I can not express how extremely happy I was with the service here... I live several miles away and we were able to do so much over the phone and the bike was beautifully cleaned and paperwork all ready for me to sign as soon as I got in on Saturday.. Best local shop! the Oscar goes to medfords top shop D&S 5 golden stars and I come from Bend Oregon just to shop and get those cool tin signs and one trick wallet. Shirts are always on discount.I seen some really good used deals lower than my used 2002 road king BCK then. so hurry in theres only a half dozen bikes! all loaded with cool previous owner stuff. thats really useful out on the road. I have purchased two bikes from D & S Harley Davidson, a used 2018 Street Glide, and yesterday a brand new 2021 Street Glide. Both times have been a wonderful experience, and I am very happy with the customer service. Terri is friendly, thorough, and was more than fair on my trade-in value. D & S Harley has my earned my continued support/business.

One of the friendliest Harley shops I have ever been in. And growing up a son of a biker. I have been in many Harley shop in my life so far. They had helpful people in ever department I went into. They have a great selection of bikes, helmets, jackets, shirts, memorabilia collectibles jewelry.And since my daughter moved up there for Texas. Talking to them about getting another bike. And there being less people, Less cars safer to ride bikes.

Took my bike there for simple repairs. Over 6000 later and 8 months of them telling me bike is ready only to brack down in a couple miles. Even gave me my bike without oil. They take zero accountability for there work. Make accuses how it has to be anything but there pore work. They change twice as much as only shop in town. Please dont take your bike here. Pore service. My bike still isnt fixed all summer. Sitting in my shop leaking when that what I took it in for in the first place. Very unhappy and will never go back to this store.

Im from SF. I bought my HD there in 1992. Medford cannot come close to competing with original HD shops around the country. It is very commercial. EX: 1 sticker is $10.00. T shirts. $100. Gloves.

Horrible customer service!!! Left work early per my husband’s request after finding out he was approved for a bike he wanted. Two and a half hours in the car, cash in hand and a husband excited to ride his new bike home...That is until we walked in, then they informed us they are holding it for someone who may buy it on Saturday??? Where was the courtesy call...customer service??? I guess the sale is more important than the customer with their shop. All I can say, after five hours in the car and a husband without a new bike, extremely disappointed.

D&S is just getting back on their feet after their store burned down in the Almeda fire. Their huge facility looks a bit sparse right now but the pretty Harleys, clothing and gear will soon pack the store. The new bikes on the showroom floor are a delight to the eye. Drop in and check em out.

If I could give no stars I would. Called at 9am talked with Scott about a bike. ran my credit got pre-approved called him at 3pm to tell him I was on my way to the dealer 2.5 hours away.all good see you soon. When I arrived he informs me they are now hold ing this bike for a possible sale. They never called me to say anything about it just let me drive 5 hrs round trip and never even apologized. Hope that possible sale falls through.

Pretty sparse after the fire….

Purchase the 883 sportster last week, the process was smooth, fast and now I am riding on my first Harley. I have been riding for 12 years and put close to 100,000 miles on Kawasaki, by far the Harley purchase was the best so far out of all my bike purchases. They went above and beyond in customer service and I will be a customer for life because of it. Thank you Scott and Terri, I love my new bike!

I had a hard time getting help. Bag full of money and I was ignored by young chickens and older gentlemen. Oh well, Ill spend my $ elsewhere.

Yesterday a friend of mine lost a muffler pipe on the road when we were headed towards the Old Siskiyou Highway to visit Mt. Ashland. Since we were passing D & S anyway, we dropped by to price a new piece for the one lost on Interstate 5. A manager, Josh, overheard our dilemma and mentioned that there was an old one in the back that would fit my buddys Heritage.Josh then proceeded to install the pipe he found, test drove the bike and didnt even charge for the impromptu service he had performed!We couldnt believe it! He sat in the hot sun fixing a hot bike, and renewed our faith in D & S with his kindness and help.FIVE stars for sure, and Id give more if I could!

I purchased a new Deluxe back in 2011. It was a demo and had about 1000 miles on it. Technically new as it was never registered but had a few fine scratches on it. I accepted it as it was, I new it had them. Great bike and great service. When I purchased it they offered me an engine upgrade from 97 cubic inch to 103 cubic inch. When I picked it up I noticed that the key fobs were missing. I mentioned it and was told it didn’t come with them. I told them I saw them zip tied on the bike. They checked on it and said yes it is supposed to have them and got them ASAP. Good job guys! If you want a new bike check them out first!

