My wife works there and constantly finds things to buy for relatives birthdays, gifts for friends, stuff for our home ...the place is neat, the presentation is smart and enticing and inviting so when I visit her at work I spend some time looking around from curiosity and tell her what to buy me for my birthday and other occasions

I bought some merchandise last week (about 7 items) and needed to return one which was $14.99. The cashier said that if l has a penny she could give me $15.00. I searched my purse but to no avail.I thought she would offer a penny as a courtesy but she just stood there with her hand out as l frantically searched every compartment of my purse.After a few minutes l said that I couldn’t find one.She gave me my $14.99 back and said, “Now you have some pennies.”I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Store was well stocked, organized and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.This is one of their smaller locations.

Very bad customer services. I ended up here because it used to be Hallmark store and I was looking for a gift card and a gift. I wanted to buy a nice wine glass for a gift, the wine glass was designed by Lolita, they come in their own special box. They refuse to get me the special box, because it was the only one they have with that particular designed, I ended up buying it without the box, however, I will never come back to this store. They were very rude.

Seriously, every time I go here I have some sort of customer service issue, and when I call corporate about it they dont seem bothered. I live about a mile away and I absolutely go out of my way to avoid this place. Horrible. They need staff members who are happy to be there and dont treat their customers like an inconvenience.

The Paper Store is a very nice store. From wraping paper to Alex and Ani jewelry to Vera Bradley bags. Lots of knick knacks to look through.

I have to agree with above review. Since this store is within a few minutes from my condo it is easier than driving to Stoneham. After each experience going to my car I remind myself Stoneham sales force is much more helpful. I go in at least once a week. My usual purchase is between 50 and 90 dollars. I am only allowed to use paper coupons as no one will ever look up my membership. And if you ask for help you are typically told the item is not there you have to go to Stoneham. Well good bye Medfor.

Smalll box store that carries useless, cheap gifts as well as special occasion cards and gift wrap. Nothing special. Is the type of place that is becoming obsolete.
