Have been seeing Tony Noon for several years. Often, but especially this visit he helped me with a problem I’ve been having with my hearing and another problem with my hearing instruments and I felt he listened to and was sympathetic to my needs. I was surprised and pleased that he more than went the extra mile to help solve the problems. I am extremely grateful for the service received at this time. I knew l had some hearing loss but, l had forgotten what I could not hear. I thought my hearing was good enough to get by for my age. But l admit, l did wonder. I saw the ads from My Hearing Centers and the hearing test was free. Perfect opportunity. I set up an appointment. The office was clean & the personnel were friendly and kind. The testing is fast and there was no pain involved. Then they put a pair of Hearing Aids in and tuned them. I closed my eyes. I heard a car drive by, the sprinklers were on and l heard the birds singing. I opened my eyes suprised at all l was hearing, at all l had forgotten. It was like a switch had turned on in my ears. Beautiful. I was sold on my hearing aides & l was able to wear them home. They are so lite. It was easy to put them in my own ears and you dont see them. Its been over a year since I started wearing them. I am so grateful for my hearing aides, it has opened up one aspect of my life that makes my life joyful. You have blessed me with hood hearing. Thank you.

All the hearing techs have been great to work with, my aids are 5 years old and they keep them tuned up and working well.

I had a visit on July 2 of this year and found them to be very helpful in showing me how to take care of my devices, etc.

Very pleased with service I received, I had hearing aid end tip that came off and was stuck in ear canal.We tried to remove ourselves with no luck. Went into office and had it removed within minutes of getting to office.Always have had great,fast,efficient, courteous, service!!!

I had a 3:30 pm appointment, and my hearing aids were cleaned. Then I was told if all is well with my hearing aid usage, I didnt need to be seen by the specialist, so I went home. I was glad to have the extra time to do things, but a little surprised that I had to go all the way to Medford from Ashland on ascorching afternoon, when they could have asked me by phone if all waswell.

I love having 3 month ‘tune-ups’ scheduled, and always getting advice for the care and feeding of my hearing aids.

Excellent Knowledgeable service. Solved my right ear speaker having gone out problem and fixed it within 15-20 minutes.

I was very disappointed with the type of hearing test I received. I felt my hearing test should have been administered in a sound proof booth. Instead it was given on a portable hearing test machine. As I was given the test I heard noise from the car traffic outside, as well as people talking and walking in the hallway. I question the accuracy of my hearing test results. I will not utilize this hearing center services in the future.

My husband has been struggling with hearing loss since before we met. I finally convinced him to get a free hearing test when we received a flyer in the mail about My Hearing Centers. We met with Aaron and he was amazing! The test results were not a surprise to me, but they opened my husbands eyes (or ears). When Aaron put a tester pair of hearing aids on him, he got a taste of what the world should and could sound like and he was convinced. Aaron explained that the hearing loss was probably something that had been affecting him for many years (maybe since childhood) and that it was at least partially due to fluid build up in his ear canals. He said we could do surgery to drain the fluid and would likely help with the hearing. It was also likely that the surgery would need to be repeated every year or so and it would cost thousands each time. That was just not an option for us. Aaron explained all of the options for hearing aids and help relieve my husbands concerns about the negative stigma around hearing aids being for elderly people. We were able to find hearing aids that fit his lifestyle and My Hearing Centers was able to work with us for the payments. All the staff is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend them to anybody and everybody in need of a hearing test and/or aids.

Today I met with Aaron at My Hearing Centers in Medford. I have high quality hearing aids but have never found them satisfactory. Aaron was very accommodating and made adjustments to my hearing aids that have made a huge difference in my ability to hear and understand people. He gets a very high recommendation from me.

I had tried other hearing aids and was a bit leery of going through this process again. Tony did such a great job of putting me at ease and explaining the entire process that it made it easy. The nicest people and the most competent. The Phoak hearing aid has made my life so much easier. I dont know how I managed before.

State law requires Audiologists to make three diagnostic tests: tone, word, and from bones behind the ear. Tony Noon only test tone. Additionally, when fitting hearing aids, they should run test devices to conform to diagnostic test determined requirements. Tony did not do this and as a result, I received no benefit from expensive hearing aids. My wife would say, turn down the TV, or turn off your signal clicker in the car. With new aids from another provider, she no longer says to turn down the TV. I now hear the clicker in the car, even when the radio is on. Tony is personable, but was not helpful for me.

I got a hearing aide with a tinnitus masker in it and it works great to help mask my very severe tinnitus. Most relief ive had in 16 years. I also got a hearing aide for my other ear which also helps. I highly recommend My Hearing Centers. They are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Losing my hearing in a MVA, the sudden loss was very difficult to deal with. Im a musician, very active in a production team, and the hearing loss made me feel like Id been yanked out of my preferred life. Tony and the staff were great at explaining things, making a multitude of adjustments to accommodate my way of life and I cant say enough about what a positive experience it has been to work with them.

I was unsure but hopeful, I was so glad I went. They would call to remind me about appointments. I was put at ease, was offered a hot drink in the waiting room. The doctor was fast, effcient, and knew the products.He listened to my needs and what I wanted. And tried to make it all happen. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SOOO HAPPY WITH MY HEARING AIDES.
