Had a frost free hydrant leak in underground connection at our alpaca ranch. Bryce (sp) did a quick and thorough job to fix. The company went beyond to get us out of trouble in spite of their very busy schedule.

We lost our water pressure last night and tried various system checks and fixes to no avail. Called Hydro-Flow this morning and explained the situation with our loss of water/pressure. The person who answered the phone had us do a couple of system checks including the in-ground holding tank, and then walked us through a reset process for the pumps and controlled air water tank. He knew exactly what to do and how to clearly explain what needed to be done. He spent close to a half-hour on the phone with us to get this done and resolved the problem without a service call. Absolutely amazing service and level of knowledge and experience. We recommend Hydro-Flow without reservation. This is why they do our annual service/system checks. Thank you!!

Fabulous customer service! Something appeared to be wrong with our well as the house faucets were dry. Called Hydro Flo Friday evening and they arranged for a repair specialist to be at our house Saturday morning . Blaine arrived on time. I didnt know a lot about wells and asked lots of questions. Blaine was very knowledgeable and patient while quickly troubleshooting. Fearing we needed a new pump, he pleasantly surprised us, after testing the pump and found it adequate, by stating it was likely a leak. He proceeded to find the huge leak and fix it. I will definitely call Hydro Flow again if something else comes up or we want to upgrade. Bravo !!

Didn’t even go out into the field to loon at what I needed and then proceeded to talk about everything BUT irrigation and then left and hasn’t returned any calls. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever come into contact with. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
