The manager Justin worked with me through a rough patch. He adjusted rates for me twice when there was a discrepancy, and worked with me on my billing. They were never rude to me. And the equipment is top notch. In the last 3 years Ive got 5 or 6 skid-steers and theyre awesome. Their excavator was great too. And the auger bits also. The track came off if a skid and they promptly drove up to Butte Falls and fixed it. Their delivery drivers are all good too. 5 stars for Bullet.

Terrible and deceiving service. Rented a machine over the phone at a monthly rate of $1,800. They said they would hold my debit card and not run it so I could pay in cash. Went to their office to close out rental only to be told that a month equals 28 days so the bill was for two months. The 28 day month policy was never provided to me in writing or verbally. Plus, despite their promise to hold my card they went ahead and charged my debit card for two months at $5,000! The charge amount (2 months times $1,800) should have been $3,600. They bumped the monthly rental price by $700 a month without notifying me. Ripped me off for an additional $1,400 and would not make good on their originally quoted price. These guys cannot be trusted. Beware and take your business elsewhere.
