well, when we went to tell the owner about our leaking toilet, they refused to talk or come out and see the problem. I would never do business here again!!!Also, a few other flooring stores in town offered to help us even though they werent involved. Please take your business to those who stand behind their work.

Completely Floored did beautiful, flawless work on my new floors a couple of months ago. Everything was done as they said it would be. I could not be happier with the results. Everyone involved was on time and the communication was great. I highly recommend this company for great quality that you can trust!

One year ago we covered the floors of our home entirely (laundry room, bathrooms and kitchen too) with the same waterproof, easy install (no glue) flooring from Completely Floored. So far, the flooring is just being ordered. However, Ross has been great to work with. Hes gone out of his way to come to my Ashland home, show samples, and has been supportive of my individual needs and concerns. Ill review again once cork flooring is installed which I am looking forward to having underfoot.

The lady there is extremely helpful. She helped me on three separate occasions and let me bring me home her floor samples to match with my cabinets. my cabinets.

I wish I could give less than one star. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered tile over 2 months ago and the owner of the store never placed the order. When it came time to install the tile, Bob (owner) had to scramble to place the order and pretend it got lost. I have e-mailed and called and there is NO communication at all. What is the saddest part is that I had this same exact experience with Bob over three years ago and I stupidly came back. Will not make this mistake again.

I received an estimate from this store and was considering using them until I found out a upsetting fact. (The owner)Bobs son robbed 4 banks in Medford in December and January of this year! Now I am uneasy, because I gave them my address.
