If you’re within 50 miles of Medford, this is the only place to go for good cigars. The store layout is impeccable and products are easy to find. Top shelf cigars in a well maintained environment.The staff goes beyond excellent service. One associate replaced a cigar I purchased from a totally separate store, simply because they were the store’s supplier. I didn’t ask. He simply did it. Amazing place!

I’m from Sacramento and have been coming up to Medford for 4 years and 2 weeks ago I forgot my cigars from home. I googled premium cigars and Cigar Cave came up. I headed over and was greeted by Jake. Great guy. He told me about the Smoke and Sip and told me to come up. Well I did, and it was a great experience. I met Matt and a bunch of other gentleman that frequent the event. I felt at home with these gentleman. I introduced myself and Russ was totally welcoming. Thank you. See you fellows next time I come up. If you need a great cigar in Southern Oregon this is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Bob, the Sweet Jane was great.

Great little cigar shop! Decent selection, drew estate, illusione, cao, montecristo, etc...nice helpful staff, welcoming environment and great price points! Cigars are kept fresh and the selection of accessories is great as well. Stopped by passing through, easy to find right off the freeway!

Great spot for everyday smokes or special events. Matt the manager is really friendly and goes out of his way to make Medford a great cigar city destination. Every Friday night they host a sit and smoke session in the parking lot with pop up tents, food and beverages.

Great crew, I found this place on Google passing through the area. Being new to cigars (brand new) I was hoping to find a little help on lighting, different cuts, and a good beginner cigar. They invited me and my girlfriend to stay and smoke with them and pair some beer with the cigars. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful but the regular customers were as well. We Will definitely stop again if were in the area!

Really fun place especially if you like cigars. They have an enormous humidor full of all kinds of cigars and its nice to hold and smell the cigars your interested in before you buy. Its kinda hard to do that when buying off the internet. Great shop, and Friday nights are an added bonus!

Got a Great greeting when I walked in and it was Friday evening when they have beers and everyone sits outside and smokes their favorite cigar and chats. I couldnt stay but wanted to. Friendly place to buy Cigars, thats why I keep going back!

The only place to go in Southern Oregon for all and anything cigar or tobacco pipe related. These guys have an amazing humidor chock full of every kind of cigar you could imagine. Anybody can buy cigars from many places online but when you go to the cigar cave, you get to see and smell the cigars before you buy. And you get excellent customer service from a super knowlable staff. Sometimes they have sip n shops where you can try local whiskey or have a beer while you shop. Cool place, and I noticed they had a shade canopy set up to sit and have a cigar under. If you like cigars or pipes, you gotta check this place out!

Went in for a Christmas present and was not disappointed. I was guided in the right direction and the owner was ridiculously knowledgeable and offered suggestions to assist me in my purchases. Ill admit, it smells amazing. I may be back for a cigar of my own!

This place is great! I am not a cigar smoker, but I have a wedding coming up and needed to purchase a few. I was given fantastic service and I was not pushed into buying some overly expensive cigars. The gentleman who helped me gave me tons of advice on how best to store, cut and light the cigars. Would definitely use the Cigar Cave again.

Love coming here, everytime is educational on every cigar in the shop. Very friendly atmosphere, and a great selection.

I just learned The Cigar Cave was in Medford and stopped in yesterday. Matt asked me questions Id never been asked before and just blew me away with his knowledge.Most refreshing, he was friendly, not at all condescending, and obviously loves cigars and sharing cigars with others.

Great selection, their tobacco is always fresh, and their staff is super friendly and helpful. Also, theyre very military/veteran/LEO friendly.

Owner is a rip off artist I purchased an expensive Tobacco pipe from this store that was already broken somebody at the store had shoved a filter in it that did not fit the pipe and broke it they would not honor They wanted to give me a 50% in store credit and keep my expensive pipe