Had my Harley repaired at the shop. They would not begin work on my bike until I endorsed the insurance check so they could order parts (standard parts, really??). It took months to get my bike back. As it turned out, the bike was not repaired correctly and rather than take it back to them, I opted to use another dealership, 2½ hrs farther away. Their sales team may be top notch, but never again will I give my hard earned money to this dealership. I need to trust my service technician(s) and with the work Ive seen completed on my bike, not happening here.

Im shopping for a new ride and took a road trip to a half dozen HD dealerships in Oregon and Northern California. Terrie and her staff were the most friendly, helpful and welcoming of the bunch - which is unusual for a Saturday in the middle of February. Even though its a bit of a drive from my home, I intend to work with D&S HD if possible.

Worst store ever no customer service. I was looking to buy a bike but got no attention, after a half hour just left with no responce from any employee. Very disappointed I was flipping sales tags over and looking, employees there and i was 1 of 3 people in the store no help period. I am from out of town but i would drive miles before i spent any money at this place. Terrible experience. I would be willing to bet they have a bad reputation.

I gave them a 1 star because I cannot give them a minus 5 stars. What a JOKE! Every time I go to this place, and I am not joking, every time they have not had any parts, or maybe I should say, rarely have had any parts. This Last time I went there I tried to get plug wires, how hard can that be, right, for a 2010 FLHX. This is not an old bike and should be an easy task, right.., Well out of 5 different wire sets Harley sells for that bike they only have one set, and of corse they are the most expensive set in stock. So thinking since this guy who only has the 1 set out of 5, you would think this guy, who normally works in service, will try to make a customer happy and charge a reasonable price, right.,, well no, he just smiled with a huge grin and says, you got to pay full price! What, what, WHAT, are you kidding me, REALLY, you dont have spark plug wires and now you want a premium for the gold plated set that I didnt want to begin with, I am sure there must be a shortage... Right.... Well sorry to say not the case at all, this is business as normal at D&S! What a joke, at times this place has not even had spark plugs, REALLY NOT A SPARK PLUG... Well to be fair, most times they MIGHT have 1, or, on a good day 2 sets in stock and they got to look for a while to find them. So, I just look at the guy with 1 set of gold plated plug wires, who is waring a sh!+ eating grin and say, I will get them online it will be easier, and leave. So thinking the GM might want to hear about their employees who had NO customer service skills what so ever, I gave them a call. So when I asked for the GM one of the owners answered, eureka... I hit the jack pot... the owner... I am in luck, I am sure they would LOVE to hear about this, or so a normal person would think, right... I will be able to tell the owner, Terri how her store is run, right... Well, nope, I was wrong again...! Now I see where the employees get their training on customer service which they can do so well. This woman cut me off twice while I was talking, she didnt want to hear ANYTHING I had to say. The second time she cut me off and started YELLING to over talk me. So, knowing I was getting no where fast,I shut up and listened to her, as she was having nothing less. She ended up saying, If you would like to come in to the store and talk to me I am sure we can work something out. Really, really, I am going to turn around and see this woman, the owner, and listen to her yell about a set of spark plug wires that they dont have in stock, are you joking me,...really, really! This place must make a lot of money because they dont care customers or anything a customer might have to say. Spark plug wires, really, this is picking battles well here... Well guess it explains why in the middle of summer, on a Saturday, the place is like a ghost town...! To their credit they do have bells on their counters to ring when you get there... Ring, ring, is anyone here...? Otherwise there would be no one there to help a customer, now there is customer service for you, be thankful that they put out a bell at this point I would be willing to bet that they would have you paying rent while you wait for a person to show up. This place is a joke, there are a few other places in the Vally that will bend over backwards to help you out and that care about the services they provide. The other places are always backed up with work, and for good reason.... D&S is about the worst place to do business, save yourself the heart ache and drive to Eugene if you must. This place clearly doesnt want your money, or care how a customer feels, and I am sure Terri, one of the owners, would be more than happy to give you a piece of her mind if you ask..... Do yourself a favor....RUN, RUN, RUN, and dont look back you are not missing anything except a hard time!

I live in Medford and bought my Softail Deluxe from D&S. I have always had great experiences with the staff and every department. Today was no exception. I had planned a multi-day motorcycle trip with a friend and planned to leave in the morning. This afternoon I rode out to get gas and do some errands and noticed my battery light was on. I headed right to the dealership and the diagnosis was not good. My stador had gone bad. Lucky for me, they had the parts. After hearing my dilemma of the prepaid spa /motorcycle riding weekend - they fixed my bike and I was back on the road in less than three hours. I LOVE D&S Harley Davidson. I may have planned a great trip but they made it possible!! Thank you, thank you!!

The customer service sucks. Not only will they order the wrong part, then you will be charged a re-stocking fee to take it back. They need to fix the service around there. There are to many Harley Shops around now days to be such jerks.
